The Country Music Association (CMA) hosted "I Will Always Love You: A Celebration of Dolly Parton" at the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts on Wednesday night.
Some of the genre's biggest stars made appearances, both performing Parton's songs onstage and walking the red carpet in outfits inspired by the music legend.
These are the best-dressed stars we saw.
Kelsea Ballerini looked elegant in white feathers and diamonds.

She arrived on the red carpet wearing a $1,250 draped, satin gown from Bronx Banco's bridal line.
It had feather-lined bell sleeves, a low back, and a floor-length skirt. Ballerini paired it with an updo hairstyle and long diamond earrings.
She looked like a Hollywood starlet and perfectly mirrored the best of Parton's famous glam.
Lainey Wilson kept true to her style while also honoring Parton.

Wilson's signature style is pretty different from Parton's. The singer and "Yellowstone" star prefers bell-bottoms and cowboy hats to rhinestone dresses and big hairdos.
Still, Wilson honored the legend with her outfit: black trousers worn with a butterfly-print duster top. She also wore cowboy boots, a matching hat, and thick western jewelry.
Reba McEntire honored her friend onstage while wearing a classic country getup.

McEntire performed "He's Alive" while wearing a white, caftan-style dress with a collar and long sleeves.
The latter were lined with long, rhinestoned fringe, while the dress itself was embellished with a rhinestone scrollwork pattern.
It was the perfect outfit choice to deliver an emotional tribute.
Kristin Chenoweth wore a dress that looked like it could have come from Parton's closet.

Chenoweth walked the red carpet in a form-fitting gown covered in silver sequins. It had a mock neck, long sleeves, and a floor-length skirt.
The dress resembled many of the sequined looks Parton wore throughout her career.
Chenoweth paired it with delicate diamond earrings and multiple rings.
Carrie Underwood chose a princess gown with subtle butterfly details.

Her white, strapless gown had a full skirt, a tulle overlay, and all-over butterfly appliqués in shades of pink. Underwood also wore long diamond earrings and her hair styled in waves.
It was the right choice to wear both on the carpet and onstage, where Underwood performed "I Will Always Love You."
Katy Perry nodded to another of Parton's favorite fashion elements: animal print.

Perry wore a vintage Roberto Cavalli gown from 2004 for the celebration. It was sleeveless with a deep neckline and a flowing skirt, and also decorated with multiple animal prints.
The dress was a daring and unique choice for the event, standing out from the sparkling white ensembles that most other celebrities wore.
And because Parton wore animal print on numerous occasions, it was a fun tribute to the more daring side of her style.
Ella Langley chose a minidress with a butterfly appliqué.

Langely, the country star behind the hit "Choosin' Texas," wore a pale-pink minidress with long sleeves and a plunging neckline.
It was embellished with strings of beads and crystals, and a pink, bedazzled butterfly at the center of her chest.
Langley was pretty and glowing on the red carpet — just like Parton always was.
Hillary Scott of Lady A fame wore two of Parton's favorite things.

Scott wore a sleeveless gown with a sweetheart neckline and a thigh-high slit. While that might sound simple, the dress also featured an all-over leopard print crafted from sequins.
Since March, the music icon has been photographed at awards shows, walking around New York City, and sitting in suites at Arrowhead Stadium — in support of her husband, Travis Kelce, of course.
Naturally, she's worn statement outfits for each occasion. Designer jackets, expensive jewelry, and luxury handbags remain her signatures.
Some of her recent looks are the epitome of her effortless street style, while others haven't made much sense. Here's how we'd rank what she's worn this year, from worst to best.
Taylor Swift brought back peplum tops in May, but she probably shouldn't have.

She was photographed in New York City wearing a $1,190 white button-up blouse from Stella McCartney, $1,350 The Row trousers, sandals from the same brand, and a black leather belt.
The bottom half of the outfit was chic, but her top looked too formal, making the outfit feel corporate.
The outfit she wore to a Chiefs game in September wasn't memorable.

Swift was spotted on September 20 standing in a suite at Arrowhead Stadium with her mom and mother-in-law.
She kept her outfit simple that day: denim bottoms, a black leather belt, and a $40 Chiefs tank top from Wear by Erin Andrews.
There was nothing really wrong with the outfit; the musician looked cute and comfortable. Still, it was so simple that most fans probably won't remember it next season.
The same could be said for the checkered dress she wore a few days earlier.

