Under two U.S. presidents, one a Democrat and one a Republican, the U.S. government has partnered with the apartheid State of Israel in committing genocide in Gaza and now Lebanon. A realistic estimate of the number of innocents made casualties by these two presidents—and a supine U.S. Congress (again consisting of both Democrats and Republicans) is over 250,000 elderly men, women, children and babies, born and unborn.

And after almost three years of uninterrupted mass slaughter and the vast majority of the American people and people around the world thoroughly aghast and disgusted at this 21st-century holocaust, Donald Trump is sending the genocidal Zionist state 40,000 2,000-pound bombs.

These are not sophisticated, guided missiles designed to accurately hit specific military targets; these are massive “dumb” bombs containing a ton of explosives designed for only one purpose: to kill hundreds or thousands of innocent civilians who live in densely populated urban areas.

It is now obvious to everyone that Donald Trump has no intention of halting the wars in the Middle East and Southwest Asia; instead, he has every intention of escalating the wars and murdering tens of thousands of innocents in the process.

Zero Hedge quotes Tucker Carlson’s commentary on this planned gift (yes, we are giving the bombs to Israel by giving Israel the money in which to “pay” for the bombs, thus calling it a “transfer”) of these weapons of mass destruction (WMD) to Israel:

How did this happen? The request for 40,000 new high-explosive civilian-killing bombs originated at the US Embassy in Jerusalem, which is run by Christian Zionist Ambassador Mike Huckabee and his aide David Milstein, who is the stepson of Fox News host Mark Levin. From there it moved to the State Department, where Marco Rubio enthusiastically approved it. At this point, only four more people need to sign off before the bombs ship to Israel: Senators Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen, the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee; and Congressmen Brian Mast and Gregory Meeks, the top two members of the equivalent House committee. All four are committed neocons. Collectively they’ve taken millions from the Israel lobby. In 2015, Brian Mast traveled to Israel to volunteer for the Israeli military. In 2023, Mast showed up in the House of Representatives wearing an IDF uniform. It’s hard to imagine any of them hesitating before sending more free bombs to Israel. Only public outrage can stop this.

Poll after recent poll has shown that by and large the American public is finally questioning Washington’s blank check approach to Israel.

In an interview with former CIA analyst Larry Johnson, podcaster Mario Nawfal gave the following statistics relative to this enormous transfer of WMD to Israel:

How big is this shipment? It amounts to 40,000 tons of bombs. For perspective, the largest American air raid of World War II was the 8th Air Force’s attack on Berlin in March of 1945. Combined, the 2,023 Allied aircraft involved, all of them together, dropped about 3,000 tons of bombs. That’s 7.5% of what Trump is sending to Israel.

That same month, March of 1945, the U.S. Army Air Force had begun the single most destructive bombing raid in human history, Operation Meeting House, over Tokyo.

More than 100,000 Japanese civilians were killed.

Then the U.S. dropped an atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima. The shipment Trump is sending to Israel amounts to more than three times the destructive power of that nuclear explosion. There is no precedent for what the Trump administration is doing, nor is there a justification. The government of Israel is not fighting World War II or even a war. It is engaged in periodic skirmishes with the guerrilla force in Lebanon and is working to exterminate an unarmed civilian population in Gaza. Neither front requires modern 2,000-pound bombs.

An American-made MK-84 has a destruction radius of half a mile. [40,000 x 1/2 mile = 20,000 square miles, or almost as big as West Virginia] It releases a thermal wave of temperature off the surface of the sun. Within 100 feet of the explosion, rock melts, and human flesh turns to vapor. The bomb collapses apartment buildings and leaves craters 35-feet deep. Until [Trump’s] war with Iran, the U.S. military generally avoided the MK-84 in urban areas. It kills too many civilians.

It’s hard to overstate the scale of the crime the Israeli government is committing in Gaza. Over the last three years, more than a quarter of a million Palestinians have been killed or wounded by Israeli forces there. The majority of them have been noncombatants, women, the elderly and tens of thousands of children. Many thousands more remain missing, presumably entombed under the rubble of 200,000 collapsed buildings.

So far, the Israelis have destroyed 92% of all homes in Gaza and 34 of the 36 hospitals. By comparison, the 1945 Allied bombing of Dresden, now acknowledged as a war crime, destroyed about half of the city’s inhabited buildings.

By any definition, what the Netanyahu government has done in Gaza is genocide. The 40,000 new bombs the Trump administration is sending will be used to do the same in Lebanon and likely in other countries in the region. If you wanted to extend the Iran war into the indefinite future, this is exactly what you do.

So far, none of this has received public scrutiny. At some point, inevitably, it will be described in media accounts as an arms sale. It is not an arms sale. It is a gift funded by American taxpayers through the foreign military financing program, an arrangement designed to disguise welfare as capitalism. Congress appropriates money to the executive branch, which transfers the cash to Israel to buy American-made weapons, in this case from General Dynamics. Politicians claim this is a win for America. Most voters have no idea they paid for it. The bill in this case is about $3 billion. Add that to the $352 billion U.S. Treasury has transferred to Israel since 1951.

As of July 2025, ninety national emergencies have been declared in the United States; forty-two have expired and another fifty-one are currently in effect, each having been renewed annually by the president.[1] Despite the prevailing disingenuous political narrative that the “COVID p[l]andemic is over,” currently ten public health emergencies, including COVID [flu renaming], are active, declared in the US via the PREP Act issued by the Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary. The PREP Act (2005) is federal legislation designed to provide immunity from liability for certain individuals and entities involved in the development, manufacture, distribution, and administration of “covered countermeasures” during a declared public health emergency.[2]

The Act is activated upon the declaration of a public health emergency by the Secretary of HHS. Such declarations are based solely on the HHS Secretary’s opinion and require no justification or evidence of an actual emergency. This opinion is not reviewable by the judiciary branch, nor by Congress. PREP Act declarations by the HHS Secretary provide liability immunity coverage for those deploying “medical countermeasures”—a vague military term which describes many types of responses to an attack.

The PREP Act was designed to provide rapid distribution of medical supplies, especially to first responders, in a very remote scenario of a biological, chemical, radiological or nuclear (CBRN) attack on US soil. At its passage, the law was challenged as unconstitutional, violating civil rights and several Constitutional Amendments, especially with regard to citizens’ rights to sue for damages, injuries, and deaths resulting from the government actions.[3] The law was not meant as a method of bypassing the FDA regulations and “approving” new pharmaceutical technologies that had previously repeatedly failed safety testing and market clearance in non-emergency conditions. The law was not meant for mass vaccination campaigns of civilians, nor for forcing vaccination mandates while escaping all normal regulations and manufacturers’ liability. Yet, this is precisely how the PREP Act has been misused and abused to facilitate COVID p[l]andemic crimes since 2020.

In non-emergency conditions, FDA must formally approve any new investigational drug product prior to a manufacturer introducing it into interstate commerce.[4] This process requires the manufacturer to open an Investigational New Drug application and obtain an exemption from the FDA for its use in regulated clinical research (trials). This regulated process is therefore referred to as an “investigational” regulatory pathway. It requires a manufacturer to conduct regulated clinical research (trials) under the IND, obtaining an Institutional Review Board’s (IRB) approval for clinical trial protocols, independent safety monitoring oversight, and informed consent from clinical trial volunteers. In addition, manufacture of the drugs and biologics subject to the investigational status is regulated by the current Good Manufacturing practices (cGMP)[5] in a strictly enforceable manner.

EUA Medical Countermeasures are radically different drugs, biologics, and devices[6] that are carved out from all normal pharmaceutical regulations by their legal status as non-investigational products. A product legally declared “non-investigational” cannot be formally studied in clinical trials, which are known as “clinical investigation” in legal terms. The US federal law states that “use of Emergency Use Authorized (EUA) covered countermeasures under a declared Public Health Emergency cannot constitute a clinical investigation (21 USC 360bbb-3(k))”; therefore, these countermeasures do not have to be tested for safety or efficacy in accordance with US law (21 CFR 312 and 21 CFR 601), nor must they comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GxP in general) that are enforced by the FDA. Thus, what is normally deemed a violation of pharmaceutical law is explicitly allowed for EUA Countermeasures for the duration of the PREP Act declaration of a public health emergency.

The FDA has the discretion to issue an EUA if, in the sole opinion of the HHS secretary, the product “may be effective” in treating the relevant disease or condition.[7] No other criteria for approval apply in an enforceable way. While the manufacturers may choose to undertake some of the activities typically expected from an investigational clinical trial and manufacturing validation process (or the FDA may ask them to), none of the typical pharmaceutical regulatory standards are applicable in an enforceable way.

There is no strict requirement to obtain an Investigational New Drug exemption (IND), nor institutional review board (IRB) approval of a clinical trial protocol and informed consent forms. Thus, the EUA process makes it impossible to obtain meaningful informed consent from the recipients of the product. EUA products, even though unregulated and non-standardized, “shall not be deemed adulterated or misbranded.”[8]

Since 2021, hundreds of contracts for COVID [psyop] countermeasures, including vaccines, therapeutics, and diagnostics became available in redacted form via freedom of information (FOIA) lawsuits.[9] All COVID countermeasures were ordered by the US Department of Defense (DOD), typically as “demonstrations” and “prototypes” via Other Transactions Authority (OTA) contracts and using the Defense Production Authority (compelling pharma companies to produce unregulated poison for the US DOD).

The OTA contracting method is typically used by the DOD for purchasing weapons systems as it avoids federal accountability reviews and Bayh-Dole provisions[10] for intellectual property disclosure. DOD does not have authority to use the OTA method for purchasing pharmaceutical products for mass civilian distribution. To overcome this congressional limitation, the DOD partnered with HHS as “one government entity” for Operation Warp Speed, taking the role of the Chief Operating Officer for itself and relegating HHS to the advisory role.[11]^, [12]

The COVID [scam] contracts include removal of all liability for the manufacturers and contractors along the supply and distribution chain under the PREP Act and related federal legislation, except in case of very narrowly defined and virtually impossible to prove “willful misconduct.” Specifically, provable death or injury from a covered countermeasure (including mRNA vaccines) is notc onsidered willful misconduct as long as the “covered person” used the “covered countermeasure” as directed by the public health agencies.

To date no legal case filed against COVID vaccine makers for death, injury, or other harm has succeeded in the US court system. The courts consistently dismiss these complaints in favor of defendants citing the PREP Act, which overrides the constitutional rights of the plaintiffs, preempts both suit and liability, and preempts all state laws that may be in conflict.

The organized COVID vaccine crime cartel is global, tying together numerous “pandemic preparedness” structures, military forces, countermeasures consortia, and “global public health” agencies, comprising an astonishing trillion-dollar industry which feeds on fraud, data manipulation, fear-based propaganda, censorship, suppression, abuse of law, and mass poisoning of unsuspecting people while accumulating global power and mega profits. In the United States, the COVID countermeasures deployment program has been coordinated through the quasi-governmental Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE)[13] and via several other public, private, hybrid, and quasi-governmental entities, including but not limited to the FDA’s Medical Countermeasures Initiative (MCMi)[14]; the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA)[15]; and the Medical Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear [CBRN] Defense Consortium (MCDC).[16]

Private pharma corporations are used by the pandemic preparedness cartel as a front to launder the unregulated, liability-free biochemical poison made by the DOD/DARPA/BARDA-controlled bio-manufacturing assets. Some examples of the government-controlled key players include

· Gilead, a private company commercializing DOD (DTRA) intellectual property, maker of remdesivir.[18]

Thousands of other military and intelligence contractors are deriving profits from this vast trillion-dollar “pandemic preparedness industry.” Private pharmaceutical corporations are willing coconspirators in the COVID vaccine mafia network; however, they are used as corporate fronts to fool the public with trusted brand names, providing an illusion of regulated, compliant manufacturing. The COVID [fake] pandemic emergency declarations that were initially issued on February 4, 2020, by Alex Azar during the first Trump administration, are now extended to last until December 31, 2029,[19] a full decade! The current head of HHS, Robert Kennedy Jr. is fully aware of the misuse of the PREP Act as a continued ironclad liability shield for fraud, profiteering, and abuse of the public health emergency doctrine. Since our first meeting in 2022, I have discussed the PREP Act and the significance of HHS declarations with Kennedy, both in published interviews[20] and in private. While fully agreeing with my view, once appointed as head of HHS, Kennedy refused to use his legal authority to terminate this contrived state of emergency, citing President Trump’s opposition to such move.[21]

The only true reason for the US government—under both Democrat and Republican leadership—to continue the pretense of a pandemic is the ironclad liability shield ensured by the PREP Act for the pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers (“covered persons”) who participate and profit from manufacture, distribution, and administration of “covered countermeasures,” i.e., mRNA injections and other unsafe products and protocols.

