Trump says judge is 'desecrating' Charlie Kirk's memory amid fight over assassination trial date

President Donald Trump criticized the judge overseeing Charlie Kirk's assassination case in Utah on Friday, saying he's doing a "terrible job."

"The judge in the Charlie Kirk case is doing a terrible job! This case should be tried within a month, not three years — and it should be over with! The judge is desecrating the memory of the Great Charlie Kirk, while taking forever to ask questions that people already know the answer to. The whole Country is mocking him and our 'Legal' System. JUSTICE FOR CHARLIE!" Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.

Emmy-winning TV producer charged with stalking ex-wife, longtime news anchor, days after divorce

An Emmy-winning North Carolina television news producer accused of stalking his former wife allegedly climbed through a second-story bathroom window, tracked her movements and repeatedly appeared near her home before she obtained a domestic violence protective order.

Randall Saunders Kerr, 55, was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order after allegedly driving near the home of his former wife, longtime WRAL anchor Lynda Loveland, multiple times a day.

Court records obtained by Fox News Digital, including an arrest warrant and a December 2025 complaint, detail months of alleged harassment that left Loveland fearing for her safety.

NY COP CALLS FOR POLICE PROTECTIONS AFTER PROTESTER HE ARRESTED SHOWED UP TO HIS HOUSE, HARASSED HIS FAMILY

"I'm scared I'm going to wake up one night and see him standing there in my room," Loveland wrote in the complaint.

The October arrest warrant alleges Kerr drove within 300 yards of Loveland's home "multiple times daily" between Oct. 13 and Oct. 18, including along a street behind the property.

Loveland filed for protection in Wake County District Court on Dec. 19, 2025, accusing Kerr of monitoring her movements, contacting her against her wishes and repeatedly appearing near her home after their separation.

In a timeline attached to the complaint, Loveland claimed Kerr searched through her personal belongings, monitored her text messages and emails and used shared technology to track her location.

She alleged Kerr sent as many as 30 unwanted text messages a day after moving out of their home in August 2025.

Loveland also claimed she discovered an upstairs bathroom window open in October 2025 and later questioned Kerr, who allegedly admitted using a ladder to enter through the second-story window because he needed to use the bathroom.

She said she changed the locks, checked her doors and windows and eventually purchased pepper spray because she feared Kerr might enter the home.

A Wake County judge granted Loveland an emergency domestic violence protective order Dec. 19, 2025, barring Kerr from contacting or harassing her and requiring him to stay at least 300 yards away.

The court subsequently entered a consent protective order Jan. 27, 2026, signed by both parties and approved by District Court Judge Rhonda Young.

The order prohibited Kerr from contacting Loveland and generally required him to remain at least 300 yards away, with a limited exception for events involving their adult children. It also barred him from possessing or purchasing firearms.

The consent order was entered without findings of fact or conclusions of law concerning the underlying allegations.

Separate divorce records obtained by Fox News Digital show Kerr and Loveland's marriage was formally dissolved Oct. 9, just four days before the alleged stalking began.

The couple married in April 2001 and separated in August 2025 after more than two decades together. They have three adult children, court records show.

Loveland filed for divorce in August 2026, seeking to end the marriage after more than a year of separation and restore her maiden name, Lynda Lee Loveland.

Separate court records show the former couple had also been involved in a dispute over their marital home, with Kerr claiming in December 2025 that Loveland changed the locks after he moved out.

The two later reached an agreement over the division of marital property, with a Wake County judge approving a consent order in August 2026.

Following his arrest, a Wake County magistrate initially ordered Kerr held without release under North Carolina's domestic violence pretrial release law.

A separate order issued Oct. 21 barred him from contacting Loveland and required him to comply with the existing protective order.

The order also prohibited Kerr from coming within 100 yards of the alleged victim or locations covered by the restrictions.

Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr facing marijuana possession charge after Indiana traffic stop

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson Sr. was charged with possession of marijuana this week after an encounter with law enforcement in Indiana earlier this month, court records revealed.

Richardson, who was drafted by the Colts with the fourth overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft, is facing a criminal misdemeanor charge of possession following a traffic stop in Carmel, Indiana, on Oct. 12, court records show.

Richardson was pulled over by officers with the Carmel Police Department after the black 2023 Dodge Charger he was driving had a license plate that did not match its expired registration, according to FOX59, which first reported the news.

Court records obtained by the outlet cited law enforcement’s statement that officers immediately detected the "odor of marijuana" when approaching the vehicle.

Richardson, who reportedly complied with officers, allegedly admitted to police when asked that he did smoke marijuana inside the car to avoid smoking in front of his children and that there was a small amount of the substance in the vehicle at the time of the stop.

A spokesperson for the department confirmed to OutKick that Richardson was issued a summons to appear in court for possession of marijuana as a result of a traffic stop.

According to FOX59, Richardson was briefly placed in cuffs as an officer searched his vehicle where a small Mason jar containing a substance believed to be marijuana and an opened bag of THC-infused gummies was found. He was issued a citation.

Online records obtained by OutKick confirmed the charge. Richardson’s initial court date for Dec. 9 was canceled and a bench trail was set for early next year.

The Colts said in a statement, "We are aware of the situation involving Anthony Richardson and are currently gathering additional information. We will have no further comment at this time."

The charge follows a difficult week for Richardson that began with the firing of general manager Chris Ballard.

"He believed in me enough to have me here, and I'm forever grateful for that," Richardson told reporters Wednesday.

"I'm trying to do my part and not make him feel like he made the wrong decision. So I'm just trying to keep getting better every week and am waiting on my opportunity."

Tinned mackerel, hand-crank radios and bags for poo: crisis-prepping guides around the world

UK allies have long urged people to stockpile supplies for a crisis. How are people from France to Australia being advised to prepare?

The UK has told people to fill their pantries with food for three days in case of catastrophe, joining a host of countries urging citizens to ready themselves for core systems failing.

Such advice, once dismissed as the preserve of preppers, has become more common in government circles as climate breakdown worsens weather extremes and geopolitical tensions turn cyber-attacks and sabotage into a regular occurrence.
