Ukrainians without Russian passports are classified by Russian occupation authorities as "foreign citizens" and subjected to Russian migration law, HUR said.

According to HUR's Active Operations Department, the operation was carried out by its Group 10 special forces unit, which reportedly thwarted Russian offensive plans and prevented Russian troops from cutting off Ukrainian logistical routes in the region.

The operation also destroyed the residenceof the Russian officer corps, in particular of those training the sabotage groups of the 18th Army.
