Conservative, Liberal, Libertarian, Independent | What Difference Does it Make?

Conservative, Liberal, Libertarian, Independent | What Difference Does it Make?

Gary D. Barnett | garydbarnett.com

“What adjective can be used for a nation who is consistently fooled, recurrently deceived by the crafty politicians? Goofy? Very light! Fool? Not enough! Brainless? Yes, that is the very adjective!” ~ Mehmet Murat ildan

In a word, the answer to the title question is none. By now, most of you know how I feel about politics, politicians, and government; this includes all voting and ignorant rants about being ‘free’ under any government. Recently, I have seen more articles being published defending ‘conservatism’ (republicans) by using the “lesser of evils” argument. Once again, this is not a valid argument, and in fact is simply the opposite. This is only an attempt to prop up the so-called ‘conservative’ position by announcing that the leftist socialists are so much worse. One article in particular caught my attention, but I will not mention the particular author here.

In my opinion, all parties can be lumped into one, and little difference will be evident when the results shake out in the end. Whether republican, democrat, libertarian, independent, green, or any other, the big picture, the only thing that counts, never changes. To disagree with this conclusion is to admit being asleep for the past century or more. One of the points being pursued is that the ‘concept’ that the left and right were working as one at the top, and therefore causing intentional division, is now not accurate. My take is that it is even more apparent, and worse than that, the entirety of politics worldwide, regardless of which flavor, is attempting to achieve the exact same outcome, and this is collusion by all the dark underbelly of the actual ruling class, who also rule over the subordinate political class.

As another irrelevant and worthless selection cycle is just around the corner, each camp is attempting to separate from the other, and this separation, while completely fraudulent, will attempt to take alternate core positions, and at this point, the socialist angle is apparently more cherished by the doltish crowd than any other. Is it any wonder considering the atrocious Trump years.? The rub here, is that there is absolutely no ‘winning’ by attempting to choose either of these evil and insane sides. The primary agenda being sought is globalism in a new world order in a fully digitized society; universal biometrics, totally surveilled populations, physical and monetary controlled economies, social credit systems, depopulation; all in order to build a universal technocracy.

The U.S., regardless of party position, is a practicing example of ‘democratic’ socialism, communism, Marxism, extreme fascism, and global compartmentalized oligarchical rule, all based on a master/slave environment. Any feigned differences, as suggested by many fake ‘alternative’ writers (controlled opposition sorts) as of late, are only at the margin, and actually become irrelevant considering that the results sought by all political sides are nearly identical. The division amongst the mass horde of serfs must sustain in order for top-down control to survive. Those pursuing their side over the other based on political or so-called ‘moral’ grounds, are simply liars playing the game of pitting one against the other, while avoiding the reality that all is going downhill, and has been for many decades, regardless of which set of whores was in power. They are all one and the same, and those with political power fully understand this fact.

Actually, this tyrannical and evil political system could not exist unless those in power on all sides were working together as one to achieve their ultimate goal of universal control. One aspect of this totalitarian horror we are living through that is rarely discussed, is the fact that most in this country actually believe everything should be based on “following the Constitution,’ that so-called single set of ruling instructions. If that were so, there would be no argument amongst the opposing parties; actually opposing parties could not exist if the goal of government was based on this one deceptive and dishonest document. The very idea of parties eliminates any sanity whatsoever, as the creation of parties was meant only to cause division from minute one. This was intentional.

Consider the heinous and completely corrupt Supreme Court; those nine criminals individually selected by the slime on both sides of the political spectrum, who tend to nearly always vote equally split. How could that be, if the rules in the same heinous Constitution are being considered by all the sitting ‘black’ robes? It could not! Parties you see, were invented for the single purpose of creating constant staged division. All the courts do is perpetuate that division, as is by design. To not see this is to be blind to reality, or consumed by cowardly indifference.

One example evident today (one of hundreds) is the ‘conservative’s’ convenient position taken against the murder of three children by the certainly evil Lindsay Clancy, while at the same time fully supporting the genocide of hundreds of thousands of innocent children in Gaza, just as they did in Iraq and around the world. This while many on the left are supporting a woman who murdered her children in cold blood. All these murderous acts are heinous of course, but the hypocrisy and stupidity on both sides is horrendous. The contrived sympathy in this case by the ‘conservatives’ is an obvious example of using a horrible event in order to market right-wing ‘morality’ in order to gain separation and votes. Both sides continually practice these kind of deceptive ploys in order to gain favor in the moment, but both sides are willing to sacrifice the lives of others if it suits their needs.

Examples of the dishonest, lying, and deceit practiced by all parties abound, and could fill the pages of multiple books, but the bottom line is that there is no difference between one political class or another. They want money, power, and control, or they would not pursue rule over all others, the single common thread of all in the political realm. When one side or the other makes claims that they are the superior ruler, that they possess moral supremacy, expose their arrogance by claiming dominance of virtue, and insist that you trust them alone, it is duplicitous nonsense.

Both the right and left seek total globalism, technocratic rule, and power. Both seek war at every turn, which has been the mainstay of this empire since its inception. Both seek unlimited control over the people. Both seek fascist cooperation. Both seek biometric labeling, digital currency, and AI advancement through extreme debt to society. Both seek mandates of poisonous injections, lockdowns, and medical supremacy. Both seek to protect pedophiles, rapists, molesters, and murderers among their ranks. Both have kept covered up every corruption, assassination, financial crime, and false flag no matter which one is the majority in power.

All one has to do in order to come to the conclusion that all politics are evil and one and the same, is to consider the fraud and hoax of the ‘covid’ scam. Every party, every country on earth, all acted in exact oneness, and simultaneously. How could that be possible unless conspiracy and total collusion among the so-called enemy rulers was openly evident? They all wanted to poison you, they all wanted you locked in home prisons, they all wanted you masked, they all wanted you to abandon your friends and families. How much more evidence do you need?

Beware any State or alternative narrative, and beware those in the now pretend alternative space who support one side or the other, who aim to influence by deceit. The mainstream media was corrupted long, long ago, but there are only a very few left in alt-media who are genuine, honest, and attempting to bring truth into the mix of madness. Question everything, scrutinize everything, believe almost nothing and do your own research. If you honestly want freedom, then by all means, abandon all government and all rule. Do not get caught in the Matrix, where your mind is taken from you, and programmed to obey.

“Between the government which does evil and the people who accept it – there is a certain shameful solidarity.” Victor Hugo

Normalizing Constant Surveillance

Normalizing Constant Surveillance

LewRockwell.com

Martin Armstrong | ArmstrongEconomics.com

This is completely unacceptable. We have reached the point where you can purchase a television for your own home, pay for the television with your own money, put it in your living room, and discover that the damn thing may be capable of collecting information about you, your network, the devices around you, and what you are watching. An investigation by Gamers Nexus, Level1Techs, and independent security researchers found LG televisions scanning local networks for phones, smartwatches, computers, and other devices, collecting information about nearby Wi-Fi networks, location and IP information, and using Automatic Content Recognition to identify what appears on the television, including content coming through HDMI. Researchers also reported finding evidence of microphone audio being captured while a television was in standby and stored locally while offline.

LG acknowledges that its televisions can scan for compatible devices on the same network, describing this as ordinary smart-TV functionality, and says its ACR advertising feature is opt-in. Researchers nevertheless demonstrated just how much information modern televisions are technically capable of seeing around the household. LG Ad Solutions boasts of reaching hundreds of millions of “addressable secondary devices,” and LG advertising executives have used phrases such as “we own the glass” when describing the company’s relationship with the television screen. Excuse me? You sold me the glass. YOU DO NOT OWN IT AFTER I BUY IT. That mentality is precisely the problem with the modern technology industry. You think you are purchasing a product. Increasingly, corporations look at the product as a permanent doorway into your life.

I have written extensively about Flock cameras and the government’s expanding surveillance machinery. I have written about commercially available location information, license-plate databases, facial recognition, and the gradual destruction of privacy. Now look around your own house. Your television, refrigerator, doorbell, phone, smart gadgets, laptop, and any other device connected to the internet is capable of watching you.

People need to STOP accepting this as simply the price of modern life. That attitude is how freedom disappears. “Well, that’s just how smart TVs work.” NO! Why should it be? Why should a television need to know what other devices are sitting on my network? Why should an advertising business need to understand the entire “household” rather than simply display the program I selected? Why should I need to dig through privacy agreements and obscure settings to determine whether the screen sitting in my living room is analyzing what I watch? The burden has been reversed. Instead of corporations proving why they absolutely require information, citizens are expected to discover how to stop them from collecting it.

The argument that everyone agreed to this somewhere inside a terms-of-service agreement is equally absurd. Nobody reads 40 pages of legal garbage before turning on a television. That is not meaningful consent. It is a legal shield written by lawyers to protect corporations. If a device is going to monitor viewing behavior, identify devices throughout a household, process voice information, or transmit information for advertising purposes, the consumer should be told in plain English exactly what is happening and should have to deliberately turn those features ON. Privacy should be the default. Surveillance should require permission.

This becomes infinitely more dangerous when government enters the equation. Data collected for advertising today can become enormously valuable to government tomorrow. We have already seen government agencies purchase commercially available information rather than obtain it through the traditional warrant process. We have seen police departments construct enormous searchable networks of license-plate cameras. We have watched the line between corporate data collection and government surveillance become thinner and thinner. The government does not need to install a microphone in every living room if citizens voluntarily purchase internet-connected microphones themselves.

That is why the argument “I have nothing to hide” is so incredibly foolish. Privacy is not about hiding criminal behavior. Privacy means government and corporations have no inherent right to know everything about you. What books you read, where you drive, who visits your home, what you watch, what websites you visit, what political programs you consume, and what you say inside your own living room are nobody’s damn business.

The frightening part is how quickly people have been conditioned to accept this. Twenty-five years ago, tell someone that their television might scan the devices inside their house, analyze what they watch for advertising, connect that information to other devices, and contain microphones capable of responding while the screen appears off, and people would have called it Orwellian. Today they call it a “smart home.”

Corporations should not be permitted to turn products people purchase into permanent surveillance platforms buried beneath unreadable agreements. Government should not be permitted to obtain information indirectly that the Constitution would require it to justify collecting directly. Privacy protections need to catch up with technology because technological capability is advancing far faster than the laws written to restrain its abuse.

We should not accept a surveillance state as an inevitable fact of modern life. We should not accept that everything must collect data because everything now contains a computer. We should not accept cameras following our cars, phones following our movements, algorithms following our purchases, and televisions monitoring our homes simply because somebody tells us this is the future. If that is the future they are offering, then we have every right to reject it.

“No Comment” Is Canadian Governments Official Answer to Canadians Injured + Killed By COVID-19 “Vaccines” aka Bioweapon Injections

“No Comment” Is Canadian Governments Official Answer to Canadians Injured + Killed By COVID-19 “Vaccines” aka Bioweapon Injections

Dylan Eleven | Truth11.com

The Alison Inquiry should not only be the compensation catalyst for those injured or for the families who have lost loved ones due to the covid bioweapon injection; but it also should be the start of arrests and convictions for this obvious genocidal crime against humanity.

The official word from the Canadian government reflects this reality; "No Comment". If they admit wrongdoing, compensation and arrests should follow. The governments official response;

“Vaccines are both safe and effective and they save lives… We have no comment on the Allison Inquiry”

This statement is a continuation of the genocidal campaign. Not only is this stance a crime for those affected by these deadly vaccines and those who refused to comply but it is also a continued crime for those who are still duped by the false statement "safe and effective" and lining up for more. If the truth were acknowledged by the government the vaccination programs would cease, instead the genocide continues, spilling more blood on their hands.