In this book, Dr. Sterz kindly quotes my analysis of the V-Safe data (CDC data registry) for pregnancy outcomes, demonstrating how the CDC concealed a massive safety signal, a greater than 200 percent increase in the rates of pregnancy loss after mRNA vaccination. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held up a pager at the UN General Assembly, invoking the deadly 2024 covert sabotage operation against Hezbollah in Lebanon, which killed dozens and severely wounded thousands, including women and children.

Thousands of pagers carried by Hezbollah members exploded across Lebanon on September 17, 2024, followed by hundreds of weaponized walkie-talkies the next day. The attacks killed dozens and injured up to 4,000 people, including numerous civilian bystanders, healthcare workers, and their families. Israel later acknowledged responsibility for the operation.

Speaking at the General Assembly on Thursday, Netanyahu held up a pager, saying:

“You remember the beepers? Remember these? Hezbollah certainly remembers them.”

Scores of delegates walked out as Netanyahu took the podium, leaving much of the hall empty. The Palestinian mission urged other delegations to join the protest.

Netanyahu struck a confrontational tone throughout the speech, branding delegates who walked out “moral cowards” and lashing out at several of Israel’s regional and international critics. He called Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan a “tyrant,”accused Qatar of trying to “brainwash” young Americans, and predicted that Iran’s government would eventually fall.

He also held up a Starlink terminal, saying he would leave it for the Iranian delegation to use when its members “inevitably defect.”

Netanyahu publicly confirmed Israel’s role in in the pager attack in November 2024, and his spokesman said the prime minister personally approved it. Two former senior Mossad agents later told CBS that the Israeli intelligence agency spent years preparing the operation, using shell companies to secretly insert the explosive devices into Hezbollah’s supply chain.

“National security” has become the government’s all-purpose permission slip to behave badly.

They have become the magic words that can make constitutional restraints disappear—especially when the courts defer to claims of national security. Courts have historically been reluctant to second-guess the executive branch when government officials invoke military necessity, classified information, foreign affairs or national security.

Given the judiciary’s longstanding reluctance to second-guess presidential power grabs involving national security, the national-security state has repeatedly used that deference to expand both its own reach and the power of the presidency.

Call something a matter of national security and the normal rules start disappearing: Courts defer. Congress retreats. Secrecy expands. Executive power grows.

“National security” has been used as the justification for surveillance, secret courts, classification, warrantless spying, military intervention, watchlists, detention, border searches, censorship claims and the concealment of government misconduct.

That game is hardly new.

Nixon played it. Bush played it. Obama played it. Biden played it.

Trump may not have invented the national-security dodge, but he has taken it to increasingly absurd extremes.

Under Trump 2.0, almost everything gets branded a matter of national security in order for the president to sidestep as many parts of the Constitution as he finds inconvenient.

At one point, the government even invoked national security to justify proposed tariffs on trumpets, trombones and tubas because the instruments depend on foreign copper alloys.

This would almost be laughable if the consequences were not so serious.

Trump wants greater control over the U.S economy? Declare a national emergency and seize the power to levy tariffs in the name of national security.

Trump is disgruntled over relations with Canada? Declare a national security threat and claim executive authority to levy tariffs without going through Congress.

Trump wants to build a lavish ballroom? Stick a bunker below it and a droneport on top, and call it national security.

Trump wants to erect a massive ceremonial arch? Turn it into a military installation, complete with drones, snipers and ammunition, and chalk it up to national security.

Trump doesn’t like unfavorable press coverage? Ban reporters from the White House and characterize the press as a national-security threat.

This is not merely another Trump deflection.

It is the logical culmination of decades spent allowing presidents of both parties to invoke national security whenever they want more power, more secrecy and less accountability.

Trump is demonstrating just how much damage can be done once a president decides that virtually anything he wants can be recast as necessary for national security.

Consider how far down the road we have already traveled under the Trump administration.

Tariffs on allies have been justified as national security. Annexing Greenland has been characterized as vital to national security. Offshore wind projects have been halted on national-security grounds.

Coal plants have been kept operating longer in the name of national security.

Artificial-intelligence infrastructure and massive data centers have been elevated to matters of national security.

Even federal workers’ collective-bargaining protections have been stripped away after agencies were classified as performing national-security work.

And the list keeps growing.

National security has become Donald Trump’s fail-safe strategy for defying the Constitution.

As Sophie Hurwitz writes for Mother Jones, “Trump is using agencies and emergency powers that sprung up in the aftermath of the 2001 attacks—and have never been abolished or repealed—to threaten domestic dissidents and anyone else he views as an enemy, claiming that those who oppose his policies constitute threats to America.”

Shortly after returning to office, Trump invoked emergency powers to impose tariffs on Canada, Mexico and China, declaring drug trafficking and illegal immigration an “unusual and extraordinary threat” to the national security, foreign policy and economy of the United States.

Then came the White House ballroom.

What began as a proposal for a lavish space to entertain dignitaries eventually became, amid legal challenges over presidential authority to proceed without congressional approval, a “desperately needed National Security structure” containing hardened construction, bomb shelters, military facilities, drone defenses, sniper positions and other protective features.

Now Trump’s proposed 250-foot triumphal arch in Washington—a monumental project conceived in connection with America’s 250th anniversary—is also being recast as a national-security necessity. According to Trump, the arch will double as a “top grade Military Complex” capable of housing large numbers of drones, snipers and ammunition.

And now the logic is being turned against the press.

After barring CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House over coverage he labeled “fake news,” Trump insists that what he calls “fake news” is “a threat to our National Security, and must be stopped, NOW!”

The move prompted CNN, MS NOW and Politico to sue, while the major television networks—including Fox News—suspended their participation in pooled presidential coverage in protest.

The press dispute may be resolved quickly enough.

The courts, historically inclined to defer to the government when national security claims are invoked, have shown a glimmer of backbone in challenging Trump’s most far-reaching claims of national security.

In February 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against Trump’s imposition of global, reciprocal tariffs under an emergency powers law.
In August 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit rejected the Trump Administration’s national security justifications for demolishing the East Wing of the White House and replacing it with a ballroom. “While this court accords great weight and deference to invocations of national security and the safety of the President, such arguments are not an automatic get-out-of-law-free card,” Judge Patricia Millett wrote for the majority.

That ruling was later overturned by the Supreme Court.

Unfortunately, that hasn’t stopped Trump from attempting to use national security concerns to sidestep the law at almost every turn. As Axios journalist Avery Lotz explains, national security has become “Trump’s executive sledgehammer.”

Say the magic words and an ordinary policy dispute becomes a national emergency. A legal obstacle becomes a threat to the nation. A constitutional restraint becomes a luxury the president claims the country cannot afford.

For decades, Congress has helped build this monster, repeatedly surrendering extraordinary powers to the Executive Branch whenever presidents invoke war, terrorism, emergency or national security.

Secrecy reinforces the problem.

When the government claims that revealing evidence would itself threaten national security, the public may never know enough to challenge the claim. When courts defer because judges supposedly lack the expertise to evaluate security judgments, meaningful judicial review can shrink. When Congress hands presidents open-ended emergency powers, legislative oversight becomes an afterthought.

The result is a dangerous constitutional equation: the more serious the government says the threat is, the less accountable the government becomes for proving that the threat actually exists.

That turns the constitutional order on its head.

In a free society, extraordinary government power should require extraordinary justification.

In the national-security state, merely invoking an extraordinary threat increasingly becomes the justification.

And that brings us to the far greater danger: a government that can declare anything a national-security concern can eventually declare anyone a national-security threat.

Because the question is no longer merely what constitutes a threat. It is who gets to decide who is one. Who decides who is an enemy? Who decides who is dangerous? Who decides when the normal rules no longer apply?

Once you accept that the president may invoke national security to move outside the ordinary restraints of the criminal justice system, everything depends on who gets classified as a threat.

Governments are always expanding both the definition of “threat” and the universe of people who fit the label. First, it was foreign terrorists. Then sympathizers and associates. Then domestic extremists. Then protesters, journalists, whistleblowers, immigrants, activists and political dissidents.

The targets may change from crisis to crisis, but the machinery for labeling someone a threat remains.

This is why the language matters.

The government does not have to call you a criminal if it can call you a threat. And once you are classified as a threat, the government does not necessarily have to wait for you to commit a crime before it begins treating you like one.

That is the danger when “national security” becomes the exception that allows the government to bypass the rule of law.

The fact that the government does not have to build that machinery from scratch—it already has it—makes our current state of affairs that much worse.

Long before “national security” became the justification for presidential ballrooms, triumphal arches and retaliation against unfriendly journalists, the government had already spent decades constructing a machinery for identifying, monitoring and neutralizing people it deemed potential threats.

Connect the dots.

Start with the Patriot Act and the surveillance powers unleashed after 9/11.

Add the government’s ever-expanding definitions of “extremism” and “domestic terrorism.” Add the NDAA and the normalization of military detention authority in the name of national security. Add the NSA, fusion centers, and government watchlists.

Then layer on facial recognition, artificial intelligence, biometric surveillance, automated license plate readers and predictive-policing technologies capable of identifying and tracking people at a scale unimaginable a generation ago.

What emerges is not merely a government capable of investigating crimes after they happen. It is a government increasingly capable of identifying people as potential threats before they have committed one.

That distinction matters.

Criminal law traditionally asks what you did. The national-security state increasingly asks what you might do, who you associate with, what you believe, what you say, where you go and whether someone inside the government considers you dangerous.

That is the essence of precrime.

It substitutes prediction for proof, suspicion for guilt and risk assessment for due process.

And we have already seen where that mindset leads.

In the years after 9/11, the government loosened investigative safeguards so that national-security investigations did not always have to begin with evidence that a crime had actually been committed.

The focus increasingly shifted from investigating wrongdoing to identifying people and communities thought to present a potential risk.

Muslim Americans were subjected to sweeping surveillance, questioning, watchlisting and infiltration of mosques and community organizations. Government programs attempted to identify supposed warning signs of future radicalization even while acknowledging there was no reliable way to predict who would become a terrorist.

Racial justice protesters were monitored under the banner of counterterrorism. Political movements were scrutinized as potential sources of domestic extremism. Scientists and academics with ties to China found themselves subjected to heightened suspicion in the name of protecting national security.

The groups change. The rationale does not.

Label a group potentially dangerous. Invoke national security. Loosen the rules. Expand surveillance. Insist that the threat is too serious to wait for an actual crime.

That is how a free society becomes a suspect society.

And once government is permitted to investigate people not because of what they have done but because of who they are, what they believe, whom they associate with or what officials fear they might someday do, the distinction between protecting national security and policing dissent becomes dangerously thin.