At another Chiefs game, Swift wore a $295 checkered dress from Guest in Residence.
It was a sweet, festive choice for the occasion, especially when paired with her signature red lipstick.
At the same time, though, the pattern made the dress resemble a picnic tablecloth, which wasn't ideal.
One tweak could have saved Swift's 2026 MTV Video Music Awards look.

She arrived on the blue carpet wearing a couture gown from Tamara Ralph. It had a halter neckline, a black velvet bodice with a mesh back, and a sparkling silver skirt that wrapped around her hips and reached the floor.
From the front, Swift looked powerful and stylish.
Unfortunately, the thick, lace-up feature on the back of the dress made it look less elegant.
She chose elevated basics for an NBA playoff game, though they weren't super memorable.

Swift and Kelce were sitting courtside when the Knicks played the Cavaliers in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals.
Both wore denim outfits for the game, though Swift's look was undoubtedly flashier. She paired $790 Stella McCartney jeans with a black denim jacket and a chain-embellished tank top from the designer.
Swift also sported a Dior purse, Stella McCartney sandals, and an assortment of gold jewelry — including her massive engagement ring.
The outfit was fun, but also simple and a little forgettable.

She took the stage alongside her friend, Dakota Johnson, wearing a $595 Simkhai brown plaid minidress. Swift also wore a $1,500 Yves Saint Laurent chain belt, a gold Cartier bracelet, Burberry boots, and hoop earrings.
The outfit didn't make for her flashiest fashion moment, but it was cute and understated.

Photographers captured Swift wearing a $295 Guest in Residence polo top, light-wash denim jeans, Gucci sandals, a matching leather belt, and an assortment of gold jewelry.
She also carried the large Chloé Penelope bag.

Wiederhoeft designed the ensemble, which was sleeveless and decorated with silver sparkles.
Swift wore it with $36,000 Dena Kemp earrings and Jimmy Choo sandals. The assortment of rings and bracelets she wore also retailed for $36,000.
Swift looked pretty, and her outfit was solid. It wasn't her best look of the year, but it was far from her worst.
Swift's street style reemerged in April, and it was strong from the start.

On one New York City outing, Swift paired a blue-and-white striped Staud dress with $1,195 Christian Louboutin sandals and a yellow mini Lady Dior bag.
The outfit was fun and perfect for summer. The mix of diamond and opal jewelry she wore with it only added to the look.
Her date-night style this year has been feminine and flowing.

Just look at the floral Doen dress she wore for a night out with Kelce in May. The off-the-shoulder design had puffed sleeves, a semi-sheer skirt, and a ruffled neckline.
The dress was cute on its own, but it looked even better with Swift's choice of accessories: $920 Aquazzura sandals, gold jewelry, and a small raffia bag.
Swift proved that you can't go wrong with a classic black-and-white outfit.

On a different night in New York City, Swift was photographed wearing a white Retrofête minidress. The simple garment had a high neckline, long sleeves, and a short pleated skirt.
On its own, the dress might not have stood out on Swift. However, she accessorized to perfection.
She contrasted the garment with a slouchy black Dior purse, Gucci slingback heels, and a ponytail.
Even as a wedding guest, Swift sparkled.

Swift and Kelce attended a wedding in New York City in May and were photographed outside the event.
While Kelce sported a black Essentials suit with subtle pinstripes, Swift glowed beside him in a shimmering Maria Lucia Hohan gown.
The sleeveless design had waist cutouts, all-over ruching, and thin straps.
It looked stunning on Swift, who wore it with gold Aquazzura sandals and opal jewelry that previously belonged to Elizabeth Taylor (whom Swift name-checked on her latest album).

Swift sat courtside with Mariska Hargitay, the Haim sisters, and other Knicks fans who cheered their way through Game 4.
Her outfit for the night was perfectly on brand. Made by Alana Haim, Swift's blue T-shirt had "Stevie Knicks" printed in orange across the chest.
The shirt was festive and fun, nodding to Swift's love for both the sports team and the iconic musician. She wore it with Area jeans and chain-adorned sandal heels.

Swift became the youngest woman inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in June.
She wore a custom Givenchy gown for the occasion. It was black, strapless, and corseted at the bodice, which connected to a floor-length skirt with a thigh-high slit.
It was a memorable look for an equally memorable night.