Safe and effective theses bioweapon injections are not, millions of people know the truth, some the hard way. This latest statement from the government of Canada is another obvious lie just like the long list of ridiculous lies regarding the Covid scam and killer injections; Just like the rest, it makes no logical sense + covers up and furthers genocide by killer injection.

Arrest and hang them all!

“No Comment” Is Canadian Governments Official Answer to Canadians Injured + Killed By COVID-19 “Vaccines” aka Bioweapon Injections

Exposing The Darkness | Lioness of Judah Ministry | lionessofjudah.substack.com

Canada’s Liberal government has “no comment” on the testimony of Canadians injured by COVID-19 “vaccines”, not a defense, not an explanation, not even a question answered, just a spokesperson repeating a talking point:

“Vaccines are both safe and effective and they save lives… We have no comment on the Allison Inquiry”

That was their entire answer, to four days of sworn testimony from Canadians whose lives were turned upside down, and honestly, it says everything about where their loyalties lie.

Think about what that means, Canadians, many of them suffering every single day, stood up and told their stories in a public inquiry, and the government’s response, delivered in the name of Health Minister Marjorie Michel herself, was to call it misinformation and refuse to comment.

Do they think these Canadians are simply going to “shut up” and go away?

No, the walls are crumbling, the spell is broken, and Canadians injured by COVID-19 “vaccines” are no longer willing to suffer in silence.

And for once, mainstream media noticed, Global National actually aired a report on the Allison Inquiry, a largely unbiased segment highlighting the testimonies of ordinary Canadians, and of course, the government took the predictable route: brush it off, protect the pharmaceutical industry, and label anything inconvenient as “misinformation,” the Ministry of Health even tried to make it political, urging Parliamentarians to “combat misinformation,” as if care and compassion for injured people were a partisan issue, it isn’t.

The mask has slipped, when a government will not even acknowledge the people it injured, when “no comment” is the official policy toward the suffering, it has chosen the pharmaceutical industry over its own citizens, that is the story the mainstream press finally put on national television, and Canadians saw it.

Now is the time to act, contact your MP and tell them the vaccine-injured must be heard, acknowledged, and properly compensated, contact Health Minister Marjorie Michel and do not let her government ignore these Canadians any longer, and keep speaking, keep sharing, because every conversation breaks the silence a little more.

The inquiry is public, the testimony is on the record, and all four days can be watched [below - or] at covidtestimony.com, the government can say “no comment,” but the Canadians who lived it are talking, and now the country is listening, the walls are crumbling, keep pushing.

Constitution Enforcement | The Solution from the Revolution

Constitution Enforcement | The Solution from the Revolution

ActivistPost.com

Michael Boldin | Tenth Amendment Center

“By the principles of the American revolution, arbitrary power may, and ought to, be resisted.”

Luther Martin and the rest of the founders not only TOLD us how to deal with unconstitutional power. Throughout the American Revolution, they SHOWED us what actually works.

Enforcing the Constitution can be broken down into six almost completely-ignored steps from the Revolution. Backed, of course, by the ultimate check on power: the duty of self-preservation.

Before getting to those steps, we need to ground this information in some difficult truth. Most people want a magic button that reads, “press Here to enforce the Constitution.” Or some magic words on paper that will get the government to stop doing what the government was never authorized to do in the first place.

But that is pure fantasy.

Thomas Jefferson gave us the reality check. Going from the largest government in history to a real land of the free is not going to be quick or easy.

“We are not to expect to be translated from despotism to liberty, in a feather-bed.”

Step 1 – Be Armed and Trained

As George Washington put it in his first “state of the union,” a highly armed and trained general population is a prerequisite for freedom.

“A free people ought not only to be armed, but disciplined.”

It should be obvious, but this was a common view throughout the Revolution, and the War for Independence probably would have failed without it.

In his 1773 sermon to the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company in Boston, Simeon Howard summed it up best.

“A people who would stand fast in their liberty, should furnish themselves with weapons proper for their defence, and learn the use of them.”

That’s the same message we got during the ratification debates from the Anti-Federalist writer, Federal Farmer. He knew that to be free, the people needed to be armed and trained EARLY.

“To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.”

The founders and old revolutionaries, as Josiah Quincy explained, considered real national defense in a free republic to be built on the people themselves, ready to protect and defend their own Constitution and liberty against all enemies, foreign or domestic.

“No free government was ever founded or ever preserved it’s liberty without uniting the characters of citizen and soldier in those destined for defence of the state.”

Step 2 – Zero Tolerance for Arbitrary Power

James Otis Jr. defined arbitrary power this way in 1762:

“arbitrary; which in plain English means no more than to do as one pleases.”
“Light Horse” Harry Lee applied that same principle to the Constitution.
“When a question arises with respect to the legality of any power, exercised or assumed by Congress, it is plain on the side of the governed. Is it enumerated in the Constitution? If it be, it is legal and just. It is otherwise arbitrary and unconstitutional.”

So any time they go beyond the limits of the Constitution, it’s arbitrary: it’s LAWLESS.

But even worse? As Rep. James Jackson argued in the First Congress in 1789, every violation of the constitution sets a precedent for more of the same.

“We must confine ourselves to the powers described in the Constitution; and the moment we pass it, we take an arbitrary stride toward a despotic government.”

For Thomas Jefferson, even the smallest step beyond the limits of the Constitution opens the floodgates for unlimited power.

“To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the powers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.”

It’s really hard to overstate how much the old revolutionaries despised arbitrary power. As James Otis Jr. put it, it isn’t just dangerous.

It’s vile. Corrupt. The worst of the worst.

“The curse and scandal of human nature”

In his 1775 Massacre Day oration, the great Revolutionary War hero Joseph Warren explained this through the colonists’ own history and tradition. Their forefathers risked their lives and crossed the ocean to find freedom – to escape arbitrary power.

“Our fathers, having nobly resolved never to wear the yoke of despotism, and seeing the European world, at that time, thro’ indolence and cowardice, falling a prey to tyranny; bravely threw themselves upon the bosom of the ocean; determined to find a place in which they might enjoy their freedom, or perish in the glorious attempt”

Why? It gets down to a long-lost American principle: liberty or death.

“They found the land swarming with savages, who threatned death with every kind of torture. But savages, and death with torture, were far less ter|rible than slavery: Nothing was so much the object of their abhorence as a tyrant’s power: They knew that it was more safe to dwell with man in his most unpolished state than in a country where arbitrary power prevails..”

Step 3 – Refuse to Comply

How do you treat arbitrary power? Well, you definitely don’t comply with it.

We get a pretty strong hint at that from Alexander Hamilton, discussing the supremacy clause of the Constitution in Federalist No. 33.

“It will not follow from this doctrine that acts of the large society which are NOT PURSUANT to its constitutional powers, but which are invasions of the residuary authorities of the smaller societies, will become the supreme law of the land. These will be merely acts of usurpation, and will deserve to be treated as such.”

And Hamilton himself told us what this means at the height of the American Revolution:. No compliance with arbitrary power.

“All we aim at, is to convince your high and mighty masters, the ministry, that we are not such asses as to let them ride us as they please…
…tho’ we cannot much applaud your wisdom, yet we are compelled to admire your valour, which leads you to hope you may be able to swear, threaten, bully and frighten all America into a compliance with your sinister designs.”

In short, government doesn’t get to do whatever it wants. And when it tries, you aren’t required to comply.

“To grasp at a more extensive power than they are willing to entrust, is to violate that law of nature, which gives every man a right to his personal liberty; and can, therefore, confer no obligation to obedience.”

The American Revolution was built on this view. Free people do not comply with unconstitutional “laws” – and then just hope they can convince the government to stop doing what the government was never authorized to do in the first place.

John Hancock was even clearer than Hamilton: Never comply. Ever.

“The people of this country will never be made slaves of by a submission to the damned act.”

As students of history, they all knew, as James Otis Jr. put it, that compliance guarantees tyranny.

“So long as people will submit to arbitrary measures, so long will they find masters”

This mentality wasn’t fringe. It was pervasive, part of the American spirit. And people like John Steele carried it forward to the ratification debates in 1788.

“If the Congress make laws inconsistent with the Constitution, independent judges will not uphold them, nor will the people obey them. A universal resistance will ensue.”

Step 4 – Petition and Disobey

This next step might actually be step 3.5, because they’re closely connected.

Simultaneously with a refusal to comply, issue resolutions or petitions to ask or demand that the government withdraw. While unlikely, it just might give them an opportunity to do so.

This was such an integral part of their strategy throughout the Revolution that they included it in the First Amendment to the Bill of Rights.

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

But petitioning doesn’t mean compliance. And there’s no better proof of this than the strategy used against the Stamp Act in 1765.

In October that year, John Dickinson was the primary author of the Resolutions of the Stamp Act Congress,  widely considered the first coordinated, multi-colony action of the American Revolution.

It was very flattering in tone, but it also called the Stamp Act unconstitutional.

“That the only representatives of the people of these colonies, are persons chosen therein, by themselves; and that no taxes ever have been, or can be constitutionally imposed on them, but by their respective legislatures.”

That same fall, Dickinson also wrote a broadside calling on the people to refuse to comply.

“If you comply with the Act by using Stamped Papers, you fix, you rivet perpetual Chains upon your unhappy Country.”

He knew that every time you let them get away with enforcing one unconstitutional act, you give them a precedent for more and more of the same in the future.

“You unnecessarily, voluntarily establish the detestable Precedent, which those who have forged your Fetters ardently wish for, to varnish the future Exercise of this new claimed Authority.”

So, on the one hand, Dickinson wrote the most famous resolution politely asking for repeal. At the same time, he put compliance in terms everyone understood.

“If you quietly bend your Necks to that Yoke, you prove yourselves ready to receive any Bondage to which your Lords and Masters shall please to subject you.”

In another Revolutionary-era example of this two-pronged strategy, the 1774 Declaration and Resolves of the First Continental Congress first described a long laundry list of British acts as unconstitutional:

“Impolitick, unjust, and cruel, as well as unconstitutional, and most dangerous and destructive of American rights.”

It was also a petition calling for repeal.

“Repeal of them is essentially necessary in order to restore harmony between Great Britain and the American Colonies.”

But it hammered the essential strategy home: never, ever submit to arbitrary power.

“To these grievous Acts and measures Americans cannot submit.”

Thomas Jefferson used this same strategy in drafting the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798. He repeatedly referred to most of the Alien and Sedition Acts as “altogether void and of no force.”

“Whensoever the General Government assumes undelegated powers, its acts are unauthoritative, void, and of no force.”

This was a non-binding protest, a resolution. But in his original draft, Jefferson also called for concrete action by the people of the several states.

“Where powers are assumed which have not been delegated, a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy: that every State has a natural right in cases not within the compact, (casus non foederis,) to nullify of their own authority all assumptions of power by others within their limits: that without this right, they would be under the dominion, absolute and unlimited, of whosoever might exercise this right of judgment for them.”

Step 5 – Refuse to Enforce

That brings us to step 5: with a refusal to comply comes a refusal to enforce.

In Federalist No. 46, James Madison’s strategy for stopping federal overreach emphasized this as essential:

“A refusal to co-operate with the officers of the Union.”

About seven weeks earlier, Roger Sherman tied three of these key principles together. Arbitrary power is not law at all. States shouldn’t help the feds enforce it. And it should be obvious, but enforcement is only needed when the people refuse to comply.

“All acts of the Congress not warranted by the constitution would be void. Nor could they be enforced contrary to the sense of a majority of the States.”