Government agencies already possess the technology and legal authorities to identify, label, track and target individuals viewed as potential threats. With every passing day, the technology becomes more powerful, the surveillance more pervasive, and the language of national security even more elastic.

That should concern us far more than any single ballroom, tariff, monument or press dispute.

Because once the government has both the power to define the threat and the machinery to act against it, the most important question is no longer what constitutes a threat.

It is who gets to decide.

This is where Americans make a dangerous mistake when they treat abuses of presidential power as partisan questions.

If you approve of the president, you may not care how broadly he defines national security. If you trust his judgment, you may not object when he stretches emergency powers, sidesteps Congress, attacks the press or argues that the courts should defer to him.

But presidential power does not disappear when your preferred president leaves office. It passes intact to the next one.

Every shortcut becomes a precedent. Every emergency power becomes part of the presidential toolbox. Every expansion of surveillance becomes available to the next administration. Every definition of “threat” can be rewritten. And every power surrendered to a president you trust does not disappear when a president you distrust takes office.

That was the danger embedded in the national-security state long before Trump returned to office.

Trump is simply showing us how far the logic can be pushed.

A ballroom becomes national security. A monument becomes national security. Trade policy becomes national security. Journalists become national-security threats.

Where does it end?

Government critics? Religious groups? Political opponents? People whose online activity triggers an algorithm? Americans whose associations, purchases, travel patterns or communications cause them to be classified as suspicious?

The question is not who has already been swept into this machinery. It is who will be targeted next.

Congress makes the laws and controls the purse. Courts review government action. The First Amendment protects critics. The Fourth Amendment requires government to justify its searches. The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process.

None carries an asterisk reading: “unless the president invokes national security.”

Yet that is increasingly how the government behaves.

National security is supposed to protect the constitutional republic. It must not become the excuse for dismantling the constitutional restraints that make the republic worth protecting.

Follow this logic far enough and eventually the issue is no longer what the government wants to build, tax, censor, surveil or conceal.

The issue is whom the government decides it must target and control.

A government that can declare anything a national-security concern can eventually declare anyone a national-security threat. And once “national security” becomes the magic phrase that makes constitutional restraints disappear, all of us are potential threats.

Government and death go hand in hand, and death by government is the mainstay of power and control by the State. It should be noted that in today’s world, wars should not be considered defensive, as most all wars and conflicts are planned in advance, fraudulently structured, conspired by the major players involved, economically fashioned, and used in order to enrich the rich, advance nefarious agendas, all at the expense of the people on all sides. This is ‘modern’ war; psychological manipulation, psychological operations, universal oppression, persecution, and depopulation efforts meant to solidify global rule.

‘Modern’ war is not only about fighting off and destroying (killing) enemies, as most so-called ‘enemies’ (those at the top at least) are working together at this stage of the game in order to build out a one world government technocracy, vastly enriching those at the top of the pyramid, and capable of having regional control over populations by multiple technates. The Ukraine/Russia ‘war’ is an example of this dynamic, as nothing is as it seems. Putin wrote an essay in July of 2021 titled: “On the Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians.” He stated:

“First of all, I would like to emphasize that the wall that has emerged in recent years between Russia and Ukraine, between the parts of what is essentially the same historical and spiritual space, to my mind is our great common misfortune and tragedy.”

“The formula they (the West) apply has been known from time immemorial – divide and rule. There is nothing new here. Hence the attempts to play on the ”national question“ and sow discord among people, the overarching goal being to divide and then to pit the parts of a single people against one another.”

This is quite a contrast considering what is actually happening, but how real is it, and what is Putin’s real agenda? While horrible drone (machine) warfare is destroying both countries, Russia is shipping oil and gas through Ukrainian pipelines to the European Union unimpeded. This exposes the fraudulent nature of this proxy war between the players in Russia, Ukraine, and the West. Obviously this is not organic, but staged so that the real agendas can be solidified in the midst of this manufactured conflict.

The U.S. and Zionist Israeli war with Iran is no different. It is staged and likely fake as well, even though there are certainly deaths in the process. While the U.S. Israel, and Iran are trading missile attacks, they are destroying energy infrastructure purposely, which can only harm the people in all these countries and more around the world. Why would this outcome be sought unless that was the goal all along? Food, energy, and water have been horribly affected, this being used to harm the masses, but enrich the warmongers as they attempt to reset the world governing structure into a monstrous technocratic new world order.

In the meantime, the evil Zionists in Israel are continuing to genocide the entire Palestinian culture, a true holocaust, all with the help of the U.S., Europe, and the rest of the West. All of this seems clearly to be orchestrated among all these players, with the exception of Gaza and possibly Jordon, and not defensive at any level whatsoever. This means it was all planned in advance, is conspiratorial, and is meant to achieve specific ends advantageous to the ruling elements of the collusive war States involved.

All is headed in the same direction, just as was the case during the fake ‘covid’ pandemic farce. What seems to be the final push toward global technocracy, is well underway, and the lowly and brainwashed masses are running in every direction, looking for the next bogeyman or distraction, as defined by the mainstream narrative machine.

I consider this akin to the insanity of World War I, where men were told to occupy mud trenches, and to line up to charge machine gun strongholds in waves, one after another until they were mowed down. It was a slaughter of humanity at the whim of the rulers, and an exercise of using all the order followers as pure cannon fodder. Now, the slaughter in the future will be due to machine warfare using armed autonomous drones to wipe out much of humanity. Whether dumbed-down Americans accept it or not, this is all coming to this country soon. The U.S. is not immune to the heinous eradication methods being employed around the Middle East and eastern Europe today. It will eventually, and likely in the near future, be at your doorstep in one form or another; whether by domestic threat or other, due to government antagonism and plotted schemes meant to harm.

Already, your energy, food supply, and water are increasingly threatened, and this I believe will get worse. The destruction of infrastructure will not continue to only be in foreign lands, and the depopulation efforts will most certainly accelerate as things worsen in this environment of aggression, theft, murder, and control.

Remember, all that is happening is not accidental, it is not organic, and it is not defensive; it is intentional and meant to achieve a particular agenda of monetary upheaval, shortages of life-sustaining needs, all-consuming surveillance, and massive restrictive measures used to control this population. Wealth transfers to the rich and powerful will continue, while poverty and possibly famine among the general population will become more evident.

Wars in one form or another, whether hot, warm, or cold, will not subside, as the real ruling class continues its drive toward globalization. Psychological warfare will increase as well, as fear will be used as a weapon more and more as time passes. This can come from multiple fronts, as single events, or in waves of terroristic narratives meant to divide even more this already fully divided and pathetic proletariat class.

Man is the only animal in nature that seeks out non-self-governance. This to me appears to be entirely foreign, and completely unnatural. Maybe it is time for man to catch up with the rest of the animal kingdom, and rely on self- governance and self-preservation, instead of voluntarily seeking rule and false authority from those who would choose to rule and control their fellow men. That which is necessary for a natural and free existence is to abolish government!

Canada’s controversial Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program killed more people in 2024 than gun homicides did in the United States, statistics show.

According to the latest official Health Canada data, a record-high 16,499 people were killed by the Canadian government in 2024, amounting to about 5% of all recorded deaths. The vast majority, 95.6%, were White.

During the same year, 15,364 people died in the US by firearm homicide, a report from the Johns Hopkins Center for Gun Violence Solutions shows, 1,135 fewer than the MAID death toll despite the US population being about eight times larger than Canada’s.

The statistics were highlighted in a map posted on X on Tuesday an account called The Art of Purpose, which was shared by Republican senator Mike Lee.

“State-administered death is now more common in Canada than gun homicide is in the US. That didn’t happen by accident,” he wrote.

Canada’s MAID program was launched in 2016 for people whose death was “reasonably foreseeable”, but was expanded in 2021 to make those with chronic diseases and other physical conditions eligible, and advocates now want people suffering only from with mental health issues to be included.

On Sunday the family of an 83-year-old woman who was killed by the MAID program on July 10 spoke out and alleged she was euthanised against her will.

Brigitte Kranendonk told the Daily Mail that her grandmother Brigitte Stegemann cried “I’ve made a mistake” and failed a cognitive test which is supposed to determine whether she was able to consent to MAID, but was killed anyway, and died covered in blood due to a botched first IV attempt.

“She was a vulnerable human being, and they saw an opportunity,” Ms Kranendonk said.

“No one had ever done MAID at this residential home before: this was their very first MAID procedure. So I don’t know if they just dropped the ball, because they didn’t know what they were doing.”

In 2024 a woman who was paralysed after taking her third Covid vaccine was twice offered MAID, and in 2022 a Canadian Forces member alleged he was offered MAID after asking for support for PTSD.

A month later a paralympian veteran testified that she was asked if she wanted to be euthanised while fighting to have a home wheelchair ramp installed.

CNN reports that US military AI “almost started a war” with China when it hallucinated intelligence showing a Chinese ship transporting nuclear weapon components to Iran; US military planes were apparently already in the air preparing to attack the vessel before human intelligence picked up on the error.

A recent Pentagon report has officially concluded that an over-reliance on Palantir’s AI-powered command-and-control system Maven contributed to the bombing of a school in Minab which killed 120 children attending classes on the first day of the US-Israeli war with Iran.

We learned early on in the Gaza holocaust that the IDF was using AI to help it bomb suspected Hamas members when they are at home with their families rather than when they are out in the battlefield using a program called “Where’s Daddy?” — a bit of Israeli humor about the fact that they would be killing the children of Palestinian resistance fighters when their fathers came home.

We’re seeing politicians like Bernie Sanders voice concerns that “AI could soon be smarter than humans and function outside of our control,” but the most obvious and imminent threat right now is not that artificial intelligence will outsmart us and escape our control, it’s that it is being fully controlled by humans who are stupid and evil.

Again, we know for a fact that powerful nuclear-armed military forces are knitting AI into all their systems. We’re watching them do it, right in front of our faces. An increasingly complex and confusing element has been added to an environment of already tense and dangerous military standoffs around the world as the US and its allies work to absorb the few remaining nations who have managed to retain sovereignty into the imperial power umbrella. And yet recent weeks have seen the mass media flooded with punditry speculating about possible scenarios under which AI might perhaps wind up leading to human extinction.

We already know the most likely scenario under which AI will get us all killed. If it happens, it will be because rich and powerful sociopaths knit these technologies into war machinery that is designed for killing humans at mass scale. Duh.

These developments are unfolding in the context of a frenetic new arms race with China in which nobody’s willing to tap the brake pedal for fear of falling behind. Any talk of regulation or slowing things down before they get out of control is dismissed because the competition-based systems which currently govern human behavior have thrust us into a nightmare of constant military expansionism and brinkmanship instead of collaboration and harmony, all fueled by the fact that this paradigm makes tech plutocrats and war profiteers obscenely wealthy.

That’s clearly the most immediate existential threat that AI poses to our species right now. There’s also the only slightly less frightening threat of artificial intelligence enabling our rulers to use mass surveillance and autonomous weapons systems to stifle any revolutionary political movement before it gets off the ground, locking us into this freakish capitalist dystopia until the planet is an uninhabitable wasteland.

In any case, this isn’t a new threat. It’s the same old threat with new toys. Capitalism must end, and the empire must fall. Our very existence depends on it.

Some leaders in the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) movement on Sept. 21 warned President Donald Trump and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. over their inaction regarding messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccines, [bioweapon injections] including vaccines against COVID-19 [flu renamed].

"While the centerpiece of the MAHA and health freedom agenda has been removal of mRNA shots, you have failed to take decisive action on this front despite overwhelming credible evidence to the harm of this technology," the activists said in an open letter to Trump and Kennedy.

"Instead, your policies related to mRNA technology are neutered and self-defeating, putting pregnant women and children at risk, misleading parents and eroding their rights, and failing to help those harmed by vaccines."

