Patricia Krentcil— who gained notoriety when she was arrested for allegedly bringing her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning bed — said she was nearly cuffed while at a restaurant with friends. 

Sergio Ovejero, of the local station ETB2,  was reporting about the dangers of getting too close to sea walls in the beachside town of Ondarroa when the wave took the wind out of his sails.