This same kind of local refusal to enforce was often used throughout the Revolution. One famous example comes from Frederick County, Maryland, where 12 county court judges issued a formal unanimous ruling that the Stamp Act was to be ignored, effectively nullifying it in practice in the county.

As documented by North Carolina History, local law enforcement officials in that colony refused to enforce the Stamp act  – or even stop the crowds rioting against the act.

“Governor Tryon discovered that he could not rely on magistrates and other law enforcement officials to suppress the disorder since so many of them had joined the protesters.”

Step 6 – Resist Further

When government persists, as it often does, sometimes you have to ramp up how you resist.

That’s exactly what Federalist and future Supreme Court Justice James Iredell said in the North Carolina Ratifying Convention.

“The only resource against usurpation, is the inherent right of the people to prevent its exercise. … The people will resist if the government usurp powers not delegated to it.”

How that resistance happens really depends on the situation. And Thomas Jefferson, the day after his Kentucky Resolutions of 1798 were signed, stressed smart strategy in a letter to James Madison.

“I inclose you a copy of the draught of the Kentuckey resolves. I think we should distinctly affirm all the important principles they contain, so as to hold to that ground in future, and leave the matter in such a train as that we may not be committed absolutely to push the matter to extremities, & yet may be free to push as far as events will render prudent.”

During the Revolution, this played out in many ways – such as these three important examples

With the Continental Association in 1774, they used boycotts to push an economic shutdown against Britain. Kick the enemy where it hurts: in the wallet.

In the Liberty Affair of 1768, after British customs officials seized John Hancock’s ship, thousands of people descended on the tax collectors – and even the British Navy – and literally ran them to the docks – and out of town.

The Suffolk Resolves of 1774, written by Joseph Warren, said “no obedience is due” to the coercive acts,  judges should be disregarded, sheriffs should refuse to enforce, and taxes collected should be withheld from distribution to the British authorities.

And lastly, that the people should prepare themselves to resist by force of arms.

“That the inhabitants of those towns and districts, who are qualified, do use their utmost diligence to acquaint themselves with the art of war as soon as possible, and do, for that purpose, appear under arms at least once every week.”

THE RIGHTFUL REMEDY

Samuel Adams grounded all these principles in natural rights.

“Among the natural rights of the Colonists are these: First, a right to life; Secondly, to liberty; Thirdly, to property; together with the right to support and defend them in the best manner they can. These are evident branches of, rather than deductions from, the duty of self-preservation, commonly called the first law of nature.”

That brings us full circle to Luther Martin. Recognizing the same principles that applied throughout the Revolution: he said unconstitutional power should be resisted in the most effective way possible.

But resistance might need to rise to a level that fits this duty of self-preservation.

“By the principles of the American revolution, arbitrary power may and ought to be resisted, even by arms if necessary.”

In his draft of the Kentucky Resolutions of 1798, Thomas Jefferson boiled it all down to two primary options.

“Vote the bums out” is only to be used for situations where you want to change politicians because you don’t like their policies – but they’re still within the bounds of the Constitution.

“In cases of an abuse of the delegated powers, the members of the General Government, being chosen by the people, a change by the people would be the constitutional remedy.”

For everything else – “where powers are assumed which have not been delegated” – Jefferson gave us the solution from the Revolution:

“A nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.”

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

TapNewsWire.com |  Pete Fairhurst

LewRockwell.com

Donald Jeffries | I Protest |donaldjeffries.substack.com

The 25th anniversary of 9/11 has really brought out the trolls. I don’t know how many of them are paid, but X has been invaded by illogic, as an army of shills attempts lamely to prop up one of their most important lies. It’s the same insidious hivemind mentality that insists we ignore every giant cultural elephant destroying the room.

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

In September, 1976, as a result of the new Freedom of Information Act, a revealing April 1, 1967 CIA memo was released, titled “Countering Criticism of the Warren Report.” April 1? Was this one of their inside jokes? At any rate, the memo begins by stating “Our concern,” which revolves around the majority of the public disbelieving the ridiculous conclusions of the Warren Commission. Now why would the CIA be “concerned” about people failing to accept the government’s conclusions? A key passage notes: “Just because of the standing of the Commissioners, efforts to impugn their rectitude and wisdom tend to cast doubt on the whole leadership of American society.” Bingo, as my wife might say. This is the crux of the biscuit, and why “conspiracy theorists” are continuously demonized. Thought Criminals like me do indeed seek to “cast doubt on the whole leadership of American society.” They whine about allegations that Oswald worked for the Agency. He did. He had a 201 file.

In the section headlined “Action,” the CIA helpfully advises that the subject of the assassination not be brought up. You know, like a young Don Jeffries was doing at every possible public gathering. In a tip of the hat to Operation Mockingbird, the Agency suggests that Conspiracy Deniers “discuss the publicity problem with liaison and friendly elite contacts (especially politicians and editors), pointing out that the Warren Commission made as thorough an investigation as humanly possible, that the charges of the critics are without serious foundation…Urge them to use their influence to discourage unfounded and irresponsible speculation. To employ propaganda assets to answer and refute the attacks of the critics. Book reviews and feature articles are particularly appropriate for this purpose…” We’d have to update the language here. Circa 2026, this would mean employing propaganda assets on late night talk shows, comedians, and social media “influencers” with lots of followers.

The sentiments there are universal, and apply to everything in the same sphere as the assassination. I’m culturally appropriating “Denier” from them. The majority of our fellow human beings are Conspiracy Deniers. This means essentially that they are capable of denying their own senses. As Winston Smith told us in 1984, “The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.” That is exactly what these Conspiracy Deniers are doing every day. Rejecting the evidence of their eyes and ears. From denying the racial reality of ghetto culture, and the wildly disproportionate power of the non-Irish, to swallowing every incredibly stupid and impossible theory from single-bullet to trickle-down. From saluting a flag that now stands for foreign misbehavior and a domestic police state, to trudging to the polls, in rain, or sleet, or snow, to vote for the worst people on earth to not represent them. Voting harder. Mistaken at the top of their lungs.

Although the ones we’re saddled with today are especially obtuse and unreasoning, they’ve always comprised most of the public. Orwell again characterized them perfectly with his sheep in Animal Farm. That’s another term we owe Orwell for. The Sheeple. They’re the unwitting, unthinking army of the conspirators. They refused to join the courageous Daniel Shays just after our War for Independence, when he started a rebellion over the mistreatment, and nonpayment of colonial soldiers. They were the ones reporting their neighbors to Lincoln’s goons during the War Between the States, resulting in them being thrown into makeshift prisons, without any due process. They bought all the false flags, from “Remember the Maine” to “Remember Pearl Harbor,” and their voices were always the loudest. They cheered on the Gulf War, in defense of a tiny oligarchy (Kuwait) none of them had even heard of before. They didn’t care that the government killed the Branch Davidians. They were “crazy.”

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

As you can see by the illustration above, we are still vastly outnumbered. The fact that this source claims only 47 percent of Americans believe JFK was killed by a conspiracy is astounding. It may be just one of their countless lies, but there is at least some truth in it. In the 1970s, polls showed close to 90 percent of people believed in a JFK conspiracy. Only 19 percent believe in chemtrails? Are they refusing to look up at the sky? Only 23 percent think 9/11 was an Inside Job? If these numbers are remotely accurate, then we have an even more monumental task in front of us. With an increasing reliance on the internet, and not the state controlled television networks, for news and information, how can it be possible that so many continue to be Conspiracy Deniers? Just how obvious do the conspiracies have to be? The coverups are purposefully transparent; they want you to know. They enjoy toying with us. And yet, no matter how obvious they make it, the masses absolutely refuse to think.

When DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey’s little black book of important political persons was revealed, she went on Alex Jones and publicly proclaimed she would never kill herself. And then she was found hanged. The Conspiracy Deniers believed she took her own life. Virginia Giuffre said the same thing. You know, the girl who was ignored by everyone for years, and then suddenly became a martyr for the ones who survived being trafficked by Jeffrey Epstein. The Conspiracy Deniers don’t think she was murdered, either. They don’t think anyone connected to anything politically significant has ever been murdered. As the authorities always quickly determine, “no evidence of foul play.” John Hinckley shot Reagan to impress underage nymphet Jodie Foster. Tyler Robinson shot Charlie Kirk because he was a transgender in love. Or was it a “Furry” in love? They really don’t even need the “friendly assets” the CIA talked about in 1967. The Conspiracy Deniers handle things perfectly fine on their own.

Most of you have heard me talk about the overriding narrative that rules us; the conspiracy to deny any significance, any spiritual reason for our existence. A conspiracy against the supernatural. A conspiracy against God. They push randomness relentlessly. We are just a mere speck, on a slightly larger speck, in an endless universe. Black Holes. Quasars. Primordial soup. Lots of empty “scientific” mumbo jumbo, which somehow impresses the Conspiracy Deniers. Just don’t mention miracles. Or morality. Or eternal redemption. Or utter the name Jesus Christ, unless it’s in vain and you’re not a believer. Then it’s really, really cool. But worship Einstein all you want. A half illiterate who never learned to tie his shoes. But a non-Irish icon. Ask a real genius, Nikola Tesla, what he thought of him. The Conspiracy Deniers have no problem with the missing Tesla files, confiscated by Donald Trump’s uncle for the government. Sure, many of them have TDS themselves, but that is irrelevant.

Some “conspiracy theories” are absurd. The Black “community” believes in many of them. They have basically nailed the larger truth that our leaders are at war with us, but they think they’re only at war with Black people. They believe that random “White Supremacists” are kidnapping random Blacks off the streets and lynching them. And that the police are involved in covering this up. Now, the police are usually involved in covering up something, most frequently the actions of their out of control officers. But no one is lynching Blacks. No one is even lynching Thought Criminals, as far as I know. They knock some of us off, every so often, just as a reminder. I also confess to being confused by the Mandela Effect thing. Some Millennials contend that Nelson Mandela actually died before he did, and this somehow has resulted in other “truths” being changed. Like the Berenstain Bears books, for example. I don’t pretend to understand. But then again, I don’t think Mandela was any kind of hero, either.

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

It’s always been easier to just call names. Debate is difficult, especially when you have no facts on your side. This is the dilemma the average Conspiracy Denier must deal with. So they scoff at us “nut jobs.” Or “wackos.” Or their favorite, “retards.” During the COVID psyop, “dangerous” became a popular term of derision. Lots of people called me that. The more conventionally educated ones will fall back upon appeals to authority. They will invariably mention the “someone would have talked” nonsense. “Do you now how many people would have had to be involved” in faking the moon landing, or covering up 9/11? “You can’t keep a secret in Washington, D.C.” is another chestnut. Actually, D.C. is full of secrets, official and otherwise. Every still classified JFK assassination document attests to that. The redactions on every begrudgingly released file attests to that. All the dead whistleblowers, who were obviously “talking,” attest to that. Someone has always talked, but they’ve been murdered or ignored.

Russia! Russia! Russia! China! China! China! Islam did it! The sheep in Animal Farm chanted “Four legs good, two legs better.” They bleated out the naysayers. The critical thinkers. That’s what our Sheeple do. They chant “USA! USA!” to drown out any discouraging words. Maybe they’ll break into an impromptu version of Proud to be an American or Lift Every Voice and Sing, the so-called Black national anthem, depending upon the crowd. They both serve the same purpose. Where ignorance is bliss, ‘tis folly to be wise. Trumpenstein is now promising a $5,000 check to every American if the Republicans win the midterm elections. Only his cult believes he will actually do this. There are Conspiracy Deniers on the Left, and an increasing number on the Right as well. These would be the ones cheering on Trumpenstein’s dismissal of the Epstein Files as a “Democrat hoax.” The files that reveal our illustrious leaders are in fact barbaric cannibals. Try trotting that one out at a party in front of Conspiracy Deniers.