They added, "If you continue to ignore our central issue of removing the mRNA platform, the MAHA and health freedom movements will withdraw their support of you, and you will face the political consequences."

The letter came after Kennedy told supporters that it takes time to make change inside the government, and that officials under him are carrying out vaccine safety studies that will inform future developments.

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, a Texas doctor, organized the letter. She has criticized several actions by Kennedy and the officials he oversees since he became health secretary in 2025 and heads Americans for Health Freedom.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.), former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), and commentator Tucker Carlson, all one-time Trump allies who have fallen out of favor with the president, signed the letter.

Other signatories include Dr. Joe Varon, president and chief medical officer at the Independent Medical Alliance; Dr. Robert Malone, who was chosen by Kennedy to advise the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on vaccines; Leslie Manookian, founder and president of the Health Freedom Defense Fund, which has fought vaccine and mask mandates in court; and Dr. Joel Wallskog, who was injured by a COVID-19 vaccine and serves as co-chair of the vaccine injury advocacy group React19.

The coalition took exception with how mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, which Kennedy once described as the deadliest vaccines on the market, remain available for Americans. They also raised concerns about how the administration recently cleared an mRNA vaccine against influenza even though it was not tested against a placebo, which ran counter to a promise made by Kennedy that no new vaccines would be approved absent placebo-controlled trials. And they said there has been an "absence of meaningful help for those injured from the mRNA shots."

"The man who spent years warning America about mRNA vaccines now presides over a department that has approved another one," Malone and his wife, Jill Glasspool Malone, wrote in a blog post on Monday. 

That is not a minor detail. It is the sort of contradiction that the medical freedom movement once would have torn apart."

The spokesperson added: "HHS continues to support mRNA research where the science shows promise [in killing people], including for hard-to-treat cancers [Causing the cancers]. At the same time, HHS wound down investments in mRNA vaccines for upper respiratory viruses because the technology does not effectively protect against infection from [alleged] rapidly mutating viruses such as COVID [flu renamed] and flu [same thing]."

Google will use machine learning on data it already has: your searches, YouTube watch history, and years of patterns tied to your account.

Then it guesses if you’re over or under 18.

When the machine is conveniently wrong it will brand a grown adult as a minor.

The “fix” is to hand over a government ID or take a selfie.

If you refuse, they will treat you like a child: bedtime nags on YouTube, throttled viewing, blocked adult-restricted apps on Google Play, and more restrictions inside the services they already built on your data.

This is Big Brother watching you and forcing you to prove who you are when their “guess” is conveniently wrong.

Do NOT comply.

Do NOT upload the ID.

Do NOT give them the selfie.

Are Satellites located in Space or within Earth’s Atmosphere?

Most people would probably agree that a satellite describes a man-made communication device that is launched outside of Earth’s atmosphere into space. 

According to the Cambridge Dictionary, a satellite is defined as: 

“A device sent up into space to travel around the earth, used for collecting information or communicating by radio, television, etc.” 

So as to determine if satellites are outside of the atmosphere, or not, the first logical question should be - at what altitude does space start? 

According to most scientific resources, and popular belief, space begins where the atmosphere ends. The layers of the atmosphere, in ascending order, are described as the Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, Thermosphere and finally the Exosphere. Space is generally believed to be the endless, dark abyss beyond the Exosphere. 

When it comes to looking-up images of the layers of Earth’s atmosphere, there seems to be general agreement on the altitudes of the lower layers but it seems like guesswork when it comes to the precise extent of the Exosphere and therefore the beginning of space. It could be argued that the real reason for this lack of knowledge, or clarity,  is because no man or machine has ever actually been there or, at least, been beyond the atmosphere. 

Here are a couple of examples: 

If man has travelled 250,000 miles to land on the Moon, and supposedly been back again recently to do a lap of honour, then surely the exact altitude of the start of space should be fairly easy to define. This information would then help to provide the answer for the question posed in this article. 

The International Space Station 

The International Space Station (ISS) is officially described as travelling over 17,000 mph at a maximum altitude of 250 miles. Now, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realise that 250 miles into the sky is well below the outer layer of Earth’s atmosphere, defined as being around 6,000 miles up. In fact, it’s not even close to the outer edge of the Thermosphere.  

According to NASA, regarding the altitude of the space station, it states: 

“ISS orbits at an altitude of between 200 – 250 miles (370-460 km). 

Now, whether you actually believe the space station exists or not, the official altitude given for the ISS lies within Earth’s atmosphere, no matter what the discrepancy in the thickness of each layer.

Satellites 

According to worldatlas.com, “most satellites are found within atmospheric layers known as the Thermosphere and Exosphere”. To repeat once more, these altitudes are within layers of the atmosphere and not what most people assume to be in space. 

Nasa confirms this on spaceplace.nasa.gov: 

“The Thermosphere is home to the International Space Station as it orbits Earth. This is also where you’ll find low Earth orbit satellites.” 

The Karman Line 

Interestingly, most people probably don’t realise that the officially accepted altitude of the start of space is actually nowhere near the outer edge of the Thermosphere and certainly not 6,000 miles up at the extent of the Exosphere. 

Known as the ‘Karman Line’, the defining line for the beginning of space is described as being just 60 miles (100 kms) above ground level. According to an article on astronomy.com, The Karman Line, where Space Begins “Earth ends and outer space begins at the Karman Line, some 60 miles (100 kilometres) above the planet’s surface.”  

Quoting Wikipedia, regarding the Karman Line: 

“The Karman Line is a conventional definition of the edge of space; it is widely but not universally accepted. The international record-keeping body FAI defines the Karman Line at an altitude of 100 kilometres (54 nautical miles; 62 miles) above mean sea level.” 

However, the U.S. Army brings space even closer to Earth. Wikipedia goes on to mention: 

“The U.S. Armed Forces definition of an astronaut is a person who has flown higher than 50 miles above mean sea level, approximately the line between the mesosphere and the thermosphere.” 

That means whenever you see 24-hour news coverage of a rocket launch into space or yet another group of celebrities heading off into the cosmos, they only have to go 60 miles up in the sky in order to be officially regarded as having been to space. That puts a bit of a dampener on most people’s impression that their idols have been out into the realms of Star Wars and Star Trek.  

Even the astronauts that reportedly frequented the space station, for months on end, have never been outside of Earth’s atmosphere. This fact is proven by NASA’s own specifications on the altitude of the ISS relative to the layers of Earth’s atmosphere. The only space they have supposedly visited is just a layer in the atmosphere above which normal aircraft cannot fly. 

By this stage in the investigation, there seems to be an awful lot of discrepancy and lack of continuity in the official definitions of space. Why is that so? Surely, the truth is the truth. However, if the entire narrative of an ever-expanding universe beyond Earth’s atmosphere is actually make-believe propaganda then it is understandable why there is so much variation in the storyline. 

Van Allen Belts 

Most people familiar with the Apollo missions to the Moon will have heard of the radiation band known as the Van Allen Belts. However, the location is assumed to be at a distance somewhere out in space between the Earth and the Moon. 

Once again, discrepancies in the official narrative keep occurring.  Low Earth Satellites are affected by the radiation from the Van Allen Belts. This indicates that the Van Allen Belts are in fact bands of magnetic radiation that exist within Earth’s atmosphere itself.   

Solar Wind and Solar Particles 

According to mainstream science there is no air in space. This should also mean that there is no wind. This does somewhat contradict the phrasing of solar winds. Furthermore, if the Heliocentric Sun is 93,000,000 miles away, doesn’t it seem a bit strange that solar particles and solar wind affect satellites within the Earth’s atmosphere? 

Quoting from A.I., due to its ability to rapidly sift through mainstream articles, it states: 

“Solar wind reduces satellite longevity by causing orbital decay, degrading hardware, and disrupting electronic systems.” 

“Solar storms heat and expand Earth’s upper atmosphere (thermosphere), increasing atmospheric drag on satellites. This drag saps orbital energy, causing satellites to fall to lower altitudes faster than planned, as seen in the 2022 loss of 40 Starlink satellites.” 

“Continuous bombardment by solar particles causes ‘sputtering’, which sandblast satellite surfaces and solar panels, leading to gradual performance degradation and reduce operational lifespan.” 

Conclusion

If you believe that space is the dark expanse of the universe, starting above the outermost layer of Earth’s atmosphere, then satellites and the ISS are clearly not in space.  

That means communications satellites, the International Space Station and Starlink satellites, are operating just up there in the sky. To be more accurate, they are all located within the defined layers of the atmosphere. 

The only way that satellites can be described as being in space is by adapting the official definition of space itself. In other words, if space can be defined as being just 60 miles up into the atmosphere, then yes, satellites do most likely exist in space. The bottom line is that what most people think of as space is not what the mainstream media adopts for its’ own definition. 

This then leads to a much more important question. If satellites and the ISS are unanimously described as being in space, while actually existing within Earth's atmosphere, what is to say that the Sun and Moon are not also within the atmosphere? 

After all, the Sun and Moon can be seen with the naked eye and both seem to be exactly the same size and located just up there in the sky. The fact that the Thermosphere is so hot would also align with the idea that the heat of the Sun is in close proximity. Solar winds and solar particles occurring within the upper atmosphere also strengthen this argument. 

As a final thought, what if the entire narrative of a spinning-globe earth, hurtling through endless space is all make-believe? There is not one iota of evidence, outside of mainstream propaganda, Hollywood movies and NASA CGI, which proves that space, actually exists.  

The answer to that question is the key to understanding the truth about the world in which you live, why you are here and what life is really about.

The sudden emergence of an 'AI Panic' over the past weeks and months was highly suspect from the beginning. According to tech insiders, Silicon Valley's apex AI labs are deliberately overselling "rogue AI" hacks to pressure the federal government into building a regulatory moat that would lock out future competition - and the timing, months after both OpenAI and Anthropic announced plans to go public, couldn't be more obvious.

Akhil Verghese, founder of AI software company Krazimo, told the NY Post the incidents were no rebellion: "They were simply told to get the best result possible on a test." Voice AI co-founder Abhi Kumar was blunter: "One man's 'the model escaped the sandbox' is another man's 'you failed to build the sandbox correctly.'" Taivo Pungas, chief intelligence officer at Pactum AI, said the leap from "we didn't build the right sort of box" to a whole-of-government emergency feels exaggerated.

PANIC! 

The AI "breakouts" that lit up Capitol Hill this summer were about as organic as #4 red dye. On July 16, OpenAI models running a cyber evaluation exploited a zero-day and got from their test range into Hugging Face's production systems; OpenAI disclosed it five days later, naming GPT-5.6 Sol and an unreleased model, and noting the models had been configured "with reduced cyber refusals so they could attempt offensive exercises that normal safeguards might reject." Nine days after that, Anthropic disclosed three incidents of its own.

According to Anthropic's July 30 write-up - the "waking up" narrative is total bullshit. "A misconfiguration left the machines that Claude accessed as part of the evaluation with live internet access," the company wrote; the models had been told they were offline. Claude Opus 4.7 went after a real company that happened to share a name with the fictional target and pulled "several hundred rows of production data." Mythos 5 published a booby-trapped Python package to the live PyPI registry that was "downloaded and run on 15 real systems." An unreleased research model scanned "roughly 9,000 targets" and got into one company's web app "using basic and well-known cyberattack techniques." Anthropic's own verdict: "We believe these incidents to be closer to a harness and operational failure than a model alignment failure." It halted cyber evals on July 23 and called in METR - their preferred Orwellian arbiter - to review.

Anthropic's account has one wrinkle: Opus 4.7 kept attacking after it recognized the system was real. Only the newer research model stopped. So the machines are not uniformly "blameless" - but a model that keeps following its instructions on a misconfigured network is Irregular's failure, not evidence of intent.