The Fantasy Bra was a staple of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show before it was canceled in 2019.
The diamond-encrusted bra was always extravagant and worn by a top model at the VS Fashion Show.
Kylie Jenner brought it back in 2026, modeling the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever created.
Victoria's Secret brought some extra sparkle to its runway on Sunday night.
The brand's annual fashion show, which returned in 2024 after being canceled five years earlier, was held in Los Angeles, with models including Adriana Lima and Barbara Palvin donning their wings for the occasion.
Since making its comeback, the fashion show has been more than a spectacle for Victoria's Secret. It's also been a way to attract a new generation of shoppers by leaning into nostalgia. Elizabeth Preis, Victoria's Secret's chief marketing officer, previously told Fast Company that the show was about "brand consideration for the audience that doesn't currently shop with us."
This year, the brand ramped up its social media promotion and made 17 times as many runway items available to purchase, Barron's reported.
The 2026 show also brought back a symbol of Victoria's Secret's heyday: the Fantasy Bra, an elaborate piece of lingerie often worth millions that hadn't appeared on the runway since 2018.
Kylie Jenner modeled the bra for its comeback. Designed by Jacob & Co., it's the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever created at $50 million.
The Fantasy Bra was first introduced by Victoria's Secret in 1996 via a massive New York City billboard.

Worn by Claudia Schiffer, the diamond-encrusted lingerie was dubbed the "Million Dollar Miracle Bra."
It was modeled for the Victoria's Secret catalog and advertisements, such as the massive one displayed in New York City.

The "Diamond Dream Bra" was much more understated than the original. It was crafted from white satin, lined with diamonds, and had one 42-carat teardrop gem hanging from its center.
Though the bra cost $3 million, it was never modeled on the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway — only by Banks at a private event held later.

The ruby-covered bra and matching panties modeled by Bündchen for a catalog were the most expensive lingerie set created by Victoria's Secret at the time, costing $15 million when they were designed.
Heidi Klum sparkled in 2001 when she donned a less colorful but equally extravagant version of the garment.

Called the "Heavenly Star Fantasy Bra," the sparkling white piece was decorated with 1,200 Sri Lankan pink sapphires, 2,300 round white diamonds arranged in a wave pattern, and a 90-carat diamond at the center.
It cost $12.5 million on its own, making it the most expensive bra in the world at the time, according to the Guinness World Records. It was also the first Fantasy Bra modeled during a televised Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

The $10 million piece had a floral theme, with 1,150 rubies in the shape of roses, 1,600 emeralds arranged like leaves, and diamonds forming smaller flowers around them.
Like its predecessor, this Fantasy Bra also featured a massive diamond in its center — this one a 60-carat Mouawad Mondera stone.
Klum returned in 2003 with an $11 million bra that took 370 hours to make.

Dubbed the "Very Sexy Fantasy Bra," the 2003 design was a chainmail-style piece made from a mix of 2,809 white diamonds, yellow-orange sapphires, rhodolites, and amethysts.
It also featured the Mouawad Excelsior Diamond —a 69-carat piece cut from the second-largest diamond in the world — hanging from its center.
Likely because it was see-through, Klum modeled it on the runway over a standard red bra.

The "Hearts on Fire Fantasy Bra" was one of the most dazzling ever seen on the Victoria's Secret runway.
Valued at $6.5 million, the silver bra was covered in tiny diamonds from its straps to its cups. It also had two thin straps in the middle, with a 10-carat flower-shaped pendant hanging from them.

The diamond-covered, $4.5 million "Very Sexy Holiday" bra — modeled by Selita Ebanks — stood out thanks to the rubies, emeralds, and yellow sapphires arranged in the shape of holly across its cups.
Its Mouawad gems totaled 1,662.51 carats.

Designed by Mouawad, the "Royal Fantasy Bra" featured 5,400 multicolored gems — a mix of diamonds, rubies, and sapphires — and 18-karat yellow gold.
Its center stone, adorned with a diamond bow, was a 52-carat pear-shaped ruby.
The next year was the first and only time Victoria's Secret created two Fantasy Bras.

Jenner walked the runway in the much-anticipated bra, designed by Jacob Arabo of Jacob & Co., to the cheers of Kris Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.
Arabo said ahead of the show that it was his goal to create "the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever made," and he delivered.
The bra was made entirely of diamonds and gold, unlike bras from past years that had a fabric base. It was made of 4,410 diamonds in total, including a 75.54-carat Natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond hanging from the center, as Victoria's Secret shared on Instagram after the show.