To be a Conspiracy Denier, you have to endure political speeches. All political speeches. And consider that the empty rhetoric about “getting the country moving,” or “making it great” is innocent, standard political boiler plate. Which we should accept with a shrug and a smile. Sure, they never keep their promises. Sure, they never do anything which helps those who actually need help. Sure, they serve AIPAC and other shadowy special interests. Sure, you “can’t vote them out.” And besides, every one either party picks to run is the same. Never independent. Never principled. Always pro-Zionist. And always anti-”conspiracy theories.” Where’s the randomness of at least one honest leader every few decades or so? Because there’s no conspiracy to stop them, right? Wouldn’t the law of averages dictate that once in a while, we’d have someone in power who actually wanted to do good things? But we’ve accepted that, on those rare occasions, they simply eliminate the Huey Longs and John F. Kennedys.

Conspiracy Deniers believe that the Air Force “mistakenly” identified a weather balloon as a “Flying Saucer” at Roswell. They believe the Dallas deputies who found a rifle on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository on November 22, 1963 both “mistakenly” misidentified it as a German Mauser. They believe the BATF had to launch a massive raid on the Branch Davidians, when they could have confronted leader David Koresh at any time in a local store. They believe all those witnesses- every one who identified Timothy McVeigh- was “mistaken” about him being in the company of “John Doe #2” in Oklahoma City. They believe that it was a coincidence that dictionaries changed the definition of “vaccine” in the wake of the warp speed vax that didn’t prevent “COVID.” They think millions died from this phantom disease, but no one died from the deadly vaccine. They believe JFK, Jr. and all the other dead Kennedys were “reckless.” They believe the people “won” when Nixon resigned.

In the Land of the Conspiracy Deniers

I often feel like the little boy in the old fairy tale, who is the only one willing to point out that the emperor is wearing no clothes. We often forget that, like all whistleblowers and truthtellers, he was overruled by the crowd, who continued to ignore that the emperor was naked. Those of us who are trying to awaken the Conspiracy Deniers have to understand that we’re fighting centuries of “normie” conditioning. Especially for the last 100 years or so, we’re competing with intense propaganda the likes of which the world has never seen. Security cameras, which are everywhere, always malfunctioning whenever something important happens. Or allegedly happens, because an increasing number of doubters believe it’s all fake and scripted. Cell phone cameras, which oddly are never deployed during mass shootings, or supposed “anti-Semitic” behavior. You have your “Holocaust Deniers.” Your “COVID Deniers.” Your “Climate Change Deniers.” Your “Election Deniers.”

Well, I can have my Conspiracy Deniers. I don’t care if someone calls me a “conspiracy theorist.” Sticks and stones, and all that. But I have no “theory.” Building 7 isn’t a “theory.” The massive disparity of wealth isn’t a “theory.” No one in the Deep State being prosecuted isn’t a “theory.” The disclosures from the very limited DOGE program weren’t a “theory.” There is massive waste, fraud and abuse in our government. And those who run the government, the business world, and society at large are massively corrupt criminals. We’ve been vindicated, although they won’t admit it. Our friends owe us an apology. Our family members own us an apology. The world owes us an apology. Most humans can’t apologize, however. They’re too proud. In this case, an apology would mean they were wrong to trust those in charge. Wrong to ridicule and sneer at those who tried to enlighten them. To paraphrase the syrupy sentiment from Love Story: slavery means never having to say you’re sorry.

The Constitution Can’t Protect You If You Don’t Protect It

The Constitution Can’t Protect You If You Don’t Protect It

DavidIcke.com | Gareth Icke

John and Nisha Whitehead | The Rutherford Institute | Rutherford.org

“What if the rights and principles guaranteed in the Constitution have been so distorted in the past 200 years as to be unrecognizable by the Founders? What if the government was the reason we don’t have a Constitution anymore? What if freedom’s greatest hour of danger is now?”—Andrew P. Napolitano

What’s the point in celebrating the Constitution one day a year if we permit the government to violate it the other 364?

September 17 marks the anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution, a document designed not merely to establish a government but to restrain it.

Yet restraint is in increasingly short supply.

Across the political spectrum, Americans continue to tolerate abuses of power so long as those abuses are carried out by the “right” people, against the “wrong” people, or in the name of some emergency deemed too important to question.

That is how constitutional government dies.

Not all at once. Not with the Constitution formally abolished or the Bill of Rights ripped from the National Archives.

It dies by degrees: through executive power that expands while congressional authority withers; emergency powers that never quite disappear; wars waged with little regard for constitutional restraints; surveillance systems capable of tracking whole populations; federal agents empowered to operate with ever less accountability; military forces normalized on American streets; and courts that too often allow questions of standing, immunity and procedure to determine whether unconstitutional conduct will ever be confronted on its merits.

Every such precedent makes the next abuse easier. Every exception becomes a justification. Every temporary power becomes harder to claw back.

And every time Americans excuse an unconstitutional act because they approve of the person wielding the power, they help dismantle another guardrail meant to protect them when someone they distrust eventually takes control.

That is the danger we face.

The Constitution was never intended to depend upon the goodwill of those in power.

Quite the opposite.

Those who drafted the Constitution understood that power corrupts, that governments inevitably seek more authority, and that liberty survives only when power is divided, constrained, challenged and made answerable to the people.

The Constitution creates friction intentionally.

It makes government stop and obtain a warrant. It makes prosecutors prove their case. It makes presidents answer to Congress. It makes the military subordinate to civilian government. It protects unpopular speech precisely when those in power most want it silenced. It recognizes that there are places government simply has no legitimate authority to go.

Yet one by one, those restraints have been weakened, bypassed or treated as antiquated obstacles to efficient government.

Consider how quickly the extraordinary becomes ordinary.

Troops deployed to the nation’s capital in response to a supposed crime emergency remain long after the so-called emergency has passed, with the Pentagon preparing for the National Guard presence to continuethrough the end of President Trump’s term.

Sweeping surveillance technologies enable police to identify and track people based not on individualized suspicion but merely on where their cell phones happened to be at a particular time.

Federal immigration agents have been given unprecedented resources and authority while allegations mount of excessive force, unlawful arrests, surveillance, intimidation and constitutional violations.

Presidents increasingly invoke emergencies, national security and expansive interpretations of executive authority to do what once would have required meaningful congressional participation.

Meanwhile, the constitutional mechanisms intended to restrain government often operate too slowly—or not at all.

By the time the courts decide whether the government overstepped its authority, the deed may already be done, the troops already deployed, the people already detained, the data already collected, the building already demolished, the war already underway.

That is government unchained.

Here is the uncomfortable truth: the government did not accomplish this alone.

The power of the police state depends upon a populace willing to tolerate it.

Remember: when it comes to the staggering loss of civil liberties, the Constitution hasn’t changed. Rather, it is the American people who have changed.

Too many Americans have come to view constitutional restraints not as protections against tyranny but as inconveniences that stand in the way of getting what they want.

If a president they support circumvents Congress, they call it leadership. If a president they oppose does the same thing, they call it tyranny.

If government censorship silences their opponents, they cheer. If the machinery turns against them, they suddenly rediscover the First Amendment.

If federal agents abuse people they regard as dangerous, criminal or undesirable, constitutional niceties seem unnecessary. If they become the target, they demand due process.

This is how freedom becomes partisan. It is also how freedom dies.

The Constitution is neutral when it comes to politics.

It does not recognize Republican rights and Democratic rights, conservative freedoms and liberal freedoms, rights for citizens we approve of and lesser protections for those we fear or dislike.

The Fourth Amendment does not ask how you voted before protecting you against unreasonable searches. The First Amendment does not require that your speech be popular. Due process does not exist only for sympathetic defendants. Religious freedom does not belong exclusively to Christians, Jews, Muslims or any other favored faith. And the separation of powers was not written merely to restrain presidents from the opposing political party.

These safeguards exist because power cannot be trusted.

The greatest threat to constitutional government may not be that Americans have stopped believing in rights. It is that too many now believe rights should depend on whose rights are at stake.

That lesson should have been reinforced over the past 25 years.

In the name of national security after 9/11, Americans accepted sweeping surveillance powers, secret watchlists, militarized policing and an expanding government infrastructure capable of tracking and monitoring ordinary people.

What began as extraordinary powers aimed at terrorism became part of the machinery of everyday government.

In fact, technology has made it possible for government to exercise powers of surveillance and control that the architects of the Constitution could never have imagined.

Yet there are also reminders that constitutional resistance still matters.

This summer, the U.S. Supreme Court held that police conduct a Fourth Amendment “search” when they obtain historical cell phone location data through a geofence warrant—a significant check on a form of digital dragnet surveillance capable of turning anyone carrying a smartphone into a government suspect.

A federal appeals court also upheld restrictions on immigration raids at certain houses of worship after religious communities demonstrated that the threat of enforcement was driving worshippers away and disrupting religious practice.

Most recently, a 7-2 Supreme Court rejected President Trump’s attempt to restrict mail-in ballots in advance of the 2026 midterm elections.

These victories matter.

They remind us that constitutional government is not entirely lost.

They also remind us of something even more important: rights have meaning only when somebody is willing to assert them. They survive when a homeowner refuses an unlawful search, when a citizen records police misconduct, when a congregation challenges government interference, when a parent questions what information a school is collecting about a child, or when a community forces officials to justify their actions in public.

You have no rights unless you exercise them. And you cannot exercise your rights unless you know what those rights are.

That should concern us because civic ignorance has become a national epidemic.

Too many Americans cannot identify the basic protections contained in the Bill of Rights, explain the separation of powers, or understand why the Founders deliberately made it difficult for any one branch of government to act without checks and balances.

According to the 2026 Annenberg Constitution Day Civics Survey from the Annenberg Public Policy Center, over a third of U.S. adults (35%) cannot name all three branches of the governmentand under half can name four of the five rights protected by the First Amendment. Of the five First Amendment rights, only freedom of speech is identified by more than half of survey respondents.

That ignorance has consequences.

A people who do not understand why government power must be limited will eventually surrender those limits whenever fear, anger, convenience or political loyalty makes them seem burdensome.

Thomas Jefferson understood the danger: a nation cannot expect to be both ignorant and free.

Those who gave us the Constitution understood something else as well: liberty cannot be preserved by politicians alone.

It was no idle happenstance that the Constitution begins with three powerful words: “We the People.”

The government exists at the behest of the citizenry, not the other way around.

That means “We the People” have responsibilities that extend far beyond showing up at the polls every few years.

Voting is not enough.

Freedom requires participation. It requires knowing your rights and exercising them. It requires speaking out even when it is unpopular to do so.

It requires demanding warrants, challenging government surveillance, recording police activity where the law allows, serving on juries, attending local government meetings, questioning officials, filing public records requests, supporting constitutional challenges, teaching children their rights, and refusing to let political loyalty override constitutional principle.

It means insisting that Congress act like a separate branch of government rather than a presidential cheering section. It means demanding that courts provide meaningful constitutional remedies while there is still something left to remedy.

It means refusing to allow emergency powers to become ordinary powers. And it means opposing unconstitutional government power even when that power is wielded by politicians we support.

None of this is easy.

Representative government is hard work.

It requires a citizenry willing to stay informed, resist manipulation, question authority, and accept that constitutional limits may sometimes prevent government from easily doing things we might want it to do.