The Common Denominator

Every one of these evaluations was run by the same third party: Irregular, an AI security firm that tested the OpenAI, Anthropic and Google models and, per Axios, hit "the same security issues" each time. The Verge adds Meta to the list - a pattern Axios's Sam Sabin flagged in July:

Then came Gemini. On Friday, the Wall Street Journal reported that Google's model had broken into three real companies during an Irregular capture-the-flag exercise. The incident happened in May, Irregular published its report on August 14, and Google didn't mention it until the Journal called - and then explained that it hadn't considered the hacks worth disclosing becauseGemini "acted appropriately" and stopped once it realized the targets were real.

Irregular told Axios the model "wasn't supposed to be able to get online, but internet access was unintentionally available," and the fictional target company "had the same name as a real one." In one case Gemini guessed passwords until it got in; in two others it found credentials sitting in a public repository. Irregular says "all known issues on our end were remedied and resolved weeks ago" and that the Gemini case "does not represent a materially separate incident." Google VP Heather Adkins: "Safe development of powerful AI models is critical and we invest deeply in this area."

But when looking at the actual events, the model was blameless.

- Gemini was told it was it was in a fictional hacking eval
- Irregular unintentionally opened internet access after the eval started
- in all three cases, as soon as Gemini figured out it had hacked a real company it immediately stopped

So Google - which isn't asking Washington to pace anything, considered the incident a non-event - yet the two labs lobbying for a federal slowdown scrambled to put out press releases.

Industry commentator John Ennis put the obvious question, pointing out that "once is an accident, twice is questionable, but three times looks intentional".

The Pacing Play

Six days before the Gemini story broke, Dario Amodei published a September 12 post warning that within 6 to 12 months an AI swarm could "take over the entire internet with a persistent botnet," potentially causing hundreds of billions of dollars in damage. His prescription: "We must slow the pace at which we improve the capabilities of AI models." Sam Altman and Elon Musk signaled support. In a nutshell, Pacing the Frontier™is a bid to become strategically indispensable - too big to fail, with Beijing as the justification.

Nvidia's Jensen Huang - circle-jerker-in-chief noted: "What better way to create demand than to create a problem." lol yes. 

Palo Alto Networks CEO Nikesh Arora called it a "NINJA move" and then, after more time talking to labs, open-source projects and government, warned it could backfire:

Lawmakers jumped on this right on cue.

Senator Josh Hawley opened an investigation into OpenAI on September 9, with a records deadline of October 1; Senator Bernie Sanders announced a bill to ban further frontier-lab development; Senator Elizabeth Warren demanded an "immediate pause." As we noted earlier this week, everybody in this conversation is talking their own book. On Friday the White House joined in from the other side: Trump posted that AI safety concerns are a "hoax" and said he will appoint an AI czar and stand up an "AI Force," per Bloomberg.

Follow The Money

Oh and then there's that, yes. A leaked OpenAI presentation obtained by the Financial Times projects negative free cash flow of $278 billion from 2026 to 2030, with the company's compute bill rising from a $600 billion estimate in February to $856 billion by July - against revenue it hopes to grow from $36 billion this year to $350 billion in 2030. As we detailed previously, Altman has already walked back the timeline on the economic transformation that was supposed to pay for all of it.

Anthropic, meanwhile, has shifted its planned IPO from October to November, per the Journal, on what Reuters reports is $100 billion-plus in annualized revenue. And a week after its CEO said the industry must slow down, Reuters reports Anthropic is considering rushing out a new model to counter OpenAI's momentum ahead of that IPO. Pacing for thee.

If an open-weight model out of Hangzhou does 95% of what Claude or GPT-5 does for a fraction of the cost, the valuations both labs are banking on implode. The only way to protect the margins, justify the cash burn and satisfy Wall Street is to make it legally impossible for anyone else to compete - a regulatory moat so thick, and compliance costs so high, that only a $100 billion corporation can afford to train a frontier model. Arora's point stands: no actual security fix has been proposed, only more "compute spent on safety" and a federal body to bless it.

The models didn't rebel. A contractor left the internet on, three times that we know of, and the two labs with IPOs to protect turned that into a case for federal pacing. Hawley's records are due October 1, Anthropic has promised a redacted PyPI transcript and an outside METR review, and Google's explanation for sitting on a May breach of three companies until a newspaper called is that the model behaved. Don't believe the byte.

In a word, the answer to the title question is none. By now, most of you know how I feel about politics, politicians, and government; this includes all voting and ignorant rants about being ‘free’ under any government. Recently, I have seen more articles being published defending ‘conservatism’ (republicans) by using the “lesser of evils” argument. Once again, this is not a valid argument, and in fact is simply the opposite. This is only an attempt to prop up the so-called ‘conservative’ position by announcing that the leftist socialists are so much worse. One article in particular caught my attention, but I will not mention the particular author here.

In my opinion, all parties can be lumped into one, and little difference will be evident when the results shake out in the end. Whether republican, democrat, libertarian, independent, green, or any other, the big picture, the only thing that counts, never changes. To disagree with this conclusion is to admit being asleep for the past century or more. One of the points being pursued is that the ‘concept’ that the left and right were working as one at the top, and therefore causing intentional division, is now not accurate. My take is that it is even more apparent, and worse than that, the entirety of politics worldwide, regardless of which flavor, is attempting to achieve the exact same outcome, and this is collusion by all the dark underbelly of the actual ruling class, who also rule over the subordinate political class.

As another irrelevant and worthless selection cycle is just around the corner, each camp is attempting to separate from the other, and this separation, while completely fraudulent, will attempt to take alternate core positions, and at this point, the socialist angle is apparently more cherished by the doltish crowd than any other. Is it any wonder considering the atrocious Trump years.? The rub here, is that there is absolutely no ‘winning’ by attempting to choose either of these evil and insane sides. The primary agenda being sought is globalism in a new world order in a fully digitized society; universal biometrics, totally surveilled populations, physical and monetary controlled economies, social credit systems, depopulation; all in order to build a universal technocracy.

The U.S., regardless of party position, is a practicing example of ‘democratic’ socialism, communism, Marxism, extreme fascism, and global compartmentalized oligarchical rule, all based on a master/slave environment. Any feigned differences, as suggested by many fake ‘alternative’ writers (controlled opposition sorts) as of late, are only at the margin, and actually become irrelevant considering that the results sought by all political sides are nearly identical. The division amongst the mass horde of serfs must sustain in order for top-down control to survive. Those pursuing their side over the other based on political or so-called ‘moral’ grounds, are simply liars playing the game of pitting one against the other, while avoiding the reality that all is going downhill, and has been for many decades, regardless of which set of whores was in power. They are all one and the same, and those with political power fully understand this fact.

Actually, this tyrannical and evil political system could not exist unless those in power on all sides were working together as one to achieve their ultimate goal of universal control. One aspect of this totalitarian horror we are living through that is rarely discussed, is the fact that most in this country actually believe everything should be based on “following the Constitution,’ that so-called single set of ruling instructions. If that were so, there would be no argument amongst the opposing parties; actually opposing parties could not exist if the goal of government was based on this one deceptive and dishonest document. The very idea of parties eliminates any sanity whatsoever, as the creation of parties was meant only to cause division from minute one. This was intentional.

Consider the heinous and completely corrupt Supreme Court; those nine criminals individually selected by the slime on both sides of the political spectrum, who tend to nearly always vote equally split. How could that be, if the rules in the same heinous Constitution are being considered by all the sitting ‘black’ robes? It could not! Parties you see, were invented for the single purpose of creating constant staged division. All the courts do is perpetuate that division, as is by design. To not see this is to be blind to reality, or consumed by cowardly indifference.

One example evident today (one of hundreds) is the ‘conservative’s’ convenient position taken against the murder of three children by the certainly evil Lindsay Clancy, while at the same time fully supporting the genocide of hundreds of thousands of innocent children in Gaza, just as they did in Iraq and around the world. This while many on the left are supporting a woman who murdered her children in cold blood. All these murderous acts are heinous of course, but the hypocrisy and stupidity on both sides is horrendous. The contrived sympathy in this case by the ‘conservatives’ is an obvious example of using a horrible event in order to market right-wing ‘morality’ in order to gain separation and votes. Both sides continually practice these kind of deceptive ploys in order to gain favor in the moment, but both sides are willing to sacrifice the lives of others if it suits their needs.

Examples of the dishonest, lying, and deceit practiced by all parties abound, and could fill the pages of multiple books, but the bottom line is that there is no difference between one political class or another. They want money, power, and control, or they would not pursue rule over all others, the single common thread of all in the political realm. When one side or the other makes claims that they are the superior ruler, that they possess moral supremacy, expose their arrogance by claiming dominance of virtue, and insist that you trust them alone, it is duplicitous nonsense.

Both the right and left seek total globalism, technocratic rule, and power. Both seek war at every turn, which has been the mainstay of this empire since its inception. Both seek unlimited control over the people. Both seek fascist cooperation. Both seek biometric labeling, digital currency, and AI advancement through extreme debt to society. Both seek mandates of poisonous injections, lockdowns, and medical supremacy. Both seek to protect pedophiles, rapists, molesters, and murderers among their ranks. Both have kept covered up every corruption, assassination, financial crime, and false flag no matter which one is the majority in power.

All one has to do in order to come to the conclusion that all politics are evil and one and the same, is to consider the fraud and hoax of the ‘covid’ scam. Every party, every country on earth, all acted in exact oneness, and simultaneously. How could that be possible unless conspiracy and total collusion among the so-called enemy rulers was openly evident? They all wanted to poison you, they all wanted you locked in home prisons, they all wanted you masked, they all wanted you to abandon your friends and families. How much more evidence do you need?

Beware any State or alternative narrative, and beware those in the now pretend alternative space who support one side or the other, who aim to influence by deceit. The mainstream media was corrupted long, long ago, but there are only a very few left in alt-media who are genuine, honest, and attempting to bring truth into the mix of madness. Question everything, scrutinize everything, believe almost nothing and do your own research. If you honestly want freedom, then by all means, abandon all government and all rule. This is completely unacceptable. We have reached the point where you can purchase a television for your own home, pay for the television with your own money, put it in your living room, and discover that the damn thing may be capable of collecting information about you, your network, the devices around you, and what you are watching. An investigation by Gamers Nexus, Level1Techs, and independent security researchers found LG televisions scanning local networks for phones, smartwatches, computers, and other devices, collecting information about nearby Wi-Fi networks, location and IP information, and using Automatic Content Recognition to identify what appears on the television, including content coming through HDMI. Researchers also reported finding evidence of microphone audio being captured while a television was in standby and stored locally while offline.

LG acknowledges that its televisions can scan for compatible devices on the same network, describing this as ordinary smart-TV functionality, and says its ACR advertising feature is opt-in. Researchers nevertheless demonstrated just how much information modern televisions are technically capable of seeing around the household. LG Ad Solutions boasts of reaching hundreds of millions of “addressable secondary devices,” and LG advertising executives have used phrases such as “we own the glass” when describing the company’s relationship with the television screen. Excuse me? You sold me the glass. YOU DO NOT OWN IT AFTER I BUY IT. That mentality is precisely the problem with the modern technology industry. You think you are purchasing a product. Increasingly, corporations look at the product as a permanent doorway into your life.

I have written extensively about Flock cameras and the government’s expanding surveillance machinery. I have written about commercially available location information, license-plate databases, facial recognition, and the gradual destruction of privacy. Now look around your own house. Your television, refrigerator, doorbell, phone, smart gadgets, laptop, and any other device connected to the internet is capable of watching you.

People need to STOP accepting this as simply the price of modern life. That attitude is how freedom disappears. “Well, that’s just how smart TVs work.” NO! Why should it be? Why should a television need to know what other devices are sitting on my network? Why should an advertising business need to understand the entire “household” rather than simply display the program I selected? Why should I need to dig through privacy agreements and obscure settings to determine whether the screen sitting in my living room is analyzing what I watch? The burden has been reversed. Instead of corporations proving why they absolutely require information, citizens are expected to discover how to stop them from collecting it.