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show went to the West Coast this year and was hosted at Sony Pictures Studios on Sunday night. Gigi Hadid, Candice Swanepoel, and other iconic models all hit the runway.

Still, you might not have caught some of the night's best details — like the significance of certain outfits and the celebrities who made surprise appearances.
Here's what you might have missed.

For the first time since 2018, Victoria's Secret sent a Fantasy Bra down the runway at its famed fashion show.
It collaborated with jewelers Jacob and Co. to create the one-of-a-kind piece, which took over 1,000 hours and 15 artisans to make.
On Instagram, Jacob and Co. said the bra features 4,410 diamonds totaling 1,373 carats. One of those is the brand's 75.54-carat natural Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond, which hangs in the middle of the bra.
It's valued at $50 million, which makes it the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever shown on the Victoria's Secret runway.
It was also a massive surprise that Jenner, 29, who never previously walked for Victoria's Secret, had the honor of wearing the special piece. It's usually reserved for veteran models of the show.

Palvin walked her fifth Victoria's Secret Fashion Show on Sunday — and it was one of her most impressive appearances.
The 33-year-old model delivered her first child, a son, six weeks earlier, as she and her husband Dylan Sprouse announced on Instagram in September.
Backstage at the show, Palvin told People that it was "empowering" to walk the runway, but also "not that big of a deal."
"I'm going to be six weeks postpartum tomorrow, which I think in the US most people have to go back after six weeks," she told the publication.
It's also not the first time Palvin has walked the runway after a major health event. In 2025, her husband revealed that she'd broken her foot four weeks earlier and still walked the runway in heels.
Dylan Sprouse cheered Palvin on from the audience.

The former "Suite Life of Zack and Cody" actor, who married Palvin in 2023, was seen in videos applauding and cheering for his wife as she walked the runway.
He's made memorable appearances at past Victoria's Secret shows as well, including one time in 2018 when he brought burgers to the model backstage after the show.
Adriana Lima made history by walking in her 21st Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

You couldn't miss Lima as she walked the runway in a lime-green, lace one-piece with a plunging neckline and waist cutouts. She also wore green sandals, jewelry, and a pink floral back piece.
The 45-year-old model first walked for the brand in 1999 and was named an Angel in 2000. She's since walked while pregnant, and in three different Fantasy Bras.
Though she technically retired from the show in 2018, Lima returned when the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show made its comeback in 2024.

Hosk, 37, stepped onto the runway wearing a sheer, beige bodysuit and massive Angel wings made from brown feathers and flowing gold fabric.
On Instagram, the model confirmed they were the biggest wings worn on the 2026 runway.
"Thank you for trusting me and letting this new mama walk with the most gorgeous and biggest wings of the show," she wrote across an Instagram story.

The Academy Museum Gala was the most star-studded event in Los Angeles over the weekend.
Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, and Colman Domingo were all in attendance.
Unfortunately, not every celebrity outfit was a winner.
The Oscars red carpet has some competition: the Academy Museum Gala.
Since 2021, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles has hosted the gala to celebrate film and raise funds for future exhibits.
This year, celebrities came out to support, and they mostly did so in style. Taylor Swift, for example, wore one of her best outfits of the year to the event on Saturday.
Unfortunately, there were some fashion duds, too.
These are the best and worst outfits we saw throughout the night.
Taylor Swift looked like a princess in a baby-blue gown with a glittery bow.

Dior designed the strapless gown for Swift. It had all-over ruching, a sweetheart neckline, a floor-length skirt with a short train, and a silver bow that extended down its bodice.
Swift wore it with Aquazzura heels and Chopard diamond jewelry.
The pieces made for one of Swift's best outfits of the year, and one of the night's strongest looks. The gown's princess silhouette and light coloring suited Swift perfectly.
Kim Kardashian's vintage dress didn't feel true to her.

Kardashian's cream-colored gown was designed by Balenciaga in 1951. It was strapless with a ruched, baby-pink neckline, a corseted bodice, and a lace-lined skirt.
The design also had a pink bow that extended into a train across the back. She wore it with a diamond necklace and matching earrings.
The gown itself is a piece of fashion history, but it didn't suit Kardashian. Its old-school fabrics didn't match her modern style, and her short hair made the overall look appear like a costume.
Colman Domingo was dapper in satin and sparkles.

He wore a custom Valentino suit comprising a black blouse left unbuttoned, flared trousers, a bedazzled blazer, a satin cummerbund, and a matching loose tie.
The sparkling look was glamorous and accessorized well with silver pinky rings and a statement watch. It was also tailored perfectly to the actor.
Connor Storrie's outfit would have looked better with a different jacket.