That inconvenience is the point.

The Constitution was designed to make tyranny difficult. As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, our job is to make sure it stays that way.

So get outraged. Get informed. Get involved.

Get down to your local city council and school board. Get your objections down on paper. Get your representatives to pay attention. Get your children to know their rights. Get your local police to honor the Constitution. Get your media to act as watchdogs for the people rather than lapdogs for those in power.

Most of all, stop waiting for someone else to save the republic.

The courts cannot do it alone. Congress will not do it for us. No president, political party or election will permanently safeguard freedoms that the people themselves are unwilling to defend.

The Constitution is not self-executing.

Its words have power only when “We the People” breathe life into them.

Know your rights. Exercise your rights. Defend your rights.

If not, you will lose them.

The Constitution can’t protect you if you don’t protect it.

2028 Digital ID Deadline

2028 Digital ID Deadline

The 2028 Digital ID Deadline Approaches

LewRockwell,com

Madge Waggy | MadgeWaggy.blogspot.com

Something shifts beneath the surface of ordinary life. Not with announcements or spectacle, but through the quiet consolidation of systems that now track, verify, and gatekeep nearly every exchange between citizens and the institutions they rely upon. By 2028, according to timelines established by international bodies and echoed in domestic policy papers, Americans will face a choice that is not really a choice at all: accept a federally standardized Digital ID or find yourself locked out of the economy you helped build.

This deadline is not speculative. The World Bank, the United Nations Development Programme, and the World Economic Forum have all converged on 2028 as the target for universal digital identity implementation. Within the United States, federal agencies have accelerated pilot programs linking biometric data to financial access, travel privileges, and social services. What appears as technological modernization is, upon closer inspection, the construction of a comprehensive control system—one where participation in society requires continuous verification, and where verification can be revoked without appeal.

The warning signs have accumulated for years, visible to anyone willing to look past the marketing language of convenience and security. Contactless payments normalized the idea that physical currency is suspicious. Vaccine passports established the precedent that health data serves as an access credential. Banking apps demonstrated that accounts can freeze instantly based on algorithmic risk assessments or political criteria. Each precedent seemed isolated. Taken together, they form a clear trajectory toward a society where identity itself becomes a conditional privilege rather than a fixed right.

We are not discussing a distant dystopia. The infrastructure is being built now, in real time, through partnerships between government agencies and technology firms that operate with minimal public scrutiny. The consequences of this transition will not be temporary adjustments but permanent alterations to the conditions of freedom itself. To understand what is at stake requires looking honestly at the mechanisms being assembled, the dependencies being engineered, and the alternatives that are rapidly disappearing.

How Digital ID Actually Works

  1. Digital ID functions as a gateway mechanism rather than mere identification—a switch that can be toggled to sever individuals from essential services without judicial oversight or evidentiary standards.
  2. Biometric integration, including facial recognition, retinal scanning, and behavioral analysis, creates immutable identifiers that cannot be discarded or temporarily borrowed, eliminating the anonymity that cash transactions and informal economies once preserved.
  3. Cross-referencing capabilities allow real-time correlation of location data, purchasing patterns, social associations, and digital communications, constructing predictive behavioral models that anticipate dissent before it materializes into action.
  4. Technical architecture relies on blockchain and distributed ledger technologies that claim immutability as a feature, meaning erroneous data entries or punitive designations become permanent elements of one’s digital record.
  5. Private sector participation ensures that compliance extends beyond government mandates into corporate policy, where exclusion from banking, housing, and employment can be enforced through Terms of Service rather than legislative action.

The implementation proceeds through incremental acclimatization. Initially, Digital ID emerges as optional convenience—a faster lane through airport security, a streamlined method for tax filing. Early adopters receive minor privileges that validate the system for skeptics. Then comes soft mandate: certain services become available exclusively through digital verification, justified through appeals to security or fraud prevention. Finally, the hard deadline arrives, the 2028 threshold where non-participation becomes synonymous with non-existence within the formal economy.

Biometric capture represents the most irreversible aspect of this transition. Unlike passwords, biological characteristics cannot be changed if compromised. Once your iris pattern or facial geometry enters centralized databases, it persists indefinitely, accessible to systems and actors you never authorized. The convenience of unlocking your phone with a glance extends seamlessly into accessing your funds, your transportation, your medical care. Each verification provides data. Each glance refines the model of who you are, what you want, where you go.

Recent years have demonstrated how these systems function in practice. Canadian authorities froze the bank accounts of protesting truckers without judicial process. British citizens discovered that certain political donations triggered financial surveillance. American businesses learned that ideological deviation from prevailing narratives could result in debanking and commercial exclusion. These were not aberrations. They were rehearsals for systematic financial control through Digital ID infrastructure.

Cash Is Disappearing, and Taking Privacy With It

Paper currency and metal coinage represent the final domain of transactional privacy—the last space where exchange occurs without intermediaries, surveillance, or permission. Its elimination constitutes not merely logistical change but a fundamental redefinition of money itself, from tangible asset to conditional privilege.

Physical cash carries properties that digital systems cannot replicate: immediacy, finality, anonymity. When you hand a twenty-dollar bill to a merchant, the transaction completes without third-party verification. No bank records the exchange. No algorithm flags the purchase for analysis. No institution maintains the capacity to reverse the transfer or freeze the funds. This directness offends control systems because it escapes monitoring.

The campaign against cash proceeds through multiple vectors. Banks cite storage costs. Governments cite tax evasion concerns. Economists cite inefficiency. Each argument contains partial truth, sufficient to mask the deeper agenda: the elimination of economic activity that escapes surveillance, taxation, and administrative oversight.

When money exists only as database entries, you possess not wealth but conditional access. The distinction matters. True ownership implies control—your property remains yours regardless of external opinion. Conditional access implies permission—your resources remain available only so long as you maintain favorable standing with gatekeepers.

Consider the implications of total digitization. Every transaction becomes data. Every purchase enters your behavioral profile. The books you buy, the medications you need, the establishments you frequent, the hours you keep—all recorded, categorized, analyzed. Patterns emerge. Predictions form. And predictions enable preemptive intervention. The system need not wait for you to commit a crime; it can identify statistical probability and adjust your access accordingly.

The elimination of cash also destroys the informal economy that has sustained communities through turbulence. Side jobs paid in cash. Yard sales conducted with neighbors. Charitable giving that leaves no paper trail. Emergency reserves hidden in homes. These practices, essential to resilience and independence, become impossible when all value flows through monitored channels. The grandmother who slips cash to a struggling grandchild, the neighbor who pays for informal childcare, the teenager who earns under-the-table wages for yard work—all these transactions enter the light of surveillance, taxed and tracked and stripped of human immediacy.

Artificial Intelligence Is Now the Gatekeeper

Machine learning algorithms do not merely process data; they generate reality. They classify, categorize, and condemn through statistical correlation that requires neither evidence nor explanation. When integrated with Digital ID systems, AI becomes the invisible arbiter of social participation, rendering judgments in milliseconds that human bureaucrats could never process.

The marriage of Digital ID and AI creates automated social sorting at scale. Your digital identity feeds data to algorithms that assess your creditworthiness, employability, insurability, trustworthiness as a tenant or traveler. These assessments occur constantly, invisibly, without your knowledge or consent. You do not apply for exclusion; it finds you through accumulated flagged behaviors and statistical anomalies.

Historical patterns of discrimination, embedded in decades of banking and criminal justice records, become encoded as algorithmic neutrality. The AI does not hate; it recognizes patterns. If certain zip codes correlate with loan defaults, the algorithm avoids those zip codes. If certain political affiliations correlate with chargebacks, the algorithm flags those affiliations. The result is discrimination without discriminatory intent, exclusion without explicit policy.

The speed of AI decision-making outpaces human comprehension and recourse. By the time you discover that your Digital ID has been flagged, that your access has been restricted, that your transactions have been blocked, the algorithm has already assessed thousands of other subjects. Appeals processes, where they exist, require you to prove your innocence to systems that presume algorithmic infallibility. The burden of proof inverts: you must demonstrate why you should not be excluded.

Predictive algorithms introduce temporal tyranny—the punishment of future crimes that have not occurred. If your purchasing patterns resemble those of previous criminals, if your social network includes flagged individuals, if your travel patterns suggest suspicious intent, the system can restrict your access preemptively. You are punished not for what you have done but for what you might do, according to statistical models you cannot examine.

Social Credit Arrives Without the Name

The Chinese social credit system, once viewed with Western condescension as authoritarian overreach, now serves as the template for behavioral modification through infrastructure. Its principles—rewarding compliance, punishing dissent, gamifying obedience—translate seamlessly into democratic contexts when wrapped in the language of convenience, security, and public health.

Digital ID enables the construction of citizen scores that amalgamate financial responsibility, social conformity, political reliability, and lifestyle compliance. These scores determine not merely access to loans but access to transportation, housing, education, and healthcare. They create a caste system more rigid than hereditary hierarchy because it claims the legitimacy of data and the neutrality of algorithmic assessment.

The architecture of obedience relies on visibility. When citizens know they are watched, they watch themselves. When they know their transactions are analyzed, they self-censor their purchases. When they know their movements are tracked, they restrict their associations. This internalized surveillance proves more efficient than external enforcement because it operates continuously, automatically, without cost.

Social credit systems also weaponize social relationships. Your score affects those with whom you associate; their scores affect yours. This creates powerful incentives for exclusionary behavior, for cutting ties with controversial figures, for policing the behavior of friends and family. The system externalizes its enforcement costs onto the population itself, transforming citizens into informants of their own subjugation.

The normalization of public shaming through digital platforms has prepared the ground for social credit implementation. We have already accepted that individuals can be deplatformed, debanked, and demonetized based on public opinion or algorithmic assessment. We have grown accustomed to the destruction of livelihoods through viral campaigns and corporate compliance. Social credit merely formalizes these practices and renders them systematic.

The End of Work Means the Beginning of Dependency

Artificial intelligence and automation threaten not merely employment but the concept of productive citizenship itself. As algorithms replace white-collar analysis and robotics replace blue-collar labor, the relationship between effort and survival severs. The proposed solution—Universal Basic Income—represents not generosity but the final consolidation of control through dependency.

UBI transforms citizens from producers into recipients, from contributors into supplicants. The income is unconditional only in rhetoric; in practice, it flows through the same Digital ID infrastructure that monitors all other aspects of existence. Acceptance of payment constitutes acceptance of the system, the infrastructure, the terms. Those who refuse Digital ID find themselves without income not through punishment but through exclusion from the distribution mechanism.

The amount provided always hovers at subsistence level, sufficient to prevent destitution but insufficient to accumulate independence. Recipients remain perpetually precarious, aware that non-compliance risks withdrawal. This creates a population easier to manage than any previous arrangement because it lacks both the resources for resistance and the productive independence that might sustain alternative communities.

The elimination of work destroys more than income; it destroys meaning, community, and the social fabric that binds individuals through mutual dependency. The barber, the mechanic, the local shopkeeper—these figures provided not merely services but social connection, neighborhood knowledge, informal support. Their replacement by automated systems and centralized distribution eliminates these nodes of community, leaving isolated recipients connected only to administrative apparatus.

The transition to UBI also facilitates the elimination of cash. When all income arrives digitally and all expenditure occurs through monitored channels, the informal economy vanishes. No under-the-table work supplements the official payment. No cash transactions escape the net. Complete visibility of economic life enables complete control, with restrictions applied seamlessly to those who deviate from prescribed behaviors.