The argument that everyone agreed to this somewhere inside a terms-of-service agreement is equally absurd. Nobody reads 40 pages of legal garbage before turning on a television. That is not meaningful consent. It is a legal shield written by lawyers to protect corporations. If a device is going to monitor viewing behavior, identify devices throughout a household, process voice information, or transmit information for advertising purposes, the consumer should be told in plain English exactly what is happening and should have to deliberately turn those features ON. Privacy should be the default. Surveillance should require permission.

This becomes infinitely more dangerous when government enters the equation. Data collected for advertising today can become enormously valuable to government tomorrow. We have already seen government agencies purchase commercially available information rather than obtain it through the traditional warrant process. We have seen police departments construct enormous searchable networks of license-plate cameras. We have watched the line between corporate data collection and government surveillance become thinner and thinner. The government does not need to install a microphone in every living room if citizens voluntarily purchase internet-connected microphones themselves.

That is why the argument “I have nothing to hide” is so incredibly foolish. Privacy is not about hiding criminal behavior. Privacy means government and corporations have no inherent right to know everything about you. What books you read, where you drive, who visits your home, what you watch, what websites you visit, what political programs you consume, and what you say inside your own living room are nobody’s damn business.

The frightening part is how quickly people have been conditioned to accept this. Twenty-five years ago, tell someone that their television might scan the devices inside their house, analyze what they watch for advertising, connect that information to other devices, and contain microphones capable of responding while the screen appears off, and people would have called it Orwellian. Today they call it a “smart home.”

Corporations should not be permitted to turn products people purchase into permanent surveillance platforms buried beneath unreadable agreements. Government should not be permitted to obtain information indirectly that the Constitution would require it to justify collecting directly. Privacy protections need to catch up with technology because technological capability is advancing far faster than the laws written to restrain its abuse.

We should not accept a surveillance state as an inevitable fact of modern life. We should not accept that everything must collect data because everything now contains a computer. We should not accept cameras following our cars, phones following our movements, algorithms following our purchases, and televisions monitoring our homes simply because somebody tells us this is the future. If that is the future they are offering, then we have every right to reject it.

The official word from the Canadian government reflects this reality; "No Comment". If they admit wrongdoing, compensation and arrests should follow. The governments official response;

Canada’s Liberal government has “no comment” on the testimony of Canadians injured by COVID-19 “vaccines”, not a defense, not an explanation, not even a question answered, just a spokesperson repeating a talking point:

That was their entire answer, to four days of sworn testimony from Canadians whose lives were turned upside down, and honestly, it says everything about where their loyalties lie.

Think about what that means, Canadians, many of them suffering every single day, stood up and told their stories in a public inquiry, and the government’s response, delivered in the name of Health Minister Marjorie Michel herself, was to call it misinformation and refuse to comment.

Do they think these Canadians are simply going to “shut up” and go away?

No, the walls are crumbling, the spell is broken, and Canadians injured by COVID-19 “vaccines” are no longer willing to suffer in silence.

And for once, mainstream media noticed, Global National actually aired a report on the Allison Inquiry, a largely unbiased segment highlighting the testimonies of ordinary Canadians, and of course, the government took the predictable route: brush it off, protect the pharmaceutical industry, and label anything inconvenient as “misinformation,” the Ministry of Health even tried to make it political, urging Parliamentarians to “combat misinformation,” as if care and compassion for injured people were a partisan issue, it isn’t.

The mask has slipped, when a government will not even acknowledge the people it injured, when “no comment” is the official policy toward the suffering, it has chosen the pharmaceutical industry over its own citizens, that is the story the mainstream press finally put on national television, and Canadians saw it.

Now is the time to act, contact your MP and tell them the vaccine-injured must be heard, acknowledged, and properly compensated, contact Health Minister Marjorie Michel and do not let her government ignore these Canadians any longer, and keep speaking, keep sharing, because every conversation breaks the silence a little more.

“By the principles of the American revolution, arbitrary power may, and ought to, be resisted.”

Luther Martin and the rest of the founders not only TOLD us how to deal with unconstitutional power. Throughout the American Revolution, they SHOWED us what actually works. 

Enforcing the Constitution can be broken down into six almost completely-ignored steps from the Revolution. Backed, of course, by the ultimate check on power: the duty of self-preservation.

Before getting to those steps, we need to ground this information in some difficult truth. Most people want a magic button that reads, “press Here to enforce the Constitution.” Or some magic words on paper that will get the government to stop doing what the government was never authorized to do in the first place.

But that is pure fantasy.

Thomas Jefferson gave us the reality check. Going from the largest government in history to a real land of the free is not going to be quick or easy.

“We are not to expect to be translated from despotism to liberty, in a feather-bed.” 

Step 1 – Be Armed and Trained

As George Washington put it in his first “state of the union,” a highly armed and trained general population is a prerequisite for freedom.

“A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined.” 

It should be obvious, but this was a common view throughout the Revolution, and the War for Independence probably would have failed without it.

In his 1773 sermon to the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company in Boston, Simeon Howard summed it up best.

“A people who would stand fast in their liberty, should furnish themselves with weapons proper for their defence, and learn the use of them.”

That’s the same message we got during the ratification debates from the Anti-Federalist writer, Federal Farmer. He knew that to be free, the people needed to be armed and trained EARLY.

“To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.”

The founders and old revolutionaries, as Josiah Quincy explained, considered real national defense in a free republic to be built on the people themselves, ready to protect and defend their own Constitution and liberty against all enemies, foreign or domestic.

“No free government was ever founded or ever preserved it’s liberty without uniting the characters of citizen and soldier in those destined for defence of the state.”

Step 2 – Zero Tolerance for Arbitrary Power

James Otis Jr. defined arbitrary power this way in 1762:

“arbitrary; which in plain English means no more than to do as one pleases.”

“Light Horse” Harry Lee applied that same principle to the Constitution.

“When a question arises with respect to the legality of any power, exercised or assumed by Congress, it is plain on the side of the governed. Is it enumerated in the Constitution? If it be, it is legal and just. It is otherwise arbitrary and unconstitutional.”

So any time they go beyond the limits of the Constitution, it’s arbitrary: it’s LAWLESS.

But even worse? As Rep. James Jackson argued in the First Congress in 1789, every violation of the constitution sets a precedent for more of the same.

“We must confine ourselves to the powers described in the Constitution; and the moment we pass it, we take an arbitrary stride toward a despotic government.”

For Thomas Jefferson, even the smallest step beyond the limits of the Constitution opens the floodgates for unlimited power.

“To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.”

It’s really hard to overstate how much the old revolutionaries despised arbitrary power. As James Otis Jr. put it, it isn’t just dangerous. 

It’s vile. Corrupt. The worst of the worst.

“The curse and scandal of human nature”

In his 1775 Massacre Day oration, the great Revolutionary War hero Joseph Warren explained this through the colonists’ own history and tradition. Their forefathers risked their lives and crossed the ocean to find freedom – to escape arbitrary power.

“Our fathers, having nobly resolved never to wear the yoke of despotism, and seeing the European world, at that time, thro’ indolence and cowardice, falling a prey to tyranny; bravely threw themselves upon the bosom of the ocean; determined to find a place in which they might enjoy their freedom, or perish in the glorious attempt”

Why? It gets down to a long-lost American principle: liberty or death.

“They found the land swarming with savages, who threatned death with every kind of torture. But savages, and death with torture, were far less ter|rible than slavery: Nothing was so much the object of their abhorence as a tyrant’s power: They knew that it was more safe to dwell with man in his most unpolished state than in a country where arbitrary power prevails..”

Step 3 – Refuse to Comply

How do you treat arbitrary power? Well, you definitely don’t comply with it.

We get a pretty strong hint at that from Alexander Hamilton, discussing the supremacy clause of the Constitution in Federalist No. 33.

“It will not follow from this doctrine that acts of the large society which are NOT PURSUANT to its constitutional powers, but which are invasions of the residuary authorities of the smaller societies, will become the supreme law of the land. These will be merely acts of usurpation, and will deserve to be treated as such.”

And Hamilton himself told us what this means at the height of the American Revolution:. No compliance with arbitrary power.

“All we aim at, is to convince your high and mighty masters, the ministry, that we are not such asses as to let them ride us as they please… 

…tho’ we cannot much applaud your wisdom, yet we are compelled to admire your valour, which leads you to hope you may be able to swear, threaten, bully and frighten all America into a compliance with your sinister designs.”

In short, government doesn’t get to do whatever it wants. And when it tries, you aren’t required to comply.

“To grasp at a more extensive power than they are willing to entrust, is to violate that law of nature, which gives every man a right to his personal liberty; and can, therefore, confer no obligation to obedience.”

The American Revolution was built on this view. Free people do not comply with unconstitutional “laws” – and then just hope they can convince the government to stop doing what the government was never authorized to do in the first place.

John Hancock was even clearer than Hamilton: Never comply. Ever.

“The people of this country will never be made slaves of by a submission to the damned act.”

As students of history, they all knew, as James Otis Jr. put it, that compliance guarantees tyranny.

“So long as people will submit to arbitrary measures, so long will they find masters”

This mentality wasn’t fringe. It was pervasive, part of the American spirit. And people like John Steele carried it forward to the ratification debates in 1788.

“If the Congress make laws inconsistent with the Constitution, independent judges will not uphold them, nor will the people obey them. A universal resistance will ensue.”

Step 4 – Petition and Disobey

This next step might actually be step 3.5, because they’re closely connected.

Simultaneously with a refusal to comply, issue resolutions or petitions to ask or demand that the government withdraw. While unlikely, it just might give them an opportunity to do so.

This was such an integral part of their strategy throughout the Revolution that they included it in the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

But petitioning doesn’t mean compliance. And there’s no better proof of this than the strategy used against the Stamp Act in 1765.

In October that year, John Dickinson was the primary author of the Resolutions of the Stamp Act Congress,  widely considered the first coordinated, multi-colony action of the American Revolution.

It was very flattering in tone, but it also called the Stamp Act unconstitutional.

“That the only representatives of the people of these colonies, are persons chosen therein, by themselves; and that no taxes ever have been, or can be constitutionally imposed on them, but by their respective legislatures.”

That same fall, Dickinson also wrote a broadside calling on the people to refuse to comply.

“If you comply with the Act by using Stamped Papers, you fix, you rivet perpetual Chains upon your unhappy Country.”

He knew that every time you let them get away with enforcing one unconstitutional act, you give them a precedent for more and more of the same in the future.

“You unnecessarily, voluntarily establish the detestable Precedent, which those who have forged your Fetters ardently wish for, to varnish the future Exercise of this new claimed Authority.”

So, on the one hand, Dickinson wrote the most famous resolution politely asking for repeal. At the same time, he put compliance in terms everyone understood.

“If you quietly bend your Necks to that Yoke, you prove yourselves ready to receive any Bondage to which your Lords and Masters shall please to subject you.”

In another Revolutionary-era example of this two-pronged strategy, the 1774 Declaration and Resolves of the First Continental Congress first described a long laundry list of British acts as unconstitutional:

“Impolitick, unjust, and cruel, as well as unconstitutional, and most dangerous and destructive of American rights.”

It was also a petition calling for repeal.

“Repeal of them is essentially necessary in order to restore harmony between Great Britain and the American Colonies.”

But it hammered the essential strategy home: never, ever submit to arbitrary power.

“To these grievous Acts and measures Americans cannot submit.”

Thomas Jefferson used this same strategy in drafting the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798. He repeatedly referred to most of the Alien and Sedition Acts as “altogether void and of no force.”

“Whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”

This was a non-binding protest, a resolution. But in his original draft, Jefferson also called for concrete action by the people of the several states.

“Where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy: that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non foederis,) to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them.”

Step 5 – Refuse to Enforce

That brings us to step 5: with a refusal to comply comes a refusal to enforce.

In Federalist No. 46, James Madison’s strategy for stopping federal overreach emphasized this as essential:

“A refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union.”

About seven weeks earlier, Roger Sherman tied three of these key principles together. Arbitrary power is not law at all. States shouldn’t help the feds enforce it. And it should be obvious, but enforcement is only needed when the people refuse to comply.

“All acts of the Congress not warranted by the constitution would be void. Nor could they be enforced contrary to the sense of a majority of the States.”

This same kind of local refusal to enforce was often used throughout the Revolution. One famous example comes from Frederick County, Maryland, where 12 county court judges issued a formal unanimous ruling that the Stamp Act was to be ignored, effectively nullifying it in practice in the county.

As documented by North Carolina History, local law enforcement officials in that colony refused to enforce the Stamp act  – or even stop the crowds rioting against the act. 

“Governor Tryon discovered that he could not rely on magistrates and other law enforcement officials to suppress the disorder since so many of them had joined the protesters.”

Step 6 – Resist Further

When government persists, as it often does, sometimes you have to ramp up how you resist.

That’s exactly what Federalist and future Supreme Court Justice James Iredell said in the North Carolina Ratifying Convention.

“The only resource against usurpation, is the inherent right of the people to prevent its exercise. … The people will resist if the government usurp powers not delegated to it.”

How that resistance happens really depends on the situation. And Thomas Jefferson, the day after his Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 were signed, stressed smart strategy in a letter to James Madison.

“I inclose you a copy of the draught of the Kentuckey resolves. I think we should distinctly affirm all the important principles they contain, so as to hold to that ground in future, and leave the matter in such a train as that we may not be committed absolutely to push the matter to extremities, & yet may be free to push as far as events will render prudent.”

During the Revolution, this played out in many ways – such as these three important examples

With the Continental Association in 1774, they used boycotts to push an economic shutdown against Britain. Kick the enemy where it hurts: in the wallet.

In the Liberty Affair of 1768, after British customs officials seized John Hancock’s ship, thousands of people descended on the tax collectors – and even the British Navy – and literally ran them to the docks – and out of town.

The Suffolk Resolves of 1774, written by Joseph Warren, said “no obedience is due” to the coercive acts,  judges should be disregarded, sheriffs should refuse to enforce, and taxes collected should be withheld from distribution to the British authorities. 

And lastly, that the people should prepare themselves to resist by force of arms.

“That the inhabitants of those towns and districts, who are qualified, do use their utmost diligence to acquaint themselves with the art of war as soon as possible, and do, for that purpose, appear under arms at least once every week.”

THE RIGHTFUL REMEDY

Samuel Adams grounded all these principles in natural rights.

“Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature.”

That brings us full circle to Luther Martin. Recognizing the same principles that applied throughout the Revolution: he said unconstitutional power should be resisted in the most effective way possible. 

But resistance might need to rise to a level that fits this duty of self-preservation.

“By the principles of the American revolution, arbitrary power may and ought to be resisted, even by arms if necessary.”

In his draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798, Thomas Jefferson boiled it all down to two primary options.

“Vote the bums out” is only to be used for situations where you want to change politicians because you don’t like their policies – but they’re still within the bounds of the Constitution.

“In cases of an abuse of the delegated powers, the members of the General Government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy.”

For everything else – “where powers are assumed which have not been delegated” – Jefferson gave us the solution from the Revolution:

“A nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.”

The 25th anniversary of 9/11 has really brought out the trolls. I don’t know how many of them are paid, but X has been invaded by illogic, as an army of shills attempts lamely to prop up one of their most important lies. It’s the same insidious hivemind mentality that insists we ignore every giant cultural elephant destroying the room.

In September, 1976, as a result of the new Freedom of Information Act, a revealing April 1, 1967 CIA memo was released, titled “Countering Criticism of the Warren Report.” April 1? Was this one of their inside jokes? At any rate, the memo begins by stating “Our concern,” which revolves around the majority of the public disbelieving the ridiculous conclusions of the Warren Commission. Now why would the CIA be “concerned” about people failing to accept the government’s conclusions? A key passage notes: “Just because of the standing of the Commissioners, efforts to impugn their rectitude and wisdom tend to cast doubt on the whole leadership of American society.” Bingo, as my wife might say. This is the crux of the biscuit, and why “conspiracy theorists” are continuously demonized. Thought Criminals like me do indeed seek to “cast doubt on the whole leadership of American society.” They whine about allegations that Oswald worked for the Agency. He did. He had a 201 file.

In the section headlined “Action,” the CIA helpfully advises that the subject of the assassination not be brought up. You know, like a young Don Jeffries was doing at every possible public gathering. In a tip of the hat to Operation Mockingbird, the Agency suggests that Conspiracy Deniers “discuss the publicity problem with liaison and friendly elite contacts (especially politicians and editors), pointing out that the Warren Commission made as thorough an investigation as humanly possible, that the charges of the critics are without serious foundation…Urge them to use their influence to discourage unfounded and irresponsible speculation. To employ propaganda assets to answer and refute the attacks of the critics. Book reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this purpose…” We’d have to update the language here. Circa 2026, this would mean employing propaganda assets on late night talk shows, comedians, and social media “influencers” with lots of followers.

The sentiments there are universal, and apply to everything in the same sphere as the assassination. I’m culturally appropriating “Denier” from them. The majority of our fellow human beings are Conspiracy Deniers. This means essentially that they are capable of denying their own senses. As Winston Smith told us in 1984, “The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.” That is exactly what these Conspiracy Deniers are doing every day. Rejecting the evidence of their eyes and ears. From denying the racial reality of ghetto culture, and the wildly disproportionate power of the non-Irish, to swallowing every incredibly stupid and impossible theory from single-bullet to trickle-down. From saluting a flag that now stands for foreign misbehavior and a domestic police state, to trudging to the polls, in rain, or sleet, or snow, to vote for the worst people on earth to not represent them. Voting harder. Mistaken at the top of their lungs.

Although the ones we’re saddled with today are especially obtuse and unreasoning, they’ve always comprised most of the public. Orwell again characterized them perfectly with his sheep in Animal Farm. That’s another term we owe Orwell for. The Sheeple. They’re the unwitting, unthinking army of the conspirators. They refused to join the courageous Daniel Shays just after our War for Independence, when he started a rebellion over the mistreatment, and nonpayment of colonial soldiers. They were the ones reporting their neighbors to Lincoln’s goons during the War Between the States, resulting in them being thrown into makeshift prisons, without any due process. They bought all the false flags, from “Remember the Maine” to “Remember Pearl Harbor,” and their voices were always the loudest. They cheered on the Gulf War, in defense of a tiny oligarchy (Kuwait) none of them had even heard of before. They didn’t care that the government killed the Branch Davidians. They were “crazy.”

As you can see by the illustration above, we are still vastly outnumbered. The fact that this source claims only 47 percent of Americans believe JFK was killed by a conspiracy is astounding. It may be just one of their countless lies, but there is at least some truth in it. In the 1970s, polls showed close to 90 percent of people believed in a JFK conspiracy. Only 19 percent believe in chemtrails? Are they refusing to look up at the sky? Only 23 percent think 9/11 was an Inside Job? If these numbers are remotely accurate, then we have an even more monumental task in front of us. With an increasing reliance on the internet, and not the state controlled television networks, for news and information, how can it be possible that so many continue to be Conspiracy Deniers? Just how obvious do the conspiracies have to be? The coverups are purposefully transparent; they want you to know. They enjoy toying with us. And yet, no matter how obvious they make it, the masses absolutely refuse to think.

When DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s little black book of important political persons was revealed, she went on Alex Jones and publicly proclaimed she would never kill herself. And then she was found hanged. The Conspiracy Deniers believed she took her own life. Virginia Giuffre said the same thing. You know, the girl who was ignored by everyone for years, and then suddenly became a martyr for the ones who survived being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. The Conspiracy Deniers don’t think she was murdered, either. They don’t think anyone connected to anything politically significant has ever been murdered. As the authorities always quickly determine, “no evidence of foul play.” John Hinckley shot Reagan to impress underage nymphet Jodie Foster. Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk because he was a transgender in love. Or was it a “Furry” in love? They really don’t even need the “friendly assets” the CIA talked about in 1967. The Conspiracy Deniers handle things perfectly fine on their own.

Most of you have heard me talk about the overriding narrative that rules us; the conspiracy to deny any significance, any spiritual reason for our existence. A conspiracy against the supernatural. A conspiracy against God. They push randomness relentlessly. We are just a mere speck, on a slightly larger speck, in an endless universe. Black Holes. Quasars. Primordial soup. Lots of empty “scientific” mumbo jumbo, which somehow impresses the Conspiracy Deniers. Just don’t mention miracles. Or morality. Or eternal redemption. Or utter the name Jesus Christ, unless it’s in vain and you’re not a believer. Then it’s really, really cool. But worship Einstein all you want. A half illiterate who never learned to tie his shoes. But a non-Irish icon. Ask a real genius, Nikola Tesla, what he thought of him. The Conspiracy Deniers have no problem with the missing Tesla files, confiscated by Donald Trump’s uncle for the government. Sure, many of them have TDS themselves, but that is irrelevant.

Some “conspiracy theories” are absurd. The Black “community” believes in many of them. They have basically nailed the larger truth that our leaders are at war with us, but they think they’re only at war with Black people. They believe that random “White Supremacists” are kidnapping random Blacks off the streets and lynching them. And that the police are involved in covering this up. Now, the police are usually involved in covering up something, most frequently the actions of their out of control officers. But no one is lynching Blacks. No one is even lynching Thought Criminals, as far as I know. They knock some of us off, every so often, just as a reminder. I also confess to being confused by the Mandela Effect thing. Some Millennials contend that Nelson Mandela actually died before he did, and this somehow has resulted in other “truths” being changed. Like the Berenstain Bears books, for example. I don’t pretend to understand. But then again, I don’t think Mandela was any kind of hero, either.

It’s always been easier to just call names. Debate is difficult, especially when you have no facts on your side. This is the dilemma the average Conspiracy Denier must deal with. So they scoff at us “nut jobs.” Or “wackos.” Or their favorite, “retards.” During the COVID psyop, “dangerous” became a popular term of derision. Lots of people called me that. The more conventionally educated ones will fall back upon appeals to authority. They will invariably mention the “someone would have talked” nonsense. “Do you now how many people would have had to be involved” in faking the moon landing, or covering up 9/11? “You can’t keep a secret in Washington, D.C.” is another chestnut. Actually, D.C. is full of secrets, official and otherwise. Every still classified JFK assassination document attests to that. The redactions on every begrudgingly released file attests to that. All the dead whistleblowers, who were obviously “talking,” attest to that. Someone has always talked, but they’ve been murdered or ignored.

Russia! Russia! Russia! China! China! China! Islam did it! The sheep in Animal Farm chanted “Four legs good, two legs better.” They bleated out the naysayers. The critical thinkers. That’s what our Sheeple do. They chant “USA! USA!” to drown out any discouraging words. Maybe they’ll break into an impromptu version of Proud to be an American or Lift Every Voice and Sing, the so-called Black national anthem, depending upon the crowd. They both serve the same purpose. Where ignorance is bliss, ‘tis folly to be wise. Trumpenstein is now promising a $5,000 check to every American if the Republicans win the midterm elections. Only his cult believes he will actually do this. There are Conspiracy Deniers on the Left, and an increasing number on the Right as well. These would be the ones cheering on Trumpenstein’s dismissal of the Epstein Files as a “Democrat hoax.” The files that reveal our illustrious leaders are in fact barbaric cannibals. Try trotting that one out at a party in front of Conspiracy Deniers.