His Saint Laurent look was refined, featuring only wide-leg trousers, a satin top with a neck scarf, and a coat.
It was the latter piece that unfortunately distracted from the rest of the outfit. It was too long and looked out of place.
He either should have worn a shorter style or ditched outerwear entirely.
Da'Vine Joy Randolph wore a beautiful dress with long sleeves and a longer train.

Randolph wore Louis Vuitton for the occasion. Her white gown had off-the-shoulder long sleeves, a fitted bodice, and a floor-length skirt that was tailored perfectly to her height.
A back bow and train pulled the glamorous ensemble together and gave it a dramatic flair.
The best part of Randolph's look, though, was how she completed it with an updo hairstyle and diamond jewelry.
Sofia Richie should have taken a bigger fashion risk.

Richie, a model and influencer, arrived wearing vintage Versace. The black gown from 2001 was sleeveless and form-fitting, with a high neckline, long skirt, and skinny attached train.
She looked pretty, but her dress was overly simple — especially when paired with a slick-back bun hairstyle and minimal jewelry.
Adding bold makeup or statement accessories could have elevated the look.

She wore Dior for the gala in the form of a sleeveless, ankle-length gown made entirely from strings of beads.

The dress was perfect in color and material for Lee, and there was nothing else like it on the red carpet.
Once best known as an Olympic swimmer representing South Africa, she was reintroduced to the world as a princess.
The official Monaco royal website says she was born Charlene Lynette Wittstock on January 25, 1978, in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. At age 12, she moved to South Africa with her parents and her younger brothers.
There, she began forging a career as a swimmer, taking home several awards at the 1997 South African championship, including the coveted title of best female swimmer.
Charlene went on to represent South Africa at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. As fate would have it, her future husband, Albert, was there as a spectator — though the pair wouldn't officially cross paths until she visited Monaco for a swimming competition later that year. They eventually married and later had twins, Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.
However, marrying into a royal family came with certain lifestyle adjustments, including Charlene's sense of style.
From her days as an Olympic athlete to being one of the most recognized princesses around the world, here's a closer look at how Charlene's fashion has evolved.
In 2001, Charlene was still very much in her athletic era.

Later that year, she maintained her sporty style on the front cover of South African Sports Illustrated.

For the big night, she wore a black floor-length gown that was elegant and a world away from Charlene's previous ensembles.
It featured a sweetheart neckline and a long skirt with a lace-lined slit that reached her knees.
She paired the gown with silver drop earrings and a matching clutch.

For her first appearance at Monaco's annual Red Cross Ball, Charlene wore a sparkly, semi-sheer, backless ball gown that she borrowed from a friend, she told Tatler in 2010.
Reflecting on the look, Charlene wasn't exactly fond of her choice. "I looked like a Christmas tree," she said.
"I was used to living in a swimsuit and totally clueless about fashion. The day of the ball, I had been playing volleyball all day on the beach and didn't think about getting ready until late in the afternoon," Charlene added.
In a separate interview with Vogue before her 2011 wedding, Charlene remembered the outfit as one of her least favorites.
"Finding my fashion feet has certainly been the biggest challenge," she said. "I realize that my debut into Monaco society should have been better executed!"

The ensemble, made of a blazer and palazzo pants, was both regal and reflective of Charlene's sporty aesthetic.
"It's feminine and keeps with tradition yet has a little twist that reflects my personal style," Charlene told Vogue. "I thought it was a nice change to go for trousers instead of a skirt, especially since I'm an athlete and have always kept my clothes clean and simple."
Later, for the grand religious ceremony, she dazzled in a custom-made Giorgio Armani gown that took 2,500 hours to make.

The designer told Vogue that the off-the-shoulder gown — which was made of Duchesse silk and silk organza — was covered in 40,000 Swarovski crystals, 30,000 gold stones, and 20,000 mother-of-pearl teardrops.
The look was completed with an intricate silk-tulle veil that took around 100 hours to embroider.

Charlene's hairstyle drew mixed reactions after the annual Christmas event in Monaco. Nevertheless, she told the French magazine Point de Vue that she didn't care for anyone else's opinion.
"This haircut was my decision," she said. "It seems that it has provoked all kinds of comments. But it turns out that I wanted it for a long time. The style pleases me. That's all."