When Food Becomes a Leverage Point

Agricultural land disappears beneath solar arrays while data centers consume energy equivalent to small nations. Farmland is purchased by institutional investors and converted to conservation easements that prohibit cultivation. Supply chain disruptions create the perception of permanent shortage. These developments converge toward a specific objective: the control of food as a mechanism of population management.

Digital ID enables rationing with precision impossible under previous systems. Your dietary allowances can be calibrated to your health data, your carbon footprint, your social score. Certain foods become available only to certain categories of citizens. Meat consumption is restricted based on environmental impact calculations. The carbon content of every meal becomes part of your permanent record.

The promotion of alternative proteins—insect-based foods, lab-grown meats, synthetic substitutes—proceeds not merely through marketing but through the elimination of alternatives. When traditional agriculture becomes economically unviable through regulation, when distribution networks prioritize approved products, when Digital ID systems restrict purchases of high-impact foods, the population transitions to substitutes not by choice but by necessity.

Food control represents the ultimate leverage because hunger admits no ideology. The individual who might resist surveillance for principle will compromise when children require nutrition. The system recognizes this asymmetry and exploits it ruthlessly. Compliance with Digital ID, with carbon tracking, with behavioral requirements becomes the condition for access to sustenance itself.

The rhetoric of sustainability masks the reality of control. Environmental concerns are genuine, but their exploitation for authoritarian ends does not address ecological crisis; it merely weaponizes it. The same systems that claim to reduce carbon footprints through dietary control maintain the industrial infrastructure of surveillance, the energy consumption of data centers, the elite consumption patterns of the managerial class. Restrictions apply downward, never upward.

Why This Cannot Be Undone

Physical infrastructure can be dismantled. Laws can be repealed. But digital systems, once established, develop path dependencies that make their removal nearly impossible. The databases exist. The algorithms are trained. The population has adapted. Reversion to previous arrangements becomes unthinkable not because it is technically impossible but because the social and technical infrastructure for alternatives has been destroyed.

Cash elimination illustrates this irreversibility. Once physical currency ceases circulation, the knowledge of its use atrophies. Young people raised on digital transactions cannot conceptualize economic life outside monitored channels. The physical infrastructure of cash—printing presses, distribution networks, retail cash handling—deteriorates or repurposes. Reintroduction becomes a massive undertaking that few politicians will attempt.

Similarly, the skills of anonymous living—navigating without GPS, communicating without digital trails, transacting without records—atrophy through disuse. Each generation becomes less capable of independence from digital systems than the last. By 2028, the cohort that remembers genuine privacy will have aged, diminished, lost influence. Digital natives will accept their condition as natural, as the only reality they have known.

Institutional capture ensures that no electoral victory suffices to reverse these trends. The bureaucracies implementing Digital ID transcend political cycles. Corporate partners maintain influence across administrations. International agreements commit nations to implementation regardless of domestic political shifts. Even sincere opposition confronts machinery too vast, too entrenched, too essential to daily functioning to dismantle within constitutional timeframes.

Why People Will Accept This

Populations do not resist comprehensive control because it arrives not as catastrophe but as convenience. Each step toward Digital ID is rationalized, justified, made appealing. The public accepts surveillance because it is packaged as security. They surrender privacy because privacy is framed as suspicious. They embrace dependency because dependency is marketed as freedom from want.

The human capacity for adaptation proves fatal to liberty. We normalize what should horrify. The frog boils not because it lacks the sense to leap but because the temperature rises gradually, each degree feeling like the previous. By the time the water scalds, the capacity for escape has atrophied. We tell ourselves that we will resist when the line is crossed, failing to recognize that the line moves continuously, that we have already crossed dozens of lines our ancestors would have defended.

The mythology of resistance sustains complacency. We imagine that when tyranny becomes obvious, we will act. We will opt out. We will go off-grid. We will resist. But the infrastructure for resistance requires preparation that few undertake. The skills, the networks, the alternative systems—these require years of cultivation that digital convenience discourages. When realization arrives, the capacity for effective resistance has already been dismantled.

Digital ID exploits the human desire for belonging. Exclusion from the system is not merely inconvenient; it is social death. The individual without Digital ID cannot participate in the economy, cannot travel, cannot access healthcare, cannot maintain normal social relationships. The cost of resistance is total, immediate, and visible, while the cost of compliance is gradual, deferred, and abstract. This asymmetry ensures that most will comply, that resistance will remain the province of those with unusual resources or unusual conviction.

The normalization of surveillance has already occurred. We carry tracking devices voluntarily. We share our locations, our preferences, our relationships with platforms that monetize this data. We accept facial recognition at airports, fingerprint scanning for phones, voice analysis for assistants. Each acceptance trains us for the next, larger surrender. Digital ID merely consolidates these separate acquiescences into unified control.

The 2028 Horizon

International organizations have established 2028 as the target for universal digital identity implementation. The World Bank, the UN, the WEF—all coordinate toward this deadline. National governments align their policies accordingly. The infrastructure is built, the legislation drafted, the populations prepared through incremental conditioning.

This timeline allows sufficient years for normalization, for the retirement of resistant populations, for the maturation of technical infrastructure, for the resolution of competing systems into unified standards. It represents the culmination of decades of preparation, the final phase of a transformation that began with credit cards and accelerated through smartphones.

The window for effective opposition narrows daily. Each new pilot program, each new banking regulation, each new digital service that requires verified identity—these build the scaffolding of the control system. Opposition becomes more difficult as the system becomes more comprehensive. The individual who refuses participation finds not a community of resistance but isolation, as the digital majority cannot comprehend or accommodate analog existence.

By 2028, the question will be settled not through debate but through fait accompli. The infrastructure will exist. The population will be enrolled. The exceptions will be marginalized, impoverished, forgotten. The warnings issued today will be dismissed as paranoid speculation, even as the reality they described becomes the water in which everyone swims, invisible because ubiquitous.

The Last Years of Analog Existence

We stand at the terminus of an era. The decades ahead will be defined by the struggle between digital totalitarianism and the remnants of human autonomy. The outcome is not predetermined; the machinery of control, however advanced, requires human compliance to function. But the trajectory favors the controllers because they act with coordination, resources, and long-term planning while the population sleeps, distracted by spectacle and comfort.

The 2028 deadline is not merely a policy target. It is the closing of a door. After it, the world of cash transactions, anonymous movement, unmonitored communication, and unverified identity becomes inaccessible not through law but through infrastructure. The past becomes literally unreachable because the means of reaching it have been dismantled.

Those who recognize this moment have limited options. They can prepare alternative systems, cultivate analog skills, build communities of mutual support outside digital channels. They can resist enrollment as long as possible, accepting the costs of exclusion. They can document these developments, preserving knowledge of what freedom meant for future generations who will have known only conditional access.

But they cannot stop the tide alone. Effective resistance requires collective recognition that has not materialized and shows little sign of materializing. The seductions of digital convenience prove too powerful, the costs of non-compliance too severe, the capacity for denial too robust.

What remains is witness. The documentation of this transformation, this closing of the frontier of liberty, this assembly of comprehensive control. We write now so that future readers will know that warnings were issued, that alternatives existed, that submission was chosen rather than inevitable. We write so that the record will show that some saw clearly, that some refused the anesthesia of convenience, that some maintained their humanity when the system demanded its surrender.

The years between now and 2028 will determine whether humanity retains the capacity for unmonitored existence or surrenders finally to the administered life. The clock ticks. The door slowly closes. And most stand watching, wondering why they feel a draft, not yet understanding that the walls are moving inward, that the space for liberty contracts with each passing day, that the world they knew is being dismantled around them, replaced by something colder, more efficient, more total, and more permanent than anything previous generations could have imagined or feared.

The warning has been given. The deadline approaches. The choice, for now, remains yours. But the window narrows. And the machinery does not sleep.

Flock Cameras + The Exploited Loophole | Private Sector Builds The Cage + Government Gets The Key

The Fourth Amendment Does Not Have An Exception Saying Government May Watch Everyone If A Private Corporation Owns The Cameras
Flock Cameras + The Exploited Loophole | Private Sector Builds The Cage + Government Gets The Key

LewRockwell.com | Martin Armstrong

Welcome to America, where apparently standing around is now enough to have your movements searched through a nationwide surveillance network.

Records obtained from the Plano, Illinois Police Department reveal more than 1,200 searches involving the category “Curfew/Loitering/Vagrancy Violations.” That is from cameras controlled by ONE small police department, with law enforcement agencies elsewhere accessing those cameras as part of their searches. Additional audit records collected around the country show hundreds more searches under the same category. Flock has more than 120,000 cameras spread across 49 states, and its network has expanded into thousands of communities. This is no longer some camera sitting outside a convenience store recording a robbery. They have constructed the infrastructure to reconstruct where ordinary people travel, and police departments across jurisdictions can search that information.

This is precisely what I wrote about when I said, “Your Car Was Never the Target.” License plate readers were sold as a tool to find stolen vehicles and dangerous fugitives. Then the systems began recording the make, model, color, location, and movements of vehicles. Now Flock is developing AI systems capable of doing considerably more. Its newer investigative technology can combine camera information with police records, dispatch logs, and commercial identity databases, while other tools can search camera networks using written descriptions. Once you combine AI with a nationwide camera network, you are no longer investigating a crime after it occurs. You are constructing the machinery necessary to search the movements and associations of an entire population.

Flock’s newer AI tools can allow police to continuously search cameras in a defined area for someone matching a written description. A Texas deputy previously searched tens of thousands of cameras looking for a woman who had obtained an abortion. Officers have been accused of using Flock to track former romantic partners. Illinois discovered that federal immigration agents had gained access to state camera information despite restrictions. Now we learn the system is being searched for loitering and vagrancy. Yet they continue telling us not to worry because safeguards are coming. Flock has announced shorter default retention periods, case codes, auditing, and other controls. Fine. None of that changes the fundamental question: Why should government possess the ability to reconstruct the movements of millions of innocent people in the first place?

The Fourth Amendment was not written with an exception saying government may watch everyone so long as a private corporation owns the cameras. I wrote earlier this year about the FBI admitting that it purchases commercially available location information on Americans. This is the loophole they have discovered. Government does not always need to build the surveillance system itself anymore. Private corporations collect the information, construct the databases, and develop the technology. Government simply purchases access or contracts for the service. The private sector builds the cage and government gets the key.

People keep saying, “I have nothing to hide.” That is perhaps the most dangerous response imaginable. Liberty was never based upon proving to government that you have nothing to hide. Government was supposed to prove that it had probable cause to investigate YOU. We have turned that principle upside down. Everyone is monitored first, the information is stored, and government searches the database later when it decides somebody has become interesting. You do not need to commit murder. You do not need to rob a bank. You apparently do not even need to steal a car. You can be searched because somebody decided you were loitering.

We are all criminals now. That is where this mentality inevitably leads. Every citizen becomes a potential suspect because every citizen generates data that can be searched. Your car identifies where you travel, your phone identifies where you sleep, your credit card identifies what you buy, your bank identifies who you pay. Facial recognition identifies where you appear in real time. AI can connect information that once required hundreds of investigators and months of work in seconds. Governments of the past could only dream of possessing this kind of power.

This is how a surveillance state is created. There is no announcement from Washington declaring that privacy has ended. There is no single law abolishing the Fourth Amendment. It happens camera by camera, database by database, emergency by emergency, until one day people realize that anonymity in public has effectively disappeared. The government will insist that only criminals need to worry right up until the definition of “criminal” includes standing somewhere too long. [Or someone who refuses a deadly 'vaccine', or to wear a mask during a fake pandemic, or speaks against war, the government or their narratives...]