To be a Conspiracy Denier, you have to endure political speeches. All political speeches. And consider that the empty rhetoric about “getting the country moving,” or “making it great” is innocent, standard political boiler plate. Which we should accept with a shrug and a smile. Sure, they never keep their promises. Sure, they never do anything which helps those who actually need help. Sure, they serve AIPAC and other shadowy special interests. Sure, you “can’t vote them out.” And besides, every one either party picks to run is the same. Never independent. Never principled. Always pro-Zionist. And always anti-”conspiracy theories.” Where’s the randomness of at least one honest leader every few decades or so? Because there’s no conspiracy to stop them, right? Wouldn’t the law of averages dictate that once in a while, we’d have someone in power who actually wanted to do good things? But we’ve accepted that, on those rare occasions, they simply eliminate the Huey Longs and John F. Kennedys.

Conspiracy Deniers believe that the Air Force “mistakenly” identified a weather balloon as a “Flying Saucer” at Roswell. They believe the Dallas deputies who found a rifle on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository on November 22, 1963 both “mistakenly” misidentified it as a German Mauser. They believe the BATF had to launch a massive raid on the Branch Davidians, when they could have confronted leader David Koresh at any time in a local store. They believe all those witnesses- every one who identified Timothy McVeigh- was “mistaken” about him being in the company of “John Doe #2” in Oklahoma City. They believe that it was a coincidence that dictionaries changed the definition of “vaccine” in the wake of the warp speed vax that didn’t prevent “COVID.” They think millions died from this phantom disease, but no one died from the deadly vaccine. They believe JFK, Jr. and all the other dead Kennedys were “reckless.” They believe the people “won” when Nixon resigned.

I often feel like the little boy in the old fairy tale, who is the only one willing to point out that the emperor is wearing no clothes. We often forget that, like all whistleblowers and truthtellers, he was overruled by the crowd, who continued to ignore that the emperor was naked. Those of us who are trying to awaken the Conspiracy Deniers have to understand that we’re fighting centuries of “normie” conditioning. Especially for the last 100 years or so, we’re competing with intense propaganda the likes of which the world has never seen. Security cameras, which are everywhere, always malfunctioning whenever something important happens. Or allegedly happens, because an increasing number of doubters believe it’s all fake and scripted. Cell phone cameras, which oddly are never deployed during mass shootings, or supposed “anti-Semitic” behavior. You have your “Holocaust Deniers.” Your “COVID Deniers.” Your “Climate Change Deniers.” Your “Election Deniers.”

Well, I can have my Conspiracy Deniers. I don’t care if someone calls me a “conspiracy theorist.” Sticks and stones, and all that. But I have no “theory.” Building 7 isn’t a “theory.” The massive disparity of wealth isn’t a “theory.” No one in the Deep State being prosecuted isn’t a “theory.” The disclosures from the very limited DOGE program weren’t a “theory.” There is massive waste, fraud and abuse in our government. And those who run the government, the business world, and society at large are massively corrupt criminals. We’ve been vindicated, although they won’t admit it. Our friends owe us an apology. Our family members own us an apology. The world owes us an apology. Most humans can’t apologize, however. They’re too proud. In this case, an apology would mean they were wrong to trust those in charge. Wrong to ridicule and sneer at those who tried to enlighten them. To paraphrase the syrupy sentiment from Love Story: slavery means never having to say you’re sorry.

What’s the point in celebrating the Constitution one day a year if we permit the government to violate it the other 364?

September 17 marks the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, a document designed not merely to establish a government but to restrain it.

Yet restraint is in increasingly short supply.

Across the political spectrum, Americans continue to tolerate abuses of power so long as those abuses are carried out by the “right” people, against the “wrong” people, or in the name of some emergency deemed too important to question.

That is how constitutional government dies.

Not all at once. Not with the Constitution formally abolished or the Bill of Rights ripped from the National Archives.

It dies by degrees: through executive power that expands while congressional authority withers; emergency powers that never quite disappear; wars waged with little regard for constitutional restraints; surveillance systems capable of tracking whole populations; federal agents empowered to operate with ever less accountability; military forces normalized on American streets; and courts that too often allow questions of standing, immunity and procedure to determine whether unconstitutional conduct will ever be confronted on its merits.

Every such precedent makes the next abuse easier. Every exception becomes a justification. Every temporary power becomes harder to claw back.

And every time Americans excuse an unconstitutional act because they approve of the person wielding the power, they help dismantle another guardrail meant to protect them when someone they distrust eventually takes control.

That is the danger we face.

The Constitution was never intended to depend upon the goodwill of those in power.

Quite the opposite.

Those who drafted the Constitution understood that power corrupts, that governments inevitably seek more authority, and that liberty survives only when power is divided, constrained, challenged and made answerable to the people.

The Constitution creates friction intentionally.

It makes government stop and obtain a warrant. It makes prosecutors prove their case. It makes presidents answer to Congress. It makes the military subordinate to civilian government. It protects unpopular speech precisely when those in power most want it silenced. It recognizes that there are places government simply has no legitimate authority to go.

Yet one by one, those restraints have been weakened, bypassed or treated as antiquated obstacles to efficient government.

Consider how quickly the extraordinary becomes ordinary.

Troops deployed to the nation’s capital in response to a supposed crime emergency remain long after the so-called emergency has passed, with the Pentagon preparing for the National Guard presence to continuethrough the end of President Trump’s term.

Sweeping surveillance technologies enable police to identify and track people based not on individualized suspicion but merely on where their cell phones happened to be at a particular time.

Federal immigration agents have been given unprecedented resources and authority while allegations mount of excessive force, unlawful arrests, surveillance, intimidation and constitutional violations.

Presidents increasingly invoke emergencies, national security and expansive interpretations of executive authority to do what once would have required meaningful congressional participation.

Meanwhile, the constitutional mechanisms intended to restrain government often operate too slowly—or not at all.

By the time the courts decide whether the government overstepped its authority, the deed may already be done, the troops already deployed, the people already detained, the data already collected, the building already demolished, the war already underway.

That is government unchained.

Here is the uncomfortable truth: the government did not accomplish this alone.

The power of the police state depends upon a populace willing to tolerate it.

Remember: when it comes to the staggering loss of civil liberties, the Constitution hasn’t changed. Rather, it is the American people who have changed.

Too many Americans have come to view constitutional restraints not as protections against tyranny but as inconveniences that stand in the way of getting what they want.

If a president they support circumvents Congress, they call it leadership. If a president they oppose does the same thing, they call it tyranny.

If government censorship silences their opponents, they cheer. If the machinery turns against them, they suddenly rediscover the First Amendment.

If federal agents abuse people they regard as dangerous, criminal or undesirable, constitutional niceties seem unnecessary. If they become the target, they demand due process.

This is how freedom becomes partisan. It is also how freedom dies.

The Constitution is neutral when it comes to politics.

It does not recognize Republican rights and Democratic rights, conservative freedoms and liberal freedoms, rights for citizens we approve of and lesser protections for those we fear or dislike.

The Fourth Amendment does not ask how you voted before protecting you against unreasonable searches. The First Amendment does not require that your speech be popular. Due process does not exist only for sympathetic defendants. Religious freedom does not belong exclusively to Christians, Jews, Muslims or any other favored faith. And the separation of powers was not written merely to restrain presidents from the opposing political party.

These safeguards exist because power cannot be trusted.

The greatest threat to constitutional government may not be that Americans have stopped believing in rights. It is that too many now believe rights should depend on whose rights are at stake.

That lesson should have been reinforced over the past 25 years.

In the name of national security after 9/11, Americans accepted sweeping surveillance powers, secret watchlists, militarized policing and an expanding government infrastructure capable of tracking and monitoring ordinary people.

What began as extraordinary powers aimed at terrorism became part of the machinery of everyday government.

In fact, technology has made it possible for government to exercise powers of surveillance and control that the architects of the Constitution could never have imagined.

Yet there are also reminders that constitutional resistance still matters.

This summer, the U.S. Supreme Court held that police conduct a Fourth Amendment “search” when they obtain historical cell phone location data through a geofence warrant—a significant check on a form of digital dragnet surveillance capable of turning anyone carrying a smartphone into a government suspect.

A federal appeals court also upheld restrictions on immigration raids at certain houses of worship after religious communities demonstrated that the threat of enforcement was driving worshippers away and disrupting religious practice.

Most recently, a 7-2 Supreme Court rejected President Trump’s attempt to restrict mail-in ballots in advance of the 2026 midterm elections.

These victories matter.

They remind us that constitutional government is not entirely lost.

They also remind us of something even more important: rights have meaning only when somebody is willing to assert them. They survive when a homeowner refuses an unlawful search, when a citizen records police misconduct, when a congregation challenges government interference, when a parent questions what information a school is collecting about a child, or when a community forces officials to justify their actions in public.

You have no rights unless you exercise them. And you cannot exercise your rights unless you know what those rights are.

That should concern us because civic ignorance has become a national epidemic.

Too many Americans cannot identify the basic protections contained in the Bill of Rights, explain the separation of powers, or understand why the Founders deliberately made it difficult for any one branch of government to act without checks and balances.

According to the 2026 Annenberg Constitution Day Civics Survey from the Annenberg Public Policy Center, over a third of U.S. adults (35%) cannot name all three branches of the governmentand under half can name four of the five rights protected by the First Amendment. Of the five First Amendment rights, only freedom of speech is identified by more than half of survey respondents.

That ignorance has consequences.

A people who do not understand why government power must be limited will eventually surrender those limits whenever fear, anger, convenience or political loyalty makes them seem burdensome.

Thomas Jefferson understood the danger: a nation cannot expect to be both ignorant and free.

Those who gave us the Constitution understood something else as well: liberty cannot be preserved by politicians alone.

It was no idle happenstance that the Constitution begins with three powerful words: “We the People.”

The government exists at the behest of the citizenry, not the other way around.

That means “We the People” have responsibilities that extend far beyond showing up at the polls every few years.

Voting is not enough.

Freedom requires participation. It requires knowing your rights and exercising them. It requires speaking out even when it is unpopular to do so.

It requires demanding warrants, challenging government surveillance, recording police activity where the law allows, serving on juries, attending local government meetings, questioning officials, filing public records requests, supporting constitutional challenges, teaching children their rights, and refusing to let political loyalty override constitutional principle.

It means insisting that Congress act like a separate branch of government rather than a presidential cheering section. It means demanding that courts provide meaningful constitutional remedies while there is still something left to remedy.

It means refusing to allow emergency powers to become ordinary powers. And it means opposing unconstitutional government power even when that power is wielded by politicians we support.

None of this is easy.

Representative government is hard work.

It requires a citizenry willing to stay informed, resist manipulation, question authority, and accept that constitutional limits may sometimes prevent government from easily doing things we might want it to do.

That inconvenience is the point.

The Constitution was designed to make tyranny difficult. As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, our job is to make sure it stays that way.

So get outraged. Get informed. Get involved.

Get down to your local city council and school board. Get your objections down on paper. Get your representatives to pay attention. Get your children to know their rights. Get your local police to honor the Constitution. Get your media to act as watchdogs for the people rather than lapdogs for those in power.

Most of all, stop waiting for someone else to save the republic.

The courts cannot do it alone. Congress will not do it for us. No president, political party or election will permanently safeguard freedoms that the people themselves are unwilling to defend.

The Constitution is not self-executing.

Its words have power only when “We the People” breathe life into them.

Know your rights. Exercise your rights. Defend your rights.

If not, you will lose them.

The Constitution can’t protect you if you don’t protect it.