The “Human Extinction by 2030″ Pysop | Their Solution To Rouge AI = Digital IDs + Restricted Internet

The “Human Extinction by 2030″ Pysop | Their Solution To Rouge AI = Digital IDs + Restricted Internet

Problem ~ Reaction ~ Solution, again.

In this looming world of “regulated” AI, governments could be empowered to shut down access to sites, networks or even the internet as a whole in the event of alleged “rogue AIs” becoming a “threat to national security”.
... the hype around the AI mass death threat is similar to other fear-based psy-ops like climate change and COVID. "Solutions" that have been offered include more regulation, an AI non-proliferation treaty, AI 'kill switches', face scans, restricted internet, and more.  ~ https://needtoknow.news/2026/09/anthropic-researcher-resigns-over-out-of-control-ai-fears-but-is-human-extinction-by-ai-another-psy-op/

This [the image above] is what 2031 looks like...unless we sign away some more of our rights.

Kit Knightly | Off-Guardian.org

I’ve been documenting the increasingly hysterical coverage of ‘rogue AI’ for the last six weeks, predicting a major psy-op or false flag.

Well, kids it looks like the psy-op part is here. So far no false flag…but with the greatest level of hysteria since the early days of Covid circulating, maybe they won’t need to DO anything.

Maybe insane claims about a phantom threat will be enough.

Oh yes, did you know Artificial Intelligence has a “10% chance of wiping out humanity before the end of the decade”?

That’s the headline on every single mainstream paper, the trending topic on every social media platform, the talking point on every news channel.

Yes, from the producers of long-running hit show “CLIMATE CHANGE WILL KILL US ALL!” and the international sensation “COVID WILL KILL US ALL!” comes the latest experience in fear everyone is talking about.

And this latest wave is already being used to push new “regulation”, which should alarm anyone.

It all started with a young man, apparently named Jacob Coxon, who is allegedly a former AI researcher for OpenAI and later Anthropic.

Yesterday he announced his resignation from the latter, citing ethical concerns about the danger of “unregulated” artificial intelligence.

And, as is usually the case when an obscure person resigns from his job for supposed ethical concerns, his resignation was the subject of an exclusive article in the Wall Street Journal,

Oh and a simultaneously published thread on Twitter/X – from what is allegedly Coxon’s own account that had – so far as can be seen – never been used before.

AMAZINGLY, within hours Coxon’s alarming claims had gone “viral”.

Now some old cynics out there will be thinking at this stage “hmmm correct me if I’m wrong but doesn’t this look suspiciously like a narrative roll-out”?

But I’m sure the terminally gullible will hasten to reassure you that this is the way real life definitely works.

It’s just a coincidence that everyone across the entirety of the political punditry spectrum is engaged in amplifying one single message.

In another of those startling synchronicities which we don’t need to think about too much, at exactly the same time that Coxon was hitting the mainstream headlines, Joe Rogan – king of the mainstream alternative media – had another AI researcher on his show, spouting his own dire warnings.

AI experts have been crawling out of the woodwork, all keen to endorse Coxon’s position – or even call it an underestimate.

You must have seen Geoffrey “the godfather of AI” Hinton on the BBC, telling Victoria Derbyshire he agreed with Coxon’s risk assessment:

“You just said that 10% doesn’t seem an unreasonable estimate that AI could kill all humans”

“Yes”

“Wow… oh my God.”@vicderbyshire speaks to Nobel Prize Winner and so-called ‘Godfather of AI’ Geoffrey Hinton about predictions by an Anthropic researcher that there’s a more… pic.twitter.com/sGYQI57REF

— BBC Newsnight (@BBCNewsnight) September 9, 2026

A 10% chance of killing every single person on Earth in the next three and a half years.

No, really.

They’re less clear how exactly that’s going to happen – but that’s not the important part. The important part is we need to DO something.

Everyone from Matt Walsh to Glenn Greenwald agrees on that.

And what do we need to DO?

Why, REGULATE of course. That’s what Coxon said in one of his MANY media interviews in the last twenty-four hours (and as someone who has been aware of Coxon’s existence since some time yesterday I can tell you I trust him absolutely):

The guy who helped train the models left Anthropic and said AI is more dangerous than a nuclear weapon.

Jacob Coxon spent 3 years at OpenAI and Anthropic.

He says the labs think this could kill everyone by the end of the decade and they are still racing each other.

His answer…

— Mario Nawfal (@MarioNawfal) September 10, 2026

He floats an AI non-proliferation treaty “like we have for nuclear weapons” – as if it’s a wildly coincidental brand new idea, and not a paraphrase of the same talking point dozens of people – including Bill Gates – have been suggesting for months.

But what would a global AI treaty actually look like? And what would it achieve? And who will be in control of implementing it?

Well, for a potential taste here’s what US Congressman Bill Foster tweeted earlier today:

The “Human Extinction by 2030″ Pysop | Their Solution To Rouge AI = Digital IDs + Restricted Internet

A “hardened” internet? Is that what we can expect?

No more “untraceable access” to AI facilities? Restrictions on “anonymous payments”? What exactly does that mean?

Perhaps “proof of humanity” or “proof of personhood” should be required to use the internet? Or maybe the internet should have “borders”?

Then there’s the kill switches of course, both the US and UK are close to implementing those:

We need to pass the AI Kill Switch Act NOW. https://t.co/bZYEb8GWIR

— Rep. Ted Lieu (@RepTedLieu) September 10, 2026

Last week, coincidentally, a group of Lords from the UK’s upper house was calling for “kill switches”, not just for AI programs, but for data centres in general [emphasis added]:

A group of peers is calling for the British government to be able to deactivate powerful AI systems and switch off the country’s data centres in the event of the tech posing a threat to national security

And who will have control of these kill switches and other control mechanisms? You? Or the usual suspects?

Of course if you’ve already allowed yourself to be manipulated into believing data centers are the Spawn of Satan, you’ll probably think a kill switch is a great idea – and happily overlook that it’s just putting yet more control into the hands of institutions that already brought you the ‘covid’ scam and 9/11.

If any such people are reading this – does it occur to you yet that THIS was always the end point of those panic memes you hoovered up so uncritically?

Be careful what you wish for.

In this looming world of “regulated” AI, governments could be empowered to shut down access to sites, networks or even the internet as a whole in the event of alleged “rogue AIs” becoming a “threat to national security”.

And if YOU or your output or you interactions get labelled as potential AI, or you have your access restricted purely based on your location or IP address?

Well, good luck telling anyone as you scream inside your soundproof bubble.

This can go further – and we’d be fools to just assume it won’t.

In the name of preventing the spread of “rogue AI” (or “rouge AI” according to half the hysterics on social media), the internet can have information bulkheads which can be used to quarantine sections, nations, networks or individual sites “infected” with digital these digital “invasive species”.

You may have to prove your humanity with face scans or similar, and there may be strict limitations on what regions and/or databases you can reach, how much of your money you can spend without additional checks, etc.

Even the restricted internet of today might look like freedom compared to the’ post-AI-Regulation’ revised world wide web.

And today’s security state might be something to look back on with nostalgia when the ‘post-AI-Regulation’ revised worldwide surveillance and supply line controls kick in.

But don’t think about any of that – that nice guy Jacob you never heard of a week ago is warning you.

Listen to him on the mainstream media platform they gave him.

Demand your government saves you.

I’m sure this time it really will.

Covid Vaccine Genocide | Israel's Participation in The Global Cover Up Operation

Covid Vaccine Genocide | Israel's Participation in The Global Cover Up Operation

Leaked Data Show Israel Covered Up Hundreds of Covid Shot Deaths and Hospitalizations Within Weeks of Vaccine Rollout

Nicolas Hulscher, MPH | FOCAL POINTS | Courageous Discourse

A newly published peer-reviewed study has exposed an internal Israeli Ministry of Health pharmacovigilance dataset documenting 531 hospitalizations and 67 deaths within weeks of mass COVID-19 “vaccine” rollout.

Covid Vaccine Genocide | Israel's Participation in The Global Cover Up Operation

Nearly half of all hospitalization reports involved myocarditis or pericarditis. Among people under 30, that figure surged to 151 of 211 (71.6%), including 48 patients under 18.

But the most important revelation was how early Israeli authorities had this information. By March 25, 2021, barely three months into the vaccine rollout, Israel had already reported to Pfizer 46 deaths, 157 hospitalizations, and 65 myocarditis/pericarditis cases. These were not retrospective estimates assembled years later; they came from an operational Ministry of Health pharmacovigilance dataset used to document serious events considered relevant enough to report directly to the manufacturer. The median reported interval from vaccination to death was just 3 days.

Covid Vaccine Genocide | Israel's Participation in The Global Cover Up Operation

The Public Was Told a Different Story

Israel had already alerted the CDC and European Medicines Agency to approximately 40 myocarditis cases by the end of February 2021. By March 25, the internal records contained the 46 deaths, 157 hospitalizations, and 65 myocarditis/pericarditis reports described above. Yet the study reconstructs a delay of roughly three to four months before the myocarditis signal was meaningfully communicated to clinicians and the public.

When the risk was finally acknowledged, the public messaging emphasized that myocarditis was “rare,” “mild,” and transient and that vaccination benefits outweighed the risks. That characterization was fraudulent given their internal record containing hundreds of serious hospitalizations, severe cardiac injury, and deaths.

The U.S. Was Covering-Up Major Safety Signals at the Same Time

The Israeli records are even more significant when viewed alongside what a 2026 U.S. Senate investigation uncovered inside the FDA.

BREAKING: Senate Investigation Finds FDA Officials Covered-Up 25 COVID Shot Safety Signals
FDA’s own data flagged sudden cardiac death, heart attacks, blood clots, neurological damage, and dementia… and the FDA analyst uncovering it was ordered to “cease and desist.”

FDA senior medical officer Dr. Ana Szarfman and statistician Dr. William DuMouchel applied an upgraded data-mining method to VAERS in early 2021 that identified 49 examples of extreme masking and roughly 25 statistically significant safety signals that the agency’s standard method had missed. Those signals included sudden cardiac death, acute myocardial infarction, pulmonary infarction, thrombosis/embolism, Bell’s palsy, dementia, and “death and sudden death.”

The Senate report says Szarfman was circulating these findings to senior FDA officials in March, April, May, and July 2021. Internal communications cited in the investigation show that officials told her to “hold off” on generating and distributing further reports, described the work as a “major distraction,” and expressed concern that conflicting safety findings could feed into “anti-vaccination rhetoric.” She was ultimately ordered to “cease and desist.”

So in essentially the same early-2021 window, Israeli authorities were documenting deaths, hospitalizations, and a major myocarditis signal while FDA analysts in the United States were independently uncovering serious cardiac, thrombotic, neurological, and mortality signals.

Two Countries, the Same Pattern

In Israel, the Ministry of Health documented deaths, severe cardiac events, and hundreds of hospitalizations and reported them to Pfizer, while the eventual public messaging falsely claimed that myocarditis was rare and mild.

In the United States, an FDA analyst uncovered previously obscured signals involving sudden cardiac death, myocardial infarction, thrombosis, and mortality—and senior officials then told her to cease and desist.

Taken together, this confirms that the most serious vaccine-safety information was known internally, tempered publicly, and withheld from the risk narrative presented to patients and physicians.

The cover-up of COVID-19 “vaccine” deaths, injuries, and disabilities appears to have been a coordinated GLOBAL OPERATION.

The Post Labor Day AI Panic Psyop Has Been Launched

The Post Labor Day AI Panic Psyop Has Been Launched

Antthropic, Open AI & Government are the prime beneficiaries

Ed Dowd | Beyond the Narrative | eddowdbeyondthenarrative.substack.com

Background

On Tuesday, September 8, the day after Labor Day weekend (love the timing!) a young man by the name of Jacob Coxon put out a post on X…his first post ever and it went mega viral. He is a former employee of both Anthropic and OpenAI and he warned about the dangers of AI. Within 24 hours Jacob‘s X post had received 123 million views 650,000 likes 190,000 followers. Even Elon weighed in and said “I don’t think this has ever happened for a post from a new account with almost no prior activity.“ Immediately mainstream media hopped on board to add to the virality of the post. The Wall Street Journal within a few hours had already interviewed Jacob and mainstream media piled on. Both sides of the house then piled on (mostly Democrats) with X post quotes calling immediately to ask for regulations and government interventions.

I created my Substack Ed Dowd: Beyond the Narrative to address issues such as this, and I believe this is a well-orchestrated psyop to move the needle and change minds.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary, “psyop.”

“A military operation usually aimed at influencing the enemy’s state of mind through noncombative means… also: someone or something used by the government to influence the population’s opinions and attitudes.”

I am not saying Jacob Coxon is a government asset. I am saying the last 72 hours look less like a whistleblower and more like an inorganic panic narrative.

Anomalies

The X account @hilbertspaess had almost no footprint before Tuesday night. The bio is two words: “ai research.” The account sat there for a year. Then, in one coordinated burst, a seven-post thread announcing a resignation from Anthropic, a warning that the labs are “gambling with our lives,” and a prediction that the people building this stuff privately believe it could kill everyone by the end of the decade. Overnight the post printed nine figures in views. Hundreds of thousands of likes. The account went from nobody to a household handle before most of the country had coffee.

That is not how organic X speech works: organic speech stumbles, it posts a draft, it deletes a typo and it has a history. This account had a history of silence, then a professionally punchy script, then the entire mainstream media stack that ran with it with hours of post.

The Wall Street Journal published an exclusive interview with Coxon very shortly after the post went live. Business Insider, Newsweek, the New York Post, Mashable, and Deadline, all ran the same quotes within hours. Then the next day live interviews on Fox News and CNN. That is not one reporter getting lucky on a late night scroll. That is a package. In my humble opinion you do not get a WSJ exclusive and a 100 million view thread by accident unless the interview was already in the can.

Then I did what I always do. I read the replies and skeptics on X. The anomaly hunters got there first. Parker Thayer laid out the timeline that made my former equity portfolio manager brain activate: the Journal piece “potentially” landing before the public post, an account with no prior engagement suddenly exploding, and the first quote posts arriving inside fifteen minutes from policy shops whose funding traces back to the same circle of Anthropic-adjacent philanthropy. Other users pointed at the empty follower graph, the sudden verification, the fact that the first amplifiers were not random citizens but people whose job is to turn fear into statutes and accusations of links to AI policy NGOs.

You can argue with any one of those dots. It is harder to argue with the cluster.

The big tell for me was what certain members of Congress do when a narrative is pre-cooked. Representative Ro Khanna very quickly quoted the thread and demanded a federal AI agency “like we have for nuclear power and airplanes,” pre-certification, kill switches, criminal penalties, and hearings with “researchers like Jacob.” He told Speaker Johnson to keep the House in session. On the other side of the Hill, Senator Bernie Sanders already had a superintelligence ban circulating with Representative Greg Casar creating a cabinet level agency, an advisory board of “experts,” the whole cathedral. Senators Chris Van Hollen and Richard Blumenthal piled on. OpenAI, not to be left out of its own “funeral”, started posting about national safety rules.

Classic Hegelian Dialectic

Thesis>Antithesis>Synthesis…also known as Problem>Reaction>Solution.

Hegel would recognize the move:

· Thesis-the labs are racing toward systems they cannot control

· Antithesis-the public is now terrified, and the screenshots of Coxon’s thread are the proof

· Synthesis-regulation, a licensing regime, a new agency and barriers to entry dressed up as “containment”

Then ask the only question that ever matters: Who benefits?

Let us start with who does not benefit:

· Not the open-source shops

· Not the startups that cannot afford a compliance department and a containment audit

· Not the Chinese labs, who will ignore the sermon and keep training regardless

The first beneficiaries are the two names in the original post: Anthropic and OpenAI.

They are burning cash at a rate that would make a 2000-2001 CLEC blush. Token prices keep falling. Enterprise demand is not doubling fast enough to offset it. The second derivative is slowing. Capex is a black hole. Valuations only work if the story stays vertical and the competitive set stays small. A federal moat with pre-certification, insurance mandates, criminal liability for unlicensed models does two things at once. It crushes the long tail of competitors who were eating their margins. And it gives the incumbents a political story to take to investors: “we are the responsible adults, the regulated utilities of intelligence, please keep funding the losses until the unit economics appear.”

The second beneficiary is the government itself (this push is mostly a Democrat project.)

A cabinet-level AI agency means new appropriations, new buildings, new GS-15s, new contractors, new “advisory boards” stuffed with the same people who wrote the talking points. Hearings mean travel budgets and television time. Pre-certification means a permanent inspection class. Mandatory insurance means a regulated market the agencies get to supervise. Every one of those is a funding request that survives the news cycle.

A few Republicans have already volunteered to help build the machine. Senator Josh Hawley has been the loudest, telling his own party it must “regulate” AI so it does not displace the worker, and he already has a bill with Blumenthal, co-sponsored by Senator Marsha Blackburn, to make federal reviews of advanced models mandatory. Representative Jay Obernolte has been shopping the Great American AI Act with Democrats Lori Trahan and House Republicans Scott Franklin and Erin Houchin. After Coxon’s thread, even Senator Ted Cruz, who spent last year trying to preempt state AI rules, posted that the risks are “dangerous and frightening,” that “we need guardrails,” and that he is working with Amy Klobuchar and John Thune on catastrophic bio and nuclear AI risk. You do not need the whole GOP…you only need a handful of names so the new agency can call itself bipartisan when the appropriation comes up.

Fear is how you grow the state when you cannot grow the economy.

Bottom Line

I recently wrote a post, Wall Street’s AI Capex Party...It’s 2 AM & The Bar is About To Close, where I outlined it is becoming more expensive to fund the buildout and investors are questioning the ultimate return on investment. A safety panic that ends in a licensing cartel is the most elegant refinancing I have seen in a long time for both the labs and the bureaucracy that will charge rent on the panic. You do not have to prove the models will kill us. You only have to make Congress and the public feel that they might. Fear is cheaper than a profitable product, and it is cheaper than a balanced budget.

The Post Labor Day AI Panic Psyop Has Been Launched

Could Coxon be sincere? Sure…people leave jobs and people get scared…sincerity and utility are not opposites. The most effective operations use a real person with real anxiety and then put a megaphone, a Journal reporter, and a legislative calendar underneath him.

I do not know exactly how accurate these AI fears might be but I do know what a coordinated narrative looks like:

· An unused account, a same night exclusive

· Policy NGOs first in line comment

· Bills already written

· Multiple members of congress immediately posting on X their hot takes

· Two companies with a cash-burn problem recast as the only adults in the room

· Government, mostly Democrats, with just enough Republicans for cover, that suddenly needs another agency, another appropriation, and another reason to sit between you and the future.

· Two cash burning frontier AI companies that need to regulate their competition out of existence

Watch the cash, watch the narrative, watch the fear porn, watch who benefits…this is elaborate Kabuki Theater. After the Covid psyop this is the next big push in my opinion. All the signs are present.

“The one who states his case first seems right, until the other comes and examines him.” Proverbs 18:17

Trump Offers to Send $5,000 to Every Citizen If Republicans Retain Control of Congress

FOCAL POINTS (Courageous Discourse™) | John Leake | thefocalpoints.com

When George Washington first ran for the Virginia House of Burgesses in 1755, his campaign advisors recommended that he host parties at taverns near polling places and provide free booze to anyone who seemed inclined to support him. Washington refused to participate in what was essentially bribing voters with alcohol, and he lost the election. However, three years later, he decided to play the game and allowed his agent to provide roughly 160 gallons of alcoholic drinks for 391 voters—amounting to nearly half a gallon per person. This time he easily won the election.

I thought of this incident when I saw the news this morning that—during a speech Wednesday night at the GOP’s midterm convention here in my native Dallas, Texas— President Trump proposed sending every adult American citizen a $5,000 “Trump dividend” if Republicans retain control of both chambers of Congress in November. As he put it:

If the Republicans win the House of Representatives and the United States Senate, both of them, I will issue a dividend to every adult citizen in the United States of America for $5,000. It will be called the Trump dividend. Now all we have to do is win. Your vote will decide whether our country stumbles at the starting gate of our next 250 years or surges forward and never looks back.

Note that a $5,000 payout to 270 million adults would cost the US government approximately $1.35 trillion. Trump floated his proposal shortly after US public debt surpassed $40 trillion for the first time.

Uncle Sam’s infinite largesse has been enabled because Congress no longer even pretends to place limits of federal indebtedness. Since 2013, it has suspended the debt ceiling eight times, allowing for continued borrowing without a specific dollar limit for set periods.

With Trump’s announcement, the US government has officially entered what I call the “drunken sailor in port” phase of our Constitutional Republic. Dying of some tropical disease in a Caribbean port and knowing that a British Navy press gang will soon force him into service on a warship, the sailor spends all of his money on rum and hookers and consoles himself that he’s had a good run.

RCMP Fails To Charge Anyone After Busting The Largest Illicit Drug Superlab In Canadian History

RCMP Fails To Charge Anyone After Busting The Largest Illicit Drug Superlab In Canadian History

Real Canadian Patriots | Telegram

NotTheBee.com | Dr Jones

In October 2024, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) dismantled the largest and most sophisticated illicit drug superlab in Canadian history in Falkland, British Columbia. Federal investigators seized 54 kilograms of fentanyl, 390 kilograms of methamphetamine, 35 kilograms of cocaine, 15 kilograms of MDMA, and 89 firearms, alongside massive amounts of precursor chemicals and $500,000 in cash.

The RCMP estimated that the seized materials could have produced over 95 million potentially lethal doses of fentanyl.

As of September 2026, nearly two years after the raid, no one has been charged with producing or manufacturing fentanyl at the Falkland superlab. The sole suspect named in connection with the investigation, Gaganpreet Singh Randhawa, pleaded guilty in early 2026 to attempting to export 310 kilograms of methamphetamine to the Philippines and various drug and firearms possession charges, but his plea did not include charges related to the fentanyl production at the Falkland site.

From the Western Standard:

Nearly two years after the RCMP announced it had dismantled the largest fentanyl and methamphetamine lab in Canadian history, no one has been charged with producing, manufacturing, or distributing fentanyl from there, and it remains unclear if anyone ever will.

That's … refreshingly honest. As a recap, here's some background on the case:

On October 31, 2024, the RCMP put on — by its standards — a fairly grandiose press conference at divisional headquarters in Surrey announcing it had taken down what Assistant Commissioner David Teboul called the 'largest and most sophisticated illicit fentanyl and meth facility ever found in Canada.'

Ok, sounds like things got off to a strong start.

So, where did things go sideways?

Here's a more blunt breakdown of the situation:

RCMP Fails To Charge Anyone After Busting The Largest Illicit Drug Superlab In Canadian History

The U.S. handed the entire case to the Canucks on a silver platter, implicating Mexican cartel elements and Chinese heavy hitters, and they didn't make a SINGLE arrest?
